Realmente me gustó TODO La casa magnifica, espaciosa, la habitación y su baño, el jardín... la pileta, el desayuno riquísimo y para nada escaso y su anfitriona Francia, muy amable, concreta, una señora con todas las letras..!!!

Se trata de una antigua casa colonial con su patio y su piscina. Habitaciones espaciosas, se respira tranquilidad caribeña. La dueña, Fran, es súper atenta y te ayuda con todo.

"Mi experiencia con este servicio de Villa Carolina fue excepcional. Desde el principio, me recibieron con una atmósfera acogedora que hizo que me sintiera como en casa. El trato fue inigualable, con un equipo amable y atento que realmente se preocupa por sus clientes. Lo que realmente destacó fue la calidad del servicio; cada detalle estaba cuidadosamente gestionado, contribuyendo a una experiencia de este alojamiento reconfortante y de primer nivel. ¡Altamente recomendado para aquellos que buscan más que solo dormir, sino también una experiencia de calidad y tranquilidad!”

Great location, nice building, great breakfast, and good bang for your buck!

It was centrally-located, yet felt away from the city because of it's lush surroundings. The room was basic, but nice and clean, with a nice big bathroom. The breakfast was very good. The owners were on-site and pleasant.

There was a very large common-room where you could watch TV, adjacent to the bedrooms, and there were tables in there for breakfast, should the weather not be cooperative enough to enjoy it outside in the garden area. The room was cavernous, which meant it echoed, so once breakfast was being served, from 8:00 onward, the sound coming from the dining area would most likely wake you up, as it did me. There's a door that separates the bedrooms from the dining area, so I closed it, but it seems the staff kept reopening it (?), which meant you don't get to sleep past 8:00 AM. It would have been nice if they took this into consideration.

El lugar ideal para visitar Puerto Plata

Villa Carolina es un oasis de tranquilidad en Puerto Plata. El jardín es precioso, lleno de vegetación y con diferentes árboles frutales, y por supuesto la piscina es otro gran reclamo, con mesas, sillas y hamacas alrededor. Nuestra habitación fue muy cómoda, y la casa es bonita, espaciosa e incluso tiene cocina que pueden usar los clientes. Además incluye un rico desayuno. Francia es la amabilidad en persona y fue muy agradable charlar con ella sobre diferentes temas.

Lo único que quizás puede mejorar es la presión del agua en la ducha y la temperatura del agua caliente, pero son detalles sin mucha importancia, nuestra experiencia en general fue inmejorable.

Probably the best place to stay in Puerto Plata for this price!

Perfect location in the center and still quiet. Nice room, perfectly clean. Good functioning shower with toiletries. Beautiful garden and common spaces. Very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast

No fridge in the room but there is one available in the common kitchen so it’s ok.

Decepción

Llame para avisar que llegaba al hotel a las 10:00 pm y me cancelaron la reservación porque no tienen personal después de las 8:00 pm. Había hecho la reserva un mes antes y de repente me quedé sin nada y a esa hora buscar un hotel 😩

The breakfast was amazing very accommodating to our schedule! Loved the staff! It was within walking distance to the puerto plata city sights and has a fun food truck park around the block.

Our stay there was refreshing, we loved it 😊

Villa Carolina is a peaceful place, with a charming patio and a simple pool not deep, safe for kids if you’re with your family. We really enjoyed the place, Will definitely recommend it 😉 👌🏾

Only thing is that in the our shower the water stays long. They must check the plumbing in the showers.

Perfect!

We had a perfect time. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent and the swimming pool was clean, warm and located in a beautiful garden. I must admit, we had the place to ourselves the first few days, so maybe that's also why we liked it so much. However, the accommodation is a definite recommendation aside from the number of residents.
