Great location and good rooms

The location of the hotel is perfect just infront of the beach and the near the kas merkez. The breakfast is also very good.

The hotel has no elevator so it is difficult to climb up and down 4 floors.

Superb

Great breakfast every morning and very close to the town square and lots of restaurants.

The Wi-Fi worked then it stopped working and I was going to do some work but was not able to. I did get him to fix it but the internet was still not very good.

We would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Day manager helpful. Had beach towels available.

I did not know we would be on the 4th floor which was a 5 flight walkup. Luckily, we were able-bodied, but it was a long flight up. Also, the area for swimming across from the hotel, needed to be paid for ($7 for a drink plus entrance). We walked to the public beach nearby.

Beautiful property in a great location.

The view, location and the facilities were all great!

Since there is not lift, it’s a bit of a trek to get to the rooms on the top stories.

Amazing! Strongly recommend

The hotel is in the heart of Kas city center, amazing location. The room is very spacious, was very clean, and the view from the terrace is amazing. The view from the tub is the same as the terrace, overseeing the sea, and the tub itself was a very nice experience. Staff was always very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast choices were enough (in my opinion). The restaurant is also overseeing the sea, which was a nice plus.

The hotel is very central, which makes it challenging to park. However, there are spots for the hotel guests, and in case there isn't any available, you can check with the hotel reception where it is possible to park.

AMAZING!

Amazing hotel in a fabulous location. our room was beautiful, the bathroom was gorgeous & the view was just breath taking! The staff & service was excellent and the hotel was right on the water. We will definitely be back!! 10 out of 10!!

The hotel was very clean and the stuff was extremely helpful! they answered all our questions and queries with a bit of extra. Our stay became much better thanks to them.

Pillows to thick for our neck. View from room excellent. People very helpful and kind although only the manager in site spoke english. Dont bring too many suitcases if you are staying at the top of the building, no elevator available!

The hotel is perfectly situated with a beautiful view over the sea. it is just a short stroll away from the busy central area which is great for restaurants and shopping.

it has no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor. The balcony, although adequate is a little small. It has such a spectacular view, we would have liked a bigger area to enjoy it more.

Pleasant stay in Kas

Perfect location in the beautiful town of Kas. Friendly staff and comfortable room with nice sea view. Look forward to returning another time.

Only issue was quite a lot of steps up to the room but otherwise everything else was fine

Decent hotel in a good location

Friendly enthusiastic staff and lovely communal terrace with sea view. Very large comfortable bed. Room was generally quiet and peaceful (although woken by cleaners in the hallway in the morning). I think this hotel is a good choice for this area

The room and bathroom was a bit pokey and the balcony was disappointing as surrounded by other hotels so it wasn’t very inviting. The breakfast was ok, got very boring after a week, coffee not great. WiFi was terrible

Location is stunning. I booked seaview room and was amazing. Room was nice. Center is 5 mins walk.

Doesn’t have lift. Something to keep in mind while planning. :)

Really nice hotel on the first line

The hotel is located near the beach line. Receptionist is friendly and very helping. Room and bathroom are nice, spacious and clean

One insignificant detail for an adult solo traveler: hotel doesn’t have a lift, so you should use stairs. But if considered as cardio it’s not a problem at all

Their receprionists Kadir and Dilyara are so really helpful and caring, Kadir helped me a lot!

Gardenia, where I stayed for 3 nights, is located on the first line, 1 minute walk to the Cinarlar beach. A typical Turkish buffet breakfast was it but so elegantly served on the terrace with an absolutely stunning sea view. They offered me free Turkish coffee and Dilyara made a perfect cup of it. All restaurant stuff is really efficient and nice! On my last day they served me a wonderful lunch: grilled levrek( local fish) and chorba(soup) at half price, saying it was specially for me:)

It would be good if they managed to improve room WI-FI quality. It works very well in the lobby, though.

I liked the location of the hotel, in the center, close by to everything. Specious, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, kidness of the staff, beautiful paintings on the wall, assistance to find parking space, modern decor of the rooms and the hotels, sunny terrace for breakfast with sea view, good internet reception in the room, specious modern bathroom. Overall very recommended place to stay in.

Lack of lift in the building, , we were charged more than original reservation because of conversation from TL into Euro
