Excelente opción

El lugar es maravilloso rodeado de naturaleza a la orilla del río, las cabañas cuentan con todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar la estancia, tienen refrigerador, estufa, utensilios de cocina, y en el balcón hay un fogón para poder hacer asadito. La pieza es temperada así que no pasamos frío en ningún momento. La ducha excelente también sale siempre calentita el agua. El personal es super amable y muy servicial. En general super recomendable.

Solo como sugerencia el colchón de la cabaña 5 podría mejorarse, en lo personal lo encontramos un poco duro.

Wonderful

The view to the river was really beautiful. You can grill on the terrace and it is very comfy. The bed was really comfortable and the only sound we heared at night was the river, what we really enjoyed. We got an offer to use the jacuzzi once for free and it was amazing. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and it was nice to make our breakfast with the eggs, bread and cake that we got as a gift from the hotel. The personal is super helpful and kind

The cabin was so comfortable and relaxing and had everything you needed. amazing views and balcony fire pit.

WOW Factor! just loved the cabin. Luxury big comfortable bed with insane view across the river and mountain. perfect spot to recover from jet lag. The pool area is beautiful. Deck chairs, lounges with views to the mountain and river. there’s a grass area with lounges, hammocks to sit and read. or with a group you can do bbq. fire pits. also a fire pit on our balcony we cooked dinner. The local minimart has fine selection local beef and river fish. we loved our stay. the staff are so helpful and attentive. Fantastic experience ❤️

The cabins are super cute, well equipped. Every day they bring you some eggs, bread and sweet bread for your breakfast. Nice terrace to prepare your fire pit or meals outdoor. 100% privacy for all the rooms/ cabins. They offer massage service. She is amazing

A luxurious, relaxing, “into the wild” hotel nearby Santiago

The best features of this hotel are its facilities. It is a secure, “into the wild” hotel. There are many options to chill, such as a swimming pool, hammocks, fire places, and many more. There is a river right beside the hotel, which generates a very relaxing nature sound all day long. We stayed in Cabaña 4 (1-4 are equal), which is superb. There is a very well equipped kitchen. Clean restroom. Cozy bed. There is an awesome balcony with a view to the woods, mountains and river. In chilly nights, one can even light up the fireplace within the room (there is one within and one in the balcony!) This hotel is located very close to the city San José de Maipo, which is nice since one can quickly go to the city’s supermarket. Famous tourist spots (Embalse el Yeso; Termas Valle de Colina) are ~1 hour away by car. Casa Chocolate is less than 10 minutes away. In summary, one of the best hotels I’ve ever been.

We had contact with 3 staff people. All were very kind, yet only one spoke english. Also, only one was well-versed about tourists place nearby, which was quite disappointing.

The cabin came stocked with a good supply of matches/kindling/firewood for the fire pit on the deck and the woodstove inside - highly recommended for a winter stay!

This was a great place to relax and just enjoy being in the mountains by a rushing river.

The whole ambiance was perfect for the location. The river was perfectly wild and rushing below, and hardly any other sound was heard while we were there. Check-in was fast, with thorough instructions on using the cabanas. The little firepit on the deck was a nice extra touch.

We did not see a smoke detector in the room. Especially with a gas stove in the room and firepit on the deck, a smoke detector might be a lifesaver. We purchased food at the first little supermarket in town for our dinner. The fresh vegetables there were hardly fresh, and the beef was tough and inedible. Obviously, the property we rented was not responsible for the supermarket options. Perhaps they could suggest a better option to others in the future.
