Breakfast was of a poor quality

Location and price was good for what you get.
The shower was a bit grubby and the electricity to the bathroom seemed to stop working in the night - light and bathroom fan wouldn't come on. The mattress was also quite hard.
3.5
In a great location on the front with a room overlooking the sea. The staff were very friendly and happy to help.
The room could have been cleaner, there were a few hairs in the bathroom. Also had to go and get tea and milk as the tea tray had not been refilled.
3.5
location excellent, room ok except for noisy plumbing in the bathroon in the night
a buffet style breakfast would be better rather the already plated up version. Also the evening entertainment was very Butlin ish and samey each night

For us nothing.

Breakfast ok. Staff friendly room ok
Tables not cleared very quickly. Restaurant a little untidy. Had to smile at the tiny piece of fried bread on the breakfast. Cooked breakfast very small but tasted ok.

Room 112 good view excelent breakfast OK wouldnt go much further than that though. Didnt really get to see much else of the hotel, but all looked good
Nasty Blue light on the wall for Air con control affected sleep, unable to cover it up, bed wasnt the best duvet was a little small, I like to be able to pull over shoulders.

The Staff are always, outstanding by looking after the hotel guest. I stayed in room 110 which is looking over the Weymouth, with French doors. tea and coffee with some biscuits. the room had a bath and shower above the bath. the bed and room was clean.
I only had Porridge for one morning of my stay, however, the cook breakfast now is prepared in the kitchen, not on the self service hotplate. Also, herbal teas he herbal teas were in the breakfast area, though now on this visit the herbal teas, was kept in the kitchen, all this was I believe it is too save some pennies. I loved the hotel when Coast and Country but now Leisureplex Hotels are trying to save money by changing the way the hotel

Very clean, great food

All good. Great location. Old school hotel with an ancient manual cage-door elevator. The room has an actual key to unlock the door and a central knob. The restaurant is huge and was full in the evening. It's a place the locals go i think which says something. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. Big gorgeous old hotel from an almost bygone era.
Parking lot is pretty sketchy. The room smells a bit old and could use an upgrade. bed was not very new, but comfy enough. Wifi works pretty well though.
5.0
Lovely room with all the essentials. Bed was comfy and clean, bath and shower were also well kept. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Wonderfully situated right on the seafront, and a short walk from all the shops and restaurants in town.
Some loud works going on outside which did wake us at about 7, but I understand this is out of the hotels control and is not a permanent issue. Apart from this we have no complaints

This hotel should be closed as a health risk it is absolutely filthy the superior deluxe room l had booked was filthy and not maintained at all.
As for facilities Restaurant closed ( Only told once booked in ) that was probably a blessing given the filthy state of the hotel rooms.
Sea facing with opening doors to a balcony that wouldn't close.
Filthy stained carpet.
Side lights hanging off the walls.
Door frame split.
Lock had on screw to secure it.
Cracked broken wash basin.
Rusty towel rail.
Shower head filthy with mould.
Kettle filthy.

All absolutely fine

We stayed 2 nights as seeing a show in the Pavilion.
Really friendly staff, nice hotel on sea front.
Comfy bed and room very clean. It was tiny but sufficient.
We were in room 406. The tv didn’t work, it wouldn’t tune in any channels- no signal. The wardrobe and dressing table were not fixed so came away from the wall when you used them.
We paid for breakfast one morning. It was very dry and hard. No pastries or fresh fruit, which was frustrating when we seen them being served the following morning.
No food being served in bar as no coaches were staying.
Appreciate it is January and cost less however we paid extra for breakfast which wasn’t very good at all.

4.5
Lovely staff, very smiley.
Well run hotel and what really makes a difference is the reception is manned 24 hours which means you don't have other guests banging on the door trying to get in when they have loads been locked out
Breakfast not the best but ok. Service was great but food not brilliant.
4.0
Beautiful clean and spacious room, excellent accommodation. Fabulous value for money. Clean and tidy. Good size room, Well heated, quiet really lovely hotel.
The chap on reception really let the stay down, we personally didn't have any problems but another member of our group had problem on check in and quite frankly the attitude of the receptionist was disappointing. Waving his hands in a pregnant women's face was diabolical. The mistake was the fault of the hotels and not the guest so I did not expect her to be spoken to the way she did.

The rooms where very small, had old people smell about it and the bathroom was very dirty all up the tiles and around the bath seals. Staff were incredibly friendly and the roast dinner was good.
