Nice, large rooms with a big walk in shower! Coffee machine and fridge were available in the room. Beds are really comfy! I had a small balcony on which I could enjoy the first morning coffee
Staff can be more enthusiastic and friendly. At the other side of the street is another shopping center with different restaurants, otherwise nothing in the neighborhood, a car is needed to get to Haifa downtown or beach

The hotel is well designed, location is very good, big business center, and big place for buisness work equiped with coffee chairs and tables.

The hotel was in a comfortable location for my needs but that was the only good thing
I sent an email 2 days before arriving and informed the hotel about my arriving time (at the check in time as the hotel advertised and obliged to16:00 Saturday). No body from the hotel answered to my request and when I arrived at 16:00 my room wasn’t ready. In fact, they couldn’t even estimate how long it will even take so I was waiting in the lobby (not even a cup of water was offered to me) and no manager was present at the hotel.
One hour and 15 minutes after check in time I got the room and I asked for a manager to contact me. Until this day the manager Dafna who I messaged everything while I was waiting in the lobby NEVER apologized and never offered any compensation for this all inconvenience- a special when I wasn’t asking anything I didn’t pay for and emailed 2 days before about.
I understand that mistakes can happen but ignoring the guest time after time and disrespecting their money and time it’s something no one should experience while paying and expecting to be feeling like a guest.
I do not recommend this hotel. Unprofessional with being ready and very unprofessional and bad service with fixing things and guests relation when they mess up.
Very frustrating and disrespectful behavior towards guests.

The room was very comfortable.
No directions on how to work the TV and no one who could explain. The coffee maker in the lounge was not working and when we asked for help we were told it was “resting” and would be restarted but it never was restarted. The hot water in the hot and cold taps in the lounge did not work either!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable beds.
Very simple and a bit shabby. Not great value for money.

location and bare bones

The staff was very friendly and the facility was beautiful.
There are two great restaurants in the mall right outside of the lobby.
I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
The room needed repainting and a few adjustments, but it did not affect my stay.
The main entrance is inside a mall. So after the mall's closing hour, you need to get in through an elevator in the parking lot (that would be around 10 pm.)

There is a supermarket big one under hotel. which is very convenient
no teapot.
3.9
A very quiet hotel, nearby shops, restaurants, beach, and central bus station, as well as a train station.
3.9
it was clean and functional
the receptionist wasn’t there or anywhere to be seen when e we arrived and took about ten minutes to turn up which was unnerving when you arrive at a foreign destination. No hairdryer in the room which was a disaster. the receptionist told us we wouldn’t be able to walk to the beach but e found it from other people that it was just a ten minute walk to bars and restaurants on the beach front so we didn’t experience Haifa.

Location was great for my needs. I enjoyed the rooftop sitting area. The mall was a bonus. The fitness room was above average.
The room was cleaned well but something was often skipped, replacing the shampoo or bottled water. The staff at the desk always brought replacements.

The breakfast was quite poor

The bed .The shower. The photos. Malak. The nice staff. The owner. The breakfast.
Safe feeling. Easy parking. Liked being in the mall. Was raining and easy to go to the market downstairs without getting in the car or getting wet.
1. The door handle fell off when I turned it. Immediately went to notify the reception about that and the toilet seat. Neither were fixed during my 1 night stay.
2. I booked through Booking. com. I booked two single rooms for two single women.
The price had to be the same for both of us. My friend paid 722 and I was forced to pay 772 even though I didn't agree to it and was charged at the end. I was charged 50shekels more with no reasonable explanation why.
To get rid of me I was told it would be corrected and the receipt sent to me. In the end they charged the 50shekels
without my consent and sent a receipt for 50 shekels more than I should have.
For this reason I won't go back again. Until now this was my 3rd trip to the hotel and now I won't go again nor reccommend

The ambience and decor was wonderful and peaceful. The photographs in the hallway were fantastic. It's pretty cool that the hotel is in an art mall, and is decorated to complement the environment. It was a lovely room, and great shower. Check-in/out was as expected, the room was very comfortable. There were definitely enough electrical outlets, and we appreciated the USB outlet for charging our devices.
The coffee machine in the room was just a tiny espresso maker - although the coffee was very good! Even though there's no in-house cafe, coffee or a "continental" breakfast would have been appreciated. It was disappointing not having a kosher or kosher-friendly option for breakfast. It didn't bother us, but it's worth noting that there are a few stairs to get to the outdoor elevator to the lobby. The signs aren't very clear, but the entrance to the elevator is just under the overhang on the upper parking lot.
