The staff & room was excellent, great value for money, nice quiet location, easy walk to main tourist areas.

No safe in the rooms & could do with better curtains to block out the morning light.

Location is really good, crowded area Hoa Binh, few minutes walk to Da Lat market Nice staff Fair rate Recommended with 7.5 of 10

The room is nice and comfy, however it has a bit smell of musty

Super supportive staff at the Grace hotel

It was a very short stay, so I chose to stay here due to a good room rate. The staff here are really helpful and supportive, the receptionist recommended a really good restaurant for my family.

Very basic facilities. But it fits the rate.

Comfortable bed.

Mould in bathroom, like the hotel had been empty over COVID then not cleaned properly. Wifi very average and stopped working on last day.

It was good!

The grace hotel is ok. The staff are very good but the room is smaller than the one in pic. But overall this is still a good stay! Thank you 😊

a very good priced hotel that is close to all restaurants/bars/markets but quiet enough to sleep well

the room was very spacious and clean with good amenities. the shower was powerful and hot. the hotel was really clean and the staff were lovely.the location is also perfect.

Excellent location with helpful staff.

Close to places of attraction especially the Dalat market and walking street. Staff got good command of English and able to assist to book overnight sleeper bus to Saigon. Room was of acceptable size for 2 pax and daily housekeeping was good.

great location, nice staff but mouldy / musty / damp

great location. staff were really helpful and friendly. the scooter rental was super easy and the helmets were brand new.

Overwhelming smell of mould/damp. You can actually see it on the walls and especially within the bathrooms. When we arrived, the room we were given smelt quite musty and the paint was bubbling on the walls and was wet to the touch so we asked to move. Which they did without issue (after a phone call to a manager). We were given another room which we hoped would be okay, we went out for a few hours and when we came back the smell hit us coming through the door, our jumpers that were left out already started to smell musty so we asked to move again. This time they didn’t have an equivalent room available, so said they’d move us the next day. Honestly it was so bad I couldn’t sleep in there, so said we’d rather cut our losses and leave. They eventually moved us to a quad room which was much better, although still smelt very musty. All of this was done via google translate and whilst they were on the phone to, I assume, the manager. It was clean, the cleaners did a good job in the day - but the issue is with the building. We ended up leaving a day early.

Very cheap, but not good

Good position. Very cheap.

Not enough clean room. Dirt under bed. Mold in bathroom. No aircondition. Vietnamese min ants in room. Fridge in room is terrible loud. Fan in bathroom makes terrible noise. Motorbikes from hotel are more expensive and in bad conditon - helmets smell like wet dog.

The hotel is right behind the market, close to the restaurants and everything, quick laundry service, polite and nice staffs.

No AC although it’s not a big issue as the average temp is reasonable

Nice stay

Had a nice stay for one night, rooms were very nice and modern, great shower heat and pressure, great value for money. The staff were very friendly, always with a smile on their faces. Isn't much on the street itself in terms of good restaraunts but it isn't far from the good area for that, maybe 5-10 minute walk.
