Everything was great though the TV had very few channels available. I tried to communicate with the property manager but never got a response

Place is ok. Biggest downside is the toilet is too tight and the lighting is poor. I don't really like property managers because they are not personable. Got locked out once because of a faulty lock. Great location.

It was so convenient to everywhere! It was a quiet area, very restful. It was equipped with everything I needed. Appreciated the Kpod coffee maker.
My only negative was when I booked it was winter rates that they quoted rather than summer rates.

My husband, myself & son had a very nice stay at your property. It was decorated very cute. Thank you to Jeff for always quickly responding to me!

Location was good. Access to lots of restaurants and the beach is within walking distance.
Easy communication with the host.
The community seems to have lots of rentals as there were a lot of people coming and going with rental cars. Not bad necessarily, just something to be aware of.
All in all, served it’s purpose and I would stay here again. Can’t beat the price!

I totally enjoyed staying at this property. I wanted something close to my son and grandchildren and this worked out perfectly. I could walk to his house, the beach, the plaza, the movies, project social...The walk around the golf course to salt creek beach was great!
The only reason I gave this property a very good instead of excellent, was the absence of the washer and dryer in the condo itself.

We loved this little condo. We enjoyed Southern California-whale/dolphin tour which is close, drove to San Diego, visited friends in the area, walked to Salt Creek Beach. It was a great location, and the condo was perfect for the two of us.

Beach Trail
It was clean, bright, uncluttered, and surprisingly spacious. I appreciated the stone and laminate floors instead of wall-to-wall carpeting. A welcome bag contained all the types of essentials plus a great snack! So nice to be able to settle in from night one. There was a K-cup plus a Mr. Coffee brewer. I’m a big toaster oven fan, and there was one of those. The fridge produced ice and filtered water. The two leather or leather-look futons in the living room added to the clean appearance and would have guven 2 adults spacious sleeping. A bonus was the walk-in closet, almost the size of a small bedroom. My only concerns were getting in and out of the shower which involved me, at 5 feet tall, doing some gymnastics. A person with poor balance or inflexibility might not have handled it. I saw no recycling bins at the complex which seemed outdated. Otherwise it’s an excellent value for the money. Walk to Moulin Bakery at least once!

Very nice, upscale area! Loved out stay. Needs some work; refrigerator, a few more dishes/pans, but all, in all very nice! Would stay again!!

You get what you pay for..
The location and price of this property is the best it has going for it. Balcony overlooks a parking lot and dumpster. It’s noisy in the early morning with different residents starting their cars and throwing out garbage. Bathroom is awful. Sink located outside of bath in bedroom. If you’re over 200 lbs I don’t know how you’d fit on the toilet as your wedged between the wall and giant jacuzzi tub. Shower only has one setting.. hot. Quite frankly I’d be worried about a law suit as it’s very dangerous crawling in and out of the tub. Mattress is hard as a rock and pillows were like sleeping on air. Couches look nice but are extremely uncomfortable. No arm rests to lean against. Refrigerator constantly made a winding sound. AC is loud and doesn’t produce cool air. Property manager stated they had beach chairs.. the absolute worst beach chair I’ve ever sat in. Child sized, no arms, can’t recline, straight backed with no pockets for storage. If it wasn’t so cloudy I would have bought some to use and pass along. This owner needs to invest $50 and get some proper beach chairs for his guests that are coming to SoCal to enjoy the beach! Do yourself a favor and spend more money for a nicer place. If you don’t care about comfort then this is the place for you!

Great Anniversary Getaway
Really enjoyed our stay in Dana Point. Nice gated community. Very pretty property and well kept. Met several very nice permanent residents who were very helpful in giving us information about restaurants, beaches, etc. Pool and hot tub area were very nice. Covered parking was great. Condo was really nice and well laid out. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Two TVs with lots to watch via streaming. King bed was very comfortable. The only complaint we had was with the living room seating. The two leather futons were very uncomfortable and they were the only seating options.

Better Than Expected!
This condo in Dana Point was better than we anticipated! The neighborhood is clean, quiet, with beautiful lush plants and hilltops all around. A great location! Easy access to groceries, beaches, sight seeing. Was pup-friendly! We all slept comfortably and had all the amenities needed to enjoy an entire week. Having a washer and dryer right at the condo was so helpful! We also appreciated the beach-supplies for our kiddo (and grown ups!) Super easy stay. Would do it again!

Christmas 2021
The property manager was very considerate, they left a bag for us that contained a number of treats. Four individually wrapped cookies, tea, and sample size shampoo and conditioner. The unit itself was exactly as pictured except for the tub. The fitness center wasn't what I expected. The location of the property was perfect for us and the assigned parking was a benefit.

A very comfortable & quiet place to stay.
A couple of suggestions:
Please replace your pots and pans, ESPECIALLY your frying pans. The Teflon coating is peeling off, we felt that they were not usable.
Also, tub/hot tub is hard to get in and out of. We are fortunate that we are taller people, however a shorter person would have a hard time.

Another good vacation in Southern California
We had a great stay recently at Ritz Pointe. This unit was close to the swimming pool and hot tub. The bathroom was a bit awkward with the large Jacuzzi tub. This unit seem to have everything else we needed.

Beautiful
This property has EVERYTHING! Tons of towels, every utensil you can think of. Bathroom is small but who cares? Stayed for a week with our 13 and 18 year old kids and it was great. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely Beach bungalow
Lovely, peaceful and neat lovely beaches, restaurants and walking trails. A gold mine
10.0 / 10.0
One issue only.
The toilet and shower area was way too small for the toilet and way too big for the shower. Maybe a normal size tub shower combo should be looked into if this is going to remain a VRBO property. Other than that we had a great time.

A comfortable place to stay in Dana Point
My wife and I spent 2 weeks at 56F Corniche in Dana Point.
Pros:
A swanky condo complex adjacent to the Ritz Carlton and Monarch Bay Resorts,
A convenient concrete pathway through the golf course to the beach about 15-20 minutes walk.
A well outfitted kitchen with all the gadgets and utensils one would likely need.
A king-sized bed, roomy walk-in closet, gas fireplace and washer/drier in the unit.
An excellent stainless steel charbroil gas grill that was easy to use and heated up fast.
Two large smart flat-screen TVs with cable programming and DVRs
40 MBPS wireless internet.
Three very nice hot tubs that were always 103 degrees.
Covered assigned parking
Cons
We stayed during a painting project of all the outside surfaces of all the buildings which greatly disrupted our enjoyment of the place, but after completion, probably within a month or so, it will never likely affect future visitors for at least a decade, so I'll say no more about it.
There were several mechanical issues which necessitated visits by a handyman contracted by Vacation Concierge the property management company. Miswired light switches, a very wobbly kitchen faucet, patio screen doors always off the track, etc. Response on some issues was rapid and effective, but others remained unrepaired during our stay.
While the shower itself was excellent, climbing into the jetted tub to use it was awkward and would be difficult for someone with physical limitations.
The toilet is wedged in between the tub and wall so closely that large people would have trouble using it.
The living room couches are attractive to look at, but not very comfortable.
The bed has a very soft foam topper which one of us liked and one did not, but regardless of comfort, it caused the sheets to come untucked every night.
The washer, while very nice to have, was the loudest I have ever heard. We were almost embarrassed to use it.
There are a lot of people housed in, these 2 and 3 story buildings, and continual activity from service people like gardeners, remodelers, trash collectors, etc. that resulted in a lot of daytime noise. Fortunately it's pleasantly peaceful at night.
Overall, without painters and if the mentioned mechanical items were repaired, this could be a wonderful property, especially in light of the reasonable rental rate, Vacation Concierge was easy to contact, responsive, and empathetic to our concerns. Our deposit was promptly refunded. I gave it 4 stars.

Great time in Dana Point
Very nice place, even the neighbors were friendly. (surprising...not everyone likes vacation renters) Liked the welcoming gift bag with kitchen and bath soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, even a small beach towel.....nice touch!

Nice place for couple for honeymoon.
The property is located in condominium on the1st floor and neighbours downstairs are not happy (they claim on opening/ closing windows and sliding bathroom doors, walking on the floor). The bathroom is not typical. Its rather big jacuzzi tub with WC - not enough place. The wardrobe would be smaller in favour of space for bathroom.
There are some equipment in the kitchen: dishwasher, sing garbage disposal.

A little more detail before booking
The condo was super cute, clean and perfectly equipped with all the items needed for our stay including all the beach items , kitchen items and necessary daily items to last the entire stay. I would recommend that in the description to include that the unit is on the second level and that the bathtub it a huge jet tub that can be hard to get in and out of (incase of being disabled or elderly). I stayed with my 7 yr old and 3 month old baby and it was a process to get all the baby's items to and from the car every time we left and arrived. I would have to sometimes take more then one trip to the car. Thank Gawd my 7 yr old is a huge help and would stay with the baby unit until I had the car loaded/ unloaded. Also, the parking spot is awesome to have but I had a Tully rack on top of my Jeep for what I had to bring down and wasn't able to park in the spot because the spots roof was too low and times had to park around the corner from the building. I could have missed the details but I only saw the second level detail a week before we stayed and got the actual address. It was just hard doing it alone but I did it ;) . I have MS and live in the Valley and wanted to get out of the heat and be able to enjoy outside so that was nice. The beach is also super close which was great! I want to make this a July thing .. LOL.. so if you have any other properties in the area for next year I would be super interested in advance.

Great place for a family getaway
This was a perfect property for our family of 4 for a few nights. First, Jeff and Vicki were great to work with and helpful when we needed to adjust our reservation. The unit felt spacious. The condo had everything we needed and a close walk to the pool/hot tub/small gym and a short walk to the free trolley to get around Dana Point/Laguna Beach etc. The parking spot is great. We were close to all the great South OC attractions which were a short drive or trolley ride away. We have two kids who used the futons in the living room, but if you had a baby and wanted to bring a pack n play - the closet is really big in the main bedroom and would be perfect for that. The gated community is really nice with a upscale feel and the condo doesnt feel dated at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Condo
This was the cutest condo! The location is great! Easy walk to the beach through a beautiful golf course with great views. It’s also situated right near the pool and hot tub in the complex. The balcony gets great morning sun which made it so nice to sit out and have your morning coffee!! The condo is nicely decorated and very clean and neat. It gets great natural light. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. The king size bed is very comfortable. I would recommend this condo. We loved it and will be going back!!
6.0 / 10.0
The condo is great but only really ideal for 4 people.
The en suite bathroom was an issue for us and could be an issue for others if more than a couple are staying in the condo due to having access only through the main bedroom.
Would have liked a better cable service.
The condo is quite well equipped and a good location being close to the pool and spa.
Vacation Concierge were as usual excellent and provided a great service.
The two leather sofa beds were not the most comfortable and a comfy corner sofa set would have been better for us.
The bathtub/shower arrangement could be a challenge for an older person as access into the bathtub is quite difficult.

Perfect
We loved our stay here. It’s very open, and bright. Super charming. The kitchen has all the fixings, and the pool is around the corner. The master bed is AMAZINGLY comfortable. We loved taking a nice long walk to Salt Creek Beach which has a large picnic area, and is beautiful. Great location.

Cozy beach condo
The condo was very welcoming and clean and close to everything. It was quite and peaceful. Plenty of good parking if you don't want to park in the assigned parking spot. Vacation concierge was very attentive and great. The TV's and Internet were great. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed for cooking and patio grill were perfect for home cooked meals. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did. We will be back. Cheers!

LOVE this place
My husband and I and our two teenage sons stayed here for a week during the Christmas holiday. We will be back. First of all it's so light and bright and has brand new furnishings. The furnishings were beautiful. Our boys slept on the two leather futons which have built in charging ports (perfect for devices). They loved the soft sheets and blankets for the futons. The TV's are huge and brand new, both in the living room and the bedroom. The king bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. We had coffee on the deck every morning on the cute adirondack chairs. We loved the trail to the beach. I walked the beach trail to the Ritz Carlton every morning. Then would go again with my family later in the day to play at the beach and watch the incredible sunset. The condo had beach chairs and towels. We would eat sometimes at Club 19, which is walking distance from the condo down the trail path to the Monarch Links Golf Course. Incredible ocean and sunset views. Great happy hour. We drove down to Dana Point and had breakfast, lunch or dinner. A very cute town. The harbor area is beautiful. Next time we'll bring our golf clubs as the golf course looked incredible. It's managed by the St. Regis resort, nearby. Laguna Beach is close by and so charming. We love this place and will be back.
