Not great, not terrible.

Location was excellent for our planned activities and getting to and from the train station. Breakfast meal was good and we liked that the queen size bed did not have the split down the middle like most European rooms.

Walls are paper thin. We were woken up every night by fellow guests coming in at 3 am or the guest above us walking on their floors. Rooftop Terrace and the room was underwhelming in our opinion. We expected more based on the amazing photos the hotel has on their page.

Kahvaltısı floransada yaptığım en iyi kahvaltı diyebilirim açık büfede inanılmaz bir çeşit vardı Sadece 15 Euro extra olmasa daha çok memnun olurdum yada daha makul bir fiyat olabilirdi, konum zaten Arno nehrinde bu yüzden bu nehri gören muhteşem bir teras var gün batımında bu terastan izleyebilirsiniz eksik hiç bir şey yok sadece tek olumsuz yorum olarak oda fiyatları daha makul olsaydı 2gece fazladan kalabilirdim,teşekkürler alfari 🙏

A quel prezzo ci sono Alberghi molto più eleganti e piacevoli.

L'albergo è come un groviera!! dentro e fuori da corridoi e passaggi...una accozzaglia di appartamenti. L'arredamento è semi moderno e senza carattere. La prima colazione è modesta i tavolini di dimensione ridicola.

location is great, beautiful hotel with stunning decor and history.. Breakfast venue absolutely fantastic!!! Lovely staff.

Only 2 things I feel I should mention; 1) Rooms/ bathrooms needs some hooks. Nowhere to hang your "stuff". Visited end of March which definitely is NOT winter, autumn with many warmer days.. and the heaters were always full blast.. did not like that.

Staff, room and location were great, bathroom design was really bad.

Great location and the staff was excellant.

The toilet in the bath room was right next to the door and the climb to use the tub was horrible for a senior citizen.

Must stay in Florence

Super convenient location close to all the luxury stores, laundromat, great restaurants. It is really a gem of a hotel. This hotel made our Florence stay so enjoyable. The staff also were friendly and helpful. One night I found out that the sheets had stains in them and looked unclean but the hotel staff changed them in no time and were really apologetic. There was also complimentary bottled water which we really appreciated. The water pressure in the shower room was excellent, and the lighting was super cool. I liked how there's two sinks for two people. The room was spacious and everything was so well thought out. It's one of the best hotels we stayed in in Italy - also in comparison to a 5 star hotel. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend anyone to stay when visiting Florence.

Our stay in the hotel was good

The hotel is very nice and clean, the personnel there is helpful and welcoming.

It is said that they have a parking that for me means it is for free, but the parking is actually 30-35 euro per day, depending on the size of the car. Plus there is no mirror in the room for the except of the bathroom

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location.

The location is excellent - right next to the Ponte Santa Trinita. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was made up every day, and all towels, toiletries and refreshments were topped up.

We were very happy with the hotel.

Posizione

Camera al 4 piano con ascensore rotto, abbiamo dovuto fare 4 piani a piedi dalle ore 17 alle ore 11 del giorno dopo, alla fine solo le scuse per il disagio e l’abbuono di 14 euro… l’ascensore era già rotto alla consegna della stanza ma il personale non ha avvisato, sarebbe stato facile offrire una sistemazione in altra ala. Se l’avessi saputo non avrei soggiornato

The location is not bad

I really don’t think this is a 4 star, it falls short, shower is badly designed, you can not wash your hair it is that small, mouldy. The room is very dark, no natural light, it’s hard to see. Hallway and stair case leading to the room is very run down. Rooms are trying to be something but that have been fitted out on the cheap side and it shows. The bedding, they need to throw the blankets out and replace them, smelt disgusting, tatted and old.
