not happy because of pool under renovation.

I book through Booking.com, but booking.com did not mention hotel pool under renovation. I paid the amount quit high for full facility, in the end , pool , entrance, pool bar all under renovation, can not use, very sad, no place to go in this small town and very unpleasant stay.

The staff were pleasant and friendly, food was good.

These are some of the issues I faced, Upon arrival, the extended waiting time of approximately 1.5 hours for lunch was the initial concern, particularly noting the absence of prior communication regarding potential delays. Such forewarning would have allowed for alternative arrangements to be made. On the second day, a functional issue with the bidet spray in the restroom was identified by me. Regrettably, the response time for maintenance was protracted, and even then, the issue remained unresolved. The necessity for a second request to facilitate a room change, which ideally should have been anticipated and actioned by the hotel staff, underscores a service shortfall. In light of these inconveniences, the management’s gesture of offering a complimentary dinner at the restaurant was a positive step towards service recovery, and is duly appreciated. Furthermore, the unexpected closure of the hotel pool, a facility that significantly influenced the choice of this hotel, was not communicated prior to arrival or during the booking process by Booking.com or the hotel. This lack of information was a source of disappointment.

Wonderful Stay

Came here the second time and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. My grandmother especially loved the breakfast options provided.

Spacious room, good bathroom Not related to the property, but an employee named Amean was in particular very good, very friendly and very helpful and elevated our experience

Pleasant stay for us as it was near to JPO

Location. Close to JPO

The parking. I was told the carpark is full and instructed to park on the roadside. I wonder what will happen if bad thing happened to the car parked outside of the hotel’s boundary. Will the hotel take the responsibility? I guess not

Good, but could be better

It was a comfortable stay with connecting rooms.

Mold in bathroom. The fabric of the sofa chair looked quite dirty.

Hotel closed to JPO

I like the location as it's near to the Johor Premium Outlet, which is only btwn 10-15mins drive. I really think the hotel should consider providing a shuttle to the Outlets to attract more people staying at the hotel.

The restaurant closed at night, probably due to shortage of staff. The breakfast buffet wasn't that great but acceptable. They don't have shuttle service from hotel to airport but they provided free shuttle from airport to the hotel.
