The location and the staff was great.
The tidiness, the pool is too small, the dinner was not available and we were very hungry we slept starving coz there is no restaurant around, the toilets and bathrooms were dirty and they are built outside the rooms.

Son environnement et son ambiance
Les chambres vraiment petites et la chaleur difficilement supportable

The cabin was very nice with our own little terrace. The accomodation had an amazing view! Accomodation organises guided walks and also has a bar with dining options, very friendly staff.
The utilities were not clean, e.g. sigarettes were laying in the shower. Also the cooking facility was very minimal with no spoons for example. The jacuzzi was in the bar so we didn't feel comfortable using it. In addition to this, the walk we wanted to do was cancelled due to too little participants.

views are stunning
having to pay deposit for towels and no toiletries was a disgrace

The African style layout and good atmosphere
The hot water in the showers weren’t consistently warm , but fluctuating temperatures and the swimming pool was green and not suitable to use.

A really special place, cozy rooms and common areas, bar and good food. They organise group hikes and are very helpful. Would stay again 100%
Communication was a bit off at first, after arrival great. Wifi only in common areas

Everything was super! Staff are a treat
One constructive criticism.. New pool cues are needed for a much enjoyable bar and entertainment area.

the scenery
very small room for a couple ( private + ensuite bathroom). no wifi in the room. a bit smelly. the only door was so difficult to open and close, we didn’t felt safe.
the pool look dirty and all the outdoor furniture was very worn.
we chose to leave and find something else close by.

the apartment we booked was clean and lovely furnished. even the food was ok and cheap
the toilets were quite dirty and weren’t cleaned regurlarly. we didn’t checked in and they already tried to sell guided tours.

Lovely place with all different kinds of room options. You can reach two insanely beautiful hiking areas within 30mins driving. The staff is truly amazing and has fantastic suggestions for hikes. Absolutely recommendable!

We came during a calm period so not every dish was available - what is totally okay. We spend the evening at the bar which is simply an amazing place on its own. The pasta and salad were also good and worth the prize. As we only stayed for one night we booked the cheapest option ( bunk beds) ...although the room was clean we do think that somewhere else you get more for your money considering that bathroom and kitchen are for communal use.
Only cold water and no toilet paper in the morning. The bathroom could be cleaner.

The staff has been really nice. The place is as it´s in the photos.
We booked the tour to the Tugela Falls with them. The guide was nice, but he left us alone when we have to go down, because he has to remain with other guests. For arriving to the starting point of the tour, we went in an open pick up, with cold and rain, for the price we´ve paid we would have had a better conditions
