Welcome to our relaxing cozy Rose Cottage with beautiful shaded yard, located in quaint and peaceful town about 25 scenic minutes to Zion National Park. Additional tourist attractions less than an hour away are Sand Hollow Reservoir, Tuacahn outdoor theater, St George, Cedar City Shakespeare Festival, Sand Canyon Park, Kolob, Virgin River hiking trails and several golf courses. Also, about 2 hours away, you can visit Bryce Canyon, north rim of Grand Canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort and Las Vegas.
Enjoy the cozy cottage touch of the enchanting Rose Cottage. There are even a few fairies about in the gardens and inside the cottage. Beautiful yard with fruit trees - apricot, pear, plum and pomegranate. You can relax in the nicely shaded back yard. Have a nice Barbeque on the patio. For your enjoyment inside the cottage, there are three smart TVs, wi-fi, video games, board games, and an interesting library of classic books. Fully stocked kitchen

Very spacious home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a nice dining area, kitchen with every utensil needed to cook a nice dinner, laundry room, a nice garden, a living room with a fire place in a quiet peaceful residential area and walking distance to a park with hiking trails.

Rose Cottage was everything we expected and more. Grocery and restaurants were close by. Neighborhood was quiet, beds were comfortable, and wow…the roses were magnificent. How awesome to stand at the kitchen sink and see the beautiful pink roses that came up to the middle of the window. What a beautiful home!

This place so perfectly situated where we would like to go, a bonus fun and nice trail in their backyard. Wish we had more time to stay a little longer. Highly recommend!

This home was warm and welcoming with lots of nice touches- everything from fairy messages to warm socks! Three generations spent a few nights here and we were all very happy with the accommodations.

Great property! Was here four years ago for three weeks. Great access to the Parks. Sadly only able to get one week this time. ☹️☹️. Next time, I will need to place reservations well in advance. My wife loves The Rose Cottage !!

The check in/check out process was very easy. We arrived to find the property clean and all of the appliances were in good working condition. A nice patio in the back to relax after a long day of hiking. Plenty of hot water for showers and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Everything was decorated with quality and comfort in mind for visiting guests. It was so beautiful, and it felt as though the owners truly wanted to pamper us. We absolutely loved it! I would only say one negative, and that is that the outdoor patio could not use a little attention, but the inside of the home was over the top awesome, and so the place deserves no less than 5 stars.

You open the front door and walk into a clean well -thought out theme home of a Rose Garden! The home is comfortable- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a well-stocked kitchen! The back door leads right out to hiking trails- We loved our 2 night stay in this charming home and would certainly stay here again!

Lovely quaint cottage with loads of charm. Had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. The decor with a floral rose theme was very enchanting. Very well stocked, very clean, comfy bedding and beautiful roses in the garden.

A 10 in all measures. And the amazing small park bordering it. Midway between ion Canyon NP and Snow Canyon State Park. We would chose this place again. 2 couples from Tennessee enjoying the area.

Very nice home. Spacious and clean. Lots of towels and blankets, comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Small but welcoming back yard. Convenient to Zion, grocery, and restaurants. Good communication with host.

Clean home. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen very well equipped. Full sized appliances. Beds were comfortable. No garage access. No cable tv, so bring your TV app passwords. We were very happy with the stay.

This is an absolutely adorable cottage. They have the Rose & Fairy theme going on and it is so much fun for the kids and adults! Very Comfortable , clean and Gary & Sue were very helpful and great to work with. Some of my kids forgot to bring their winter coats and it was in the 30's when we got to Zions National Park so we were very thankful that the cottage had some extra coats in the closet for the kids to wear. This was the perfect place for our little family to connect with each other after Thanksgiving. Thank you Gary & Sue!

Great property - cute, cozy, well stocked. We loved the house! When we arrived a few lights were on and music was playing. There were cozy socks for our use, water bottles in the refrigerator, Halloween decorations (we love Halloween!) coffee, tea, hot chocolate and popcorn. The information notebook was helpful and there was lots of information about what to do in the area. The house was so clean and had plenty of extra blankets and towels. The kids ( 5, 8, 14) liked the setup in the bunk room. The neighborhood was very nice and close to Zion National Park, Staheli Family Farm and local trails in La Verkin. Thanks for everything!

Great house in a nice neighborhood within 25 minutes of Zion. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only time we had to contact Gary and Sue with a simple question, they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Charming rambler that was well laid out and conveniently located. It was perfect for our three couples! Located in a quiet neighborhood and easy driving distance to Zion. This home was clean and comfortable and a nice place to retreat after a full day exploring.

Rose Cottage Retreat is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The pictures on the website are accurate. The location is very near the main highway so it is easily accessed. This neighborhood is very quiet and attractive. The kitchen is well supplied for preparing meals, but if you prefer to eat out we discovered two very, very good restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Host Gary will share these with you if you ask. Gary is very helpful and friendly. Once we were provided the access information, he communicated with us via text a couple times to make sure all was well with us and to answer any questions we might have. You will be delighted with Rose Cottage Retreat for your vacation lodging.

Such a cozy and comfortable home! It is a short drive to Zion National Park. After a full day of sightseeing, we appreciated returning to a comfortable home where the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to cook a meal.

We arrived at the property late at night and were greeted with all the lights on. It was so welcoming.....The house is adorable and comes fully equiped. There isn't anything you could want. A full kitchen with lots of pots and pans, full size fridge. 2 coffee makers and some coffee available. There is a huge laundry room where you can put your shoes plus a full size washer & dryer. The master was so pleasant, I didn't want to leave. I can't say enough good things about this home. The owners even helped me out and brought me an email that I needed to printout. They were absolutely super. The house is truly furnished as a cottage. Just precious.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean and no ants were visible as a prior guest mentioned. Hosts are nearby and very helpful. Our kids loved the bunk beds and searching for the fairy doors and notes! We are already planning our return trip. Thank you for a fantastic place to stay.

Was a quick trip to Zion. Price was reasonable for being pretty close to Zion. Property was nice and near restaurants and grocery store. The only downfall was ants in the kitchen and master bedroom. Property manger brought stuff to help with the problem. I would recommend.
