Nothing I didn’t like

Άνετο, καθαρό δωμάτιο σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, χώρος στάθμευσης στη πλατεία, ιδανικό τιμή/ποιότητα. Εύκολο check in/out χωρίς τη παρουσία οικοδεσπότη.
Χαμηλή πίεση νερού στο μπάνιο και η κουρτίνα δεν βοηθά να συγκρατήσει το νερό στο ντους, ίσως μια καμπίνα θα έλυνε το πρόβλημα.

I had a pleasant stay at KINGS SQUARE Holiday Apartments located conveniently in what felt like the town square, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants. The views of the mountains from our window/balcony were a serene treat. The apartment was clean and comfortable with easy parking available in the vicinity, which was a plus. Although the Wi-Fi was a handy amenity, the bed was a tad too soft for my preference, causing some discomfort. We didn’t require much interaction with the staff, but the overall atmosphere of the place was fine and the pricing was fair. While the immediate area didn't necessitate much contact with staff, it was the nearby restaurants that enriched our dining experiences, offering a great selection of meals. The charm of Polis and the comfortable setting of the apartment made for a satisfying stay, despite the minor hiccup with the bed comfort.
The primary concern during my stay was the comfort of the bed, which was too soft for my liking, leading to a less than ideal sleep experience. Besides, the town, while charming, was quite bustling with tourists which, ironically, made the experience a bit less authentic at times, even though I was a tourist myself. This bustling atmosphere also contributed to some noise, especially during the evenings. The lack of interaction with the staff didn’t impact my stay negatively, but a warmer or more proactive engagement could have added a personal touch to the overall experience. Lastly, while the apartment had a fine ambiance, a bit more modern or unique decor could have elevated the atmosphere and made the stay more memorable. Despite these points, the clean and functional amenities alongside the picturesque views offered a solid base for exploring Polis.

Good location, next to the center and with lots of options for eating and leisure. Comfortable beds. Quiet (even though there were no other guests).
We were 4 persons (one double bed in a single room and 3 beds in the "Living Room"/kitchen area). The was nowhere to relax besides the actual beds. In the small kitchen area there were four bar stools and no other furniture. There are no balconies either which makes it claustrophobic. The TV is in the in the single rooom so the rest of the group had some time to stare at the wall and contemplate! So while it's OK for a single night or even maybe 2 (if you are using it just for a shower and to sleep), it would be really uncomfortable for longer stays.. Oh, I forgot to mention that a roach came flying out of the AC unit!!

Location very good. right in the middle of Polis. Easy access to everything. Rooms were ok. It was clean and tidy when we god there. Air-condition was fine, internet was ok.
Bathroom was a bit old and small. water had no pressure which made it not very easy to shower and also when using the toilet. Generally rooms were a bit small. i expected something better for the amount paid.

Location is in the center of the village. Nice restaurant and bar just across the street.
Apartment was on the second floor with no elevator, the sofa-bed for the 3 year old kid was horrible, unbearable even for sitting. Also the bathroom was tiny and the double bed is a bit small.

Simplicity, everything was brand new in the property. Open wide space and very clean.
All was perfect

The cleaning lady
This place overpriced us for the facilities provided. If you're seeking relaxation and tranquility, I strongly advise against choosing this location. The cost was excessive for what we received. There was no proper check-in process; the cleaning lady simply handed us the keys. The room had a lingering cigarette smell and lacked clear communication with the owner, who was conspicuously absent.
The hotel's central location resulted in significant noise disruptions, which contradicts the peaceful experience most holidaymakers desire. Their website failed to disclose the vibrant and noisy surroundings accurately. The single-glazed windows did little to buffer the outside noise, and even the barking of dogs seemed like it was coming from the next room.
After we realized that our initial room was positioned right above a bar, the owner changed our room. To our dismay, the second room was in even worse condition. and was smelling smokie from cigarettes. We paid a considerable amount for what turned out to be a thoroughly disappointing stay.
When we decided to voice our discontent upon departure, we encountered the owner's relative, who operates a shop on the ground floor. Her response was not just unhelpful but incredibly rude. She refused to listen to our concerns and even escorted us to the exit door, making it clear that they weren't interested in addressing our issues so we should leave.
As a result, we made the decision to leave after only staying for two days. This experience has left us thoroughly dissatisfied and disheartened.
Don’t stay here if you want peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable holidays

Spacious, clean apartment. Recently renovated. Great location.
Some inportant comforts needed to have a better stay. Black-out curtains, a few chairs, somewhere to hang wet clothes.

Rooms very clean & comfortable & spacious.
Not enough cupboard space to put clothes especially if staying for longer than 2 nights.
Shower very small & water pressure very slow.

Nice, light interior, everything worked.
Zero noise cancellation, all noice on the street and around felt like it was right there. Harder to rest with that. No door to the bedroom, that would probably help with noice too.

Comfortable beds and nice rooms.
Nice location
Opaque curtains that let a lot of light inside the rooms. Not good for waking up late

This place is well located inside the town of Polis and easy to reach by car with parking right outside. The apartment was clean, had a well equipped little kitchen and it was easy to reach the host who came to let me in. Very large room and cute small balcony with a view over the hills.
It was freezing! The apartment was very cold and there seemed no way to heat it up. The shower wasn't very warm either and there was just a sheet and blanket on the bed, no duvet or second blanket. Not the place's fault but in terms of noise there was a dog likely living nearby that barked for most of the night. The TV has netflix but the language is in Greek so not easy to navigate.
