The windows have excellent sound isolation, the noise of the street was completely excluded. Spacious rooms, two bathrooms, comfortably large dining table.

The layout and fixtures and fittings were stunning. The location was a big bonus.

The shower took time to drain away.

The location is very close to the piazza and lots of restaurants and shops. The interior is beautiful and we loved the jacuzzi.

Some cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, kitchen towel etc) would have been nice to have stocked up so we don't have to buy it for a short stay.

The apartment is fantastic, very very nicely updated, and is very large. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating as we had car problems and arrived outside of our arrival window. He made arrangements to buzz us directly in and allowed us to complete the checkin process after we were able to relax for a moment. I will be returning to Siena and this will be my destination.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

The location is fantastic, in the center of Siena. We were already expected by our host for handing-over the keys. Got some tips for restaurants which were excellent!

Property was in a great location, centre Sienna. The apartment itself was really nice, just everything else was an issue.

We did not have enough linen and staff did not respond to actually providing us with some despite multiple conversations with different staff members. The linen that was there was of every imaginable pattern, nothing matched and as I said, not enough was provided for the 9 guests that we booked for. There’s no kettle in the property and the gas was turned off from the mains. No instructions were provided or an introduction to the property was carried out.
