excellent location, quiet and great apartment!

We tried the breakfast at Nautilus on the first morning, but thought it was expensive and not very nice. We self-catered for breakfast the rest of our stay.
The restaurants along the main road were all very good.
On leaving it was annoying having to drive out of the barrier and then walk back to the apartment to return the keys.
Although not in your control, the neighbours were quite noisy. I understand that they need to maintain their properties, but every evening they were leaf blowing, cutting trees or pressure-washing.
Not very relaxing when trying to have a quiet evening enjoying the sea view

Location was perfect right near the beach and use of pool nearby.
The welcome and greet we had a cleaner hand us the key with no information.

Location nice beach but no other walk accessible unless you had a car. Prefer sandy beach
Apartment didn’t resemble photos on site. Very shabby and located right next to electricity pylon which emitted an irritating white noise.
The shower was a nightmare, the water came out of shower head and bottom tap at same time and couldn’t be adjusted as it’s broken. The shower tray is tiny and the curtain doesn’t come all the way down to tray so bathroom gets flooded when showering. The entire apartment needs renovating if it’s priced like this. The curtains in the bedroom are filthy
When I enquired at the Taverna by the pool what time the pool would open as it was past 10am and advertised as opening at 9.30pm I received an aggressive answer from the waiter and thereafter was treated rudely by the staff so we never spent any money there as they were overtly unfriendly.
On a positive note Eftychia who was the booking rep was as helpful and polite as possible. Barbati is very expensive, the two supermarkets are super expensive and a total rip off.
Unfortunately will not be returning

Proximity of the beach, gardens around the apartments and the fact that the compound is isolated by the ramp.
We were four families occupying 4 apartments, three of which with two adults and children. The apartments we were given are advertised as four person apartments but apart for queens bed in bedroom other beds are improvisations and not comfortable even for small children. So sleeping is normal basically only for 2 persons. Bathrooms are rather small and in dire need of refurbishment, kitchen is also very small. We found dishes in the cabinets full of oil and cups dirty which basically meant that all the dishes need to be washed by you before use. bathroom sink did not have cold water, only hot, so my kid would burn hands everytime. I complained but it was resolved only after three days when I called the landlord with more complaints and when i stopped being polite. My husband is a tall man and he could not stand straight when showering since the water heater is placed right above the shower. It is really poor value for money, i understand it was a peak season but it is by far the worst experience with accomodation I have ever had for this price range.

Nice apartment in private, quiet, green area near beautiful pebble beach. We liked the private parking place, great terrace, very near the beach with bars, pool and tavernas. Super Market and Bakery nearby. Corfu town is around 20 min distance by car. The host was very polite and friendly.
The kitchen is very basic, but we could cook our meals. Loved the kettle and the toaster. Smart TV with Netflix, which is also great for the kids.
The apartment was partially renovated (nice looking bedroom and living room accessories) but not the bathroom which was little bit small and when you shower the curtain doesn’t protect from watering the whole bathroom and toilet.
Some doors (especially the toilet door) was hard to close by making a lot of noise while closing, which was stressful especially during sleep at night, it would be good to fix it. Sleeping wasn’t really comfortable for 4 people, one double bed was ok in the bedroom, but the other two should sleep on couch and additional small metal bed, which was very uncomfortable to sleep on it for few days. One air conditioner was working, the other was not (in the bedroom).

Very comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a lovely patio about 2 mins from the beach. Air conditioning and fridge worked fine, the kitchen had all the pots, china and cutlery needed. Plenty of clean towels were provided and changed regularly for the clean ones. Swimming pool with fenced off children area was great. There were three taverns and two fancier restaurants located along the beach within 5 to 10 min walking distance and more places uphill near the main road. Two bakeries, a supermarket and two souvenir stores on the main road, 5 mins away (also a car rental place). We booked transfer to/from the airport as the place is about 30 mins away from Corfu town. We did not do any side trips as we did not have a car and the Green Bus will not stop if it comes full from Kassiopi. We greatly enjoyed our stay (3 adults + small child) and would gladly stay there again.
Having salt and pepper in the kitchen would be nice. It is somewhat awkward at the beginning to get used to disposing soiled toilet paper in a bin rather than flushing it down the toilet, but this is common to the entire island due to the lack of proper sewers. TV had only one channel showing only children cartoons but maybe it was a blessing in disguise keeping us playing outdoors.

Great location, very close to the beautiful beach
The apartment was great, except for the shower - it’s quite a small space and the shower curtain didn’t do much to prevent water from going all over the floor

Location is perfect! Food and drink are very closed to apartment. The beach is excellent.
During one week we did not have any internet connection. Cleaning should be better for this price.

Almost seafront location - literally just a few seconds walk, just crossing a quiet road to get to the beach with white pebbles. 3 good restaurants nearby, supermarket and a lovely Bakery/Coffee shop.
AirConditioning working well.
Kids loved the appartment complex pool (2min walk).
Assigned parking place.

Everything was great. Accommodation a little older, but he lacked nothing. The rooms were cleaned often and we always had a lot of clean towels.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

The location at the most beautiful street in Barbati is great. We stayed at the second row of houses from the beach. We had nice two level balcony with tiles and stone at the floor. Had few different coffee makers and fully equipped kitchen. Smart TV and pretty good wifi for Greece. They changed the sheets and towels three times for nine days. Got also towels for the beach, but only three towels for three of us.
Not much natural light inside and tinny bathroom.
Communication with the cleaning staff was little bit hard due to their poor level of english, but welcome to Greece. They were kind though.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Spacious. Beach towels as well as room towels. Fresh linen and cleaned mid-week.
We were able to check out late.
We had to wait an hour to check in but could leave our cases and go to the beach.
No instructions left re the accommodation./facilities.

Very good location, super terrace, enough room in the apartment
Smell in the bathroom, an extra bed was not very comfortable - not suitable for an adult
