Large comfortable & safe, fully private enclosed home which caters for ( 16 people ) with large solar heated in ground pool.

The home is ideal for respectful Families or Groups of Friends.
No Schoolies, parties or events!
We no not accept excessive noise, loud music, Illegal drugs! or offensive language!!

Inside there are 2 living area's with large Smart TV's, Netflix, kayo Sports,USB media playback.
Ducted heating and Evaporative Cooling to keep you comfortable all year round.
Fully covered pergola with barbecue, outdoor setting, lounge, TV & much more...

The home is 450m from the supermarket and shopping complex. 20 mins walk to the beach, main shopping strip, cafe's, bars and restaurant's.

Families with young ones are catered for with extra which include (Porta cot, highchair, pool toys, air hockey table & table tennis table ). Rear back gate leads out to an oval, basketball courts,playgrounds.

Property was great for our family of 16, really good space inside & out. Only suggestion, it would be great if there was an extra shower & toilet even if it was outside near the pool area. Our kids loved the park area via the back gate as well, good for kicking the footy & playing basketball.

Group of 10 older guys used the Oasis as our base for a golf week in the Bellarine. The house was perfect, with 6 bedrooms a clean warm pool, excellent games room and outdoor BBQ area. I could not fault the place, highly recommended. In addition, the communication with the host Frank, was excellent!

Perfect for our family stay to celebrate the passing of a family member. People travelled from all over Australia to be together and farewell ashes into the ocean. Property was immaculate and well resourced to allow self catering with attention to detail of all requirements. Spacious. Great pool temp. Large outdoor space was perfect as we had brilliant weather. We had a girls week away with 8 adults and 1 toddler and the house was amazing to say the least. It was perfect in so many ways. Super clean, comfy and it had everything there that you could need or want. So much room and space for everyone, that you could even have time to yourself if you wanted. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather but we are already planning our next trip for this. Frank was amazing to communicate with and always answered any questions we had promptly. Can’t wait to go again, very highly recommended.

Perfect for 3 families to stay in. We had 4 adults, 2 teens several preteens and a handful of under 8. The kids loved the games room. We’d definitely like to stay again in Summer to make use of the pool and with the adventure park less than 10 minutes drive it’s in a great area. Definitely recommend this house for extended family groups with kids.

The property was well maintained and well appointed to cater for large groups (or families). We had a large group of 15 stay at the property in comfort for a golfing weekend. We enjoyed our stay and the host Frank was easy to deal with and checking into the the property was easy and convenient.

From the front of the property as you drive up the driveway the size of the property is deceiving. Once the front door is opened you enter into a large living area & the joy continues to the end of the property. Large Kitchen with both a large dining area inside & out. Lots of space & a beautiful back yard swimming pool with Cabana, as well as a games area with table tennis table, Fuse Ball etc. The property is a 15/20min walk to the beach which we did everyday of our stay. A fabulous property which we recommend….loved it.

This property excelled all expectations. Everyone was very impressed with the accommodation. Plenty of room for multiple families, every detail has been thought of, down to plenty of chairs, crockery, cutlery etc. Exceptionally clean. The property Manager Frank responded immediately to any questions. . Will definitely be rebooking. Thoroughly recommend.

Very comfortable & spacious house that easily accommodated 16! 3 large living areas & the enclosed outdoor entertaining area + games room provided ample space for all. A 2nd common bathroom/toilet is required for this number of occupants.

We had our extended family of 10 stay in the home for a long weekend. It was brilliant! The house is extremely clean, has everything you could possibly need and the pool area is beautiful. The lounge rooms are brilliant as is the outside dining area, heaps of seating and room. Bedrooms are well set out and comfortable. Way better than expected and we can’t wait to come back again highly, highly recommended!

The property was very clean, well presented and well appointed with all you could need for an extended family/large group getaway. The outdoor area and pool, comfortable living areas, large smart tv's and games room made for a relaxing time and catered for everyone. We appreciated being given a later checkout-made for a more relaxing departure. The description of bedrooms 4&6 were a little confusing but otherwise I would highly recommend this property.

House is perfect for large groups or multiple families. Every bit of space is well used with plenty of entertainment provided for people of all ages. Kitchen is and outdoor BBQ areas all well equipped both with plenty of bench / sink space and fridges. And the pool areas and 2 TV / entertainment rooms allowed for plenty of relaxation.

It's a holiday house never to be missed if you are travelling to ocean grove or surrounding area..2-5 mins drive to th3 beach..the house has literally everything you can think of as an entertainment package from children to adults such as table tennis, play station, airhockey..and to liven your mood solar heated swimming pool.If you are thinking of having a new sessions with friends or family you have a different bbq area with tv and comfy couches and large dining tables...to make it short and sweet..It's a house never to be missed as a holiday house..and thankx to the owners and property managers for their warm hospitality and making it feel like home..

Large spacious home which was great for our large group of couples with kids. The outdoor entertainment area was perfect for meal times, plus good living areas, and huge pool. Only negative is having to supply your own bed linen which is an inconvenience when on holiday.
