The location was great.
There was no fans, bath towels, Wi-Fi was very poor it would go in and out and only was possible in one room. One bed was like sleeping on concrete. The windows need screens on all windows not just some, so bugs won’t come in.

Beautiful house decor and very spacious.
Communication with owner was bad. No towels, shampoo or soap. Toilet paper finished and had too buy some because owener never responded until 1 day later. Master bedroom bed was like a rock very uncomfortable. No air conditioner or Heater at all..

The warm welcome of Angel, really he is an Angel from heaven, well explained the details of the House,
neighborhood, most important the way to Basilica Our Lady of Guadalupe as we are Pilgrims from the Philippinea
so we value the proximity of distance from Casa Mexicana to Basilica, we Love the Mexican style of the
house that really feel you are in Mexico plus by foot showed us the best place authentic Mexican Food ,
market, 24 hour Oxxo convenience store. Bonus we have a cute guard puppies who are adorable named
LUIGI & LULO. We will come in this place for our next Pilgrimage.

It seems like the company failed to let the owner know we were coming. He ended up accommodating us in a different house after we showed him proof of purchase. He was a great host and we appreciate what he did for us.

Location was great and safe neighborhood. Beautiful home
WiFi worked just one day. Couldn't switch on stove. asked host and host wasn't available to help. Hot water to shower never worked.

The location was wonderful! A cute little village in the midst of the city very close to the basilica. Felt quite safe. The host was so kind to show us around and make us feel at home. The host made us feel like friends!
If you read through all the reviews, you will see things like not enough TP, towels, toilet paper, cutlery, trash cans. These are all true. The host does get those things if asked, eventually, but you do have to ask for a lot of things that are included other places. I sort of thought of it as staying in a friend's house where they have some things and you just make do without what you don't have.

Beautifully decorated flat, inspired by Frida Kahlo's art and Mexico's history and culture. Within walking distance of the impressive Basílica de Santa María de Guadalupe. A residential area with many young families who can be seen relaxing in the local park. Staff in local businesses are very helpful and friendly. Several laundrettes in the vicinity and a Botega Aurrera and Walmart within 15-20 minute walking distance. The sushi shop around the corner serves excellent takeaways. The host is full of advice and enthusiasm about tourist attractions in and around Mexico City and always happy to help.
