No AC. Host barely speaks English and is unresponsive. 4pm check in, not worth it.

I liked the location and nearby parties and attractions. Nice backyard garden.

No AC, barely any toilet paper, and a rude, non-responsive host. Because of the 4pm check-in, we spent the day elsewhere and while we were out the host kept calling us and asking when we were going to arrive. Note, checkout was 10-11AM. No extra towels. Pictures make this place look bigger than it is but it's upstairs with a bunch of other guests, staying nearby. I wish I could get a refund after paying over $110 a night for this garbo.

Central Apartment to enjoy Ponta Delgada.

The location was central and easy to get to sites, restaurants, and bars. The apartment was a good size for a couple. Free public parking available on the same street of the apartment. Host was very welcoming and helpful for recommendations, and quick to respond. Easy check in and check out. From this apartment easy to get around the Island.

The living room space and balcony were bit too small to spend time in. Would open windows every once in a while as it could get a bit humid in the apartment.

light, spacious, sea views, great host

The host Pedro was super welcoming. the apartment was very clean and more spacious than we expected from the photos. there was a cute and private balcony and it was nice to be able to see the sea from all rooms. the design chairs in the living room were luxurious.

Perfect location, few steps the center, no parking fee on the street. The appartment was comfortable, enough place for everything :). Bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The walls were wet and we could smell mold. There were some ants- we had to protect our food from them.

Well-designed apartment in the centre of Ponta Delgada

We got an upgrade to the roof apartment which was a nice surprise. The apartment is very spacious and well-designed, also it has a furnished balcony next to the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment a lot. Also Pedro welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of recommendations what to see and do on Sao Miguel.

Although the kitchen is well-equipped we were missing some basics like salt and oil for cooking and also coffee filters. Coffee and tea would be a nice addition too :)

Pleasant

Location is great and close to a lot of restaurants. Sao Miguel is so small you can see everything with Ponta Delgada as a basepoint. Pedro is a very nice host.

Sheets where not clean at first, but quickly replaced after reporting this to the host. Parkingspace in the street was limited, but mostly available if you try to park later in the day.

An excellent place to stay in Sao Miguel

Owner is very professional and friendly. A very nice place right into Downtown. The appartement just was OK for us two.

Maybe some more kitchen ustensiles would help and extra fourniture in the bedroom.
