Piękny widok, lokalizacja na plaży, atmosfera
Ciężko się śpi, ale tego byliśmy świadomi że obijające fale będą hałasować. Troszkę dziwny zapach, trzeba było wietrzyć

The most amazing location, absolutely breathtaking.

On first impressions it is very close to the sea and offered a chance to swim from a small patch of sand nearby but we were told by a local surfer that the swell was very stoned and the rocks dangerous abrasive pumice so not safe to swim. Only viable for the bravest surfers
It was reached by 300 concrete steps and a small causeway which we were told was actually covered by the seas in high tides. Going up the steps in the Balinese heat was terrible with the sun beating onto the cliff face. I overheated and was in real trouble for half an hour after the climb. Steps inside the hotel were uneven heights and dangerous with no grab rails. Our room was reached by a steep wooden ladder. This hotel is really a hostel for young surfers but not for families and older people. The hotel did not point this out in its publicity showing a complete disregard for health and safety. Our room had mould marks in the corners.

Pequeno almoço excelente e refeições excelentes!
Depois de fazermos o check out, demoraram mais de 1h para nos trazerem as malas até ao cimo das escadas.

Lokasjonen var unik. Rommene var autentiske. Hyggelig personale. God mat. Aircondition.
Lite muligheter for avslapping på hotellet. Ingen bademuligheter/solemuligheter. Trappene.

The location is amazing. It’s a hideaway from the chaos that is Bali. There are a bunch of steps down, use a backpack, but that means there are hardly any other humans about.
People trek from all over to come down to Bingin and at Dreamsea you have the place to yourself.
The rooms and cute boho vibes. Spend a little more and get aircon. Was worth it. Foods great at the restaurant. The staff are lovely. We stayed three nights in late Feb. very hot but the sea breeze was beautiful. Highlight of our fortnight in Bali. And monkeys are ratbags. 🙊😜
It’s not cheap. But the experience is one of a kind.

Views, beach, food and staff were great!!
Stairs - staff helped with luggage
Smell - in room from bathrooms ? Unsure
Pillows - very average!!

Amazing location
Noise of the wave

the view is a ten. the room is a ten. clean, bright and good scents. breakfast with a view was pretty good too.
many monkeys, they steal my coffee luwak :’(
climbing up and down the stairs was tiring.
4.3
Believe it or not it looks even better than the pictures. Yes the stairs as said in the previous reviews are tough but honestly not as tough as I expected it to be having in mind how many people complained about it. If you’re in moderate fitness stage and don’t have luggage you’ll be fine - getting to some of the Uluwatu beaches is harder than this. And this is worth it. They offer earplugs, wear them. The views were simply wonderful and I caught a live music at the bar which was simply beautiful. I was very careful about Bali belly so can’t speak for the food as I was very picky in what I’m eating. Overall - wonderful experience!

Absolutely amazing location! The staff were exceptional and the food was fantastic!
4.3
Truly a beautiful location. I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but other than the thin walls (which are explicitly noted), we had zero complaints. We only saw monkeys on our last day, in the car park, and it appears that new stairs have been recently built which made access much easier. Enjoyed our meals at the restaurant on site, and it was easy enough to walk around the rocks to Padang Padang Beach and into town.
With the thin bamboo walls you just have to hope that you have respectful neighbours!
4.3
The location is outstanding, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were beautifully decorated with extraordinary views.
4.3
unique experience staying on the side of a cliff. cute room with amazing view. good food and coffee in the restaurant. friendly staff
A bit expensive, a bit far from the main road. when windy, there was a lot of noise from the waves crashing against the cliff at night
4.3
staff were very friendly, food was tasty.
Steps leading to the property were very steep and challenging, and my fiancée fell.
there was metal poking out of the mattress which resulted in me cutting my leg, informed staff but they weren’t too bad, same as when re reported a large hole in our wall, which they had already tried covering with a book shelf.
They did advise on the monkeys, however we were on pins due to the hole in the wall and no staff always available to help when leaving room and monkey on the balcony etc.
Hard to sleep due to the positioning of the AC unit blasting straight onto us, but couldn’t turn it off due to the heat

we absolutely loved Dreamsea, it is a gorgeous location, good food, smiling and helpful staff. ❤️
thin walls, but we knew about it, bamboo walls
4.3
having breakfast everyday with those views is just pure happiness. The staff was very kind, the room incredibly clean and the wifi is good
The dark and steep access to the hotel. Also, the lack of privacy but that was well advertised.
4.3
Beautiful location at the cliff, great restaurant with amazing view just above the sea, friendly people.
The beach was little, what wasn´t a problem but there was building stuff like some pillars and so on. Would be nicer if it was clean. Also a bit annoying monkeys at the terrace with no possibility to leave the door open.
4.3
The breakfast was great. Tasty, good portion and beautifully presented.
Not very accessible location with next to no lights on the path to reach the hotel which is very dangerous at night and in rains. There is no room service available. You have to go to the restaurant even for water and staff is of no help. No wardrobe in the room so your room has to be littered with open suitcases and the room is just not big enough for that

Think Dora the Explorer journey through a very narrow lane (can't honestly call it a road) into the forest, which leads to a secluded rocky hillside carved with giant Flintstone steps clustered with rustic Jungle Book huts facing the ocean. This is the best description of Dreamsea, in my experience. Even reading all the reviews did not prepare me for the reality.
What made my stay memorable:
- The ocean-front experience, highlight being during high tide when the waves are crashing onto the shore. The view is mesmerizing, even when it rains.
- The very helpful porters, for carrying my bags down/up those steep giant steps.
- The restaurant has really tasty meals and coffee at decent price range (ave IDR50-100k)...thank goodness for that or I'd have gone hungry. I stayed put in the hotel the whole time I was at Dreamsea coz I couldn't make the effort to hike up/down those steps. Forget calling GrabFood coz the hike up/out to get your food will mean cold meals.
- Very comfy pillows and bed, which is of the firm lumbar-support type.
- Cold, quiet aircon to keep the room comfy during hot days.
- The sea-facing hammock corner to laze all worries away...until the monkeys come to disturb!
My room is not an ensuite - have to step across the hallway (which is used by other guests to get to their room) to access the bathroom. A bit odd, but it's just a different experience. Bathroom works as it should with hot water, good water pressure and flushing toilet - all good. Insects included (hey, you're in the middle of the forest - why would you be surprised?)
You need to be really fit to enjoy this experience at Dreamsea. Those who aren't should thoroughly read the really long waiver document you'll need to sign in order to confirm your booking - it's no joke.
It's a true puzzle to me why the owner doesn't position Dreamsea as a retreat centre, which promotes relaxation/meditation and prohibits people from making noises after dark - similar to the BED chains in Chiangmai. Because the walls/floors are so thin, you can even hear the next-door person sneeze, what more when they chatter away like hungry seagulls. I was awaken in the middle of the night when guests stomped past my room and my whole room and poster bed vibrated (think: earthquake).
Earplugs won't help, esp when the other guests are inconsiderate. So, 2 nights was the most I can tolerate no matter how awesome the ocean looked. Until the concept changes, I would chalk this as a once-and-never-again experience.
Beware of:
- The small blink-and-you-miss-it signage pointing to the entrance of the lane leading to the hotel
- Narrow lane that can barely fit a sedan; if there's opposing traffic while you're driving in/out, you better be pro at driving in reverse alllll the way.
- Drivers who may not be keen/able to drive into the lane, which means you'll be lugging luggage through uneven bricked lane that takes at least 8mins end-to-end. The lane only has 1 street lamp, so avoid after-dark walking.
- Love the direct access to the beach/sea, but it's a rocky shore that's best to wade in with swim boots on to avoid injury.
- Big and brazen wild monkeys that will clamber over roofs, trees and into rooms at the first opportunity.

loved this property and wished we could have stayed longer! was so relaxing, everything was great including the food and the yoga.
the location may be a bit difficult for some to find and navigate.
4.3
there was space to do yoga on the terrace. nice to wake up with the ocean in front of you. very amazing breakfast
could have cleaner bathrooms and showers. more storage facility inside the room would have been nice, and a bin - just details.
4.3
A unique place to stay. The stairs can be a killer but the Dreamsea location is worth it. The food is awesome with lots of variety. Rooms are small and not much room for bags so pack light. We had 2 private rooms and a shared room. Rooms 21 and 20 were great
Room 1 (shared) was very noisy. The kitchen was right next to it and the walls are thin. It sounded like you were in the kitchen with them.
