The property is really lovely and very clean. One of the bedrooms have an en-suite which was great as we had a party of 5 adults and 2 children. There is also a small balcony. Asda and Lidls are very nearby.
There wasn't enough forks for us all, luckily we had some disposables with us so not a problem. However, it would be good if this could be rectified for the next guests

Nice location and very comfy beds
They were few scratches on the walls and one bedroom door didn t close properly but it didn’t bother me that much

absolutely awful! at last minute they put us in another of their properties and it was horrendous.
i turned up at the front door, to find someone had left two dirty bin bags on the step.
the house was worse than a student house. Dirty and horrible.

The property was supposed to be luxury there were old mattresses against lampposts in the parking area, the door entry to the apartment didn't work, the door had already got a chunk taken out of it, probably from a previous disgruntled person.
Nobody answered the call when I tried to phone so ended up booking into park in through booking.com which was fine

the beds were so fragile they almost feel like cardboard one of the members of group must’ve sat on it too hard and it almost broke, we had a few drinks before and after our night out we couldn’t play any music because the tv remote didn’t work and they lied about us having a party and decided to keep our £400 deposit which is scandalous because we did not have a party and we spent most of our time out of the apartment
the staff were impolite and didn’t phone me once when they told me they would get back to me regarding deposit. the beds were terrible and there’s no heaters in the apartment

Highly recommend NOT to book!
No Heating upon arrival
Not sufficient bedding for No. Of people
Not enough crockery for number of people
Not thoroughly cleaned throughout
Broken bed off wall and broken fixtures throughout apartment.
Nothing like the pictures
No acknowledgment or solution from customer service even after speaking on the phone to them. They asked to send pictures via WhatsApp and then said they are too busy to deal with it. Got back to us after check out "we acknowledge your complaint thank you"
The worst customer service ever received.

Nothing
The property has a funny smell and no tissue in da kitchen and d blinds in da living room is worn so people from outside can see inside. The customer service is extremely poor and the host got some hidden charges at d last min plus the telephone number does not work so u can’t communicate with d host. Check out time is 10am so u can’t even have a lay in morning. Never again will I book with Luxuriant apartment, avoid them like a plague

Nothing.
I got a parking ticket for £60 even though I parked in the correct place. The bed was two singles and the pillows were like bricks.

I was told we had free parking but, only one car which wasn’t specified when booking. When I did park my car, I got a PCN and was informed that it was private land so, I shouldn’t have been given this information as it was inaccurate.

Location was convenient for Silverstone
The cooker did not work, builder needed to come out during the day to fix it. TV wire was hanging down across doorway, one dinning room table chair was broken.
Room could have been better cleaned,

The shower and bathroom were nice.
When we arrived at the property there was police all around the area and a bomb disposal unit which was worrying. We then proceeded to enter the building and the front door was broken inside looked like a crime scene and the wall was smashed on the stairs this did not make us feel safe at all for the duration of our stay. Once inside the property we noticed there was a stale smoke smell which was coming from the landing outside the apartment. It was not cleaned to a high standard with plastic cups left on the floor from previous occupants and kitchen utensils dirty. I had been previously told that I could open the balcony door due to my claustrophobia but this was locked and some of the windows also did not open. None of the door in the apartment stayed open and I stressed when being put into this apartment that due to my claustrophobia I could not be locked in this was truly distressing and I ended up having a panic attack. During the night the apartment got very cold and the bedroom was freezing. We attempted to put the heating and the radiator on but the old radiators were not working in any of the bedrooms. Also many of the lights were not working and were broken. The curtain rail was also bent and looked like it could fall down at any point. At this point I sent a what’s app message to the number that was displayed in the apartment to text if there were any problems during your stay. I sent several messages to this number and my messages were read and not responded which I believe is disgusting customer service. I tried to call and the person on the other end decided to forward all my calls so I could not speak with anyone. May I just add to this review that this was not my first choice of apartment the apartment I had initially booked I was moved from by Luxuriant Stays and after their third attempt was placed in this dingy apartment.
