I like the responsiveness of the staff. They were very friendly and always try to be helpful in all situations.
I didn't like that the hotel didn't have a cab or taxi attached to it.

Staff were amazing and the room was lovely

Breakfast wasn't great because they only have the same three set of menus everyday which is boring and not pleasant. The staff were amazing. I recommend the manager for the swift response to my complain about the WIFI, the reception staff -Mina & one gentleman (whose name I cannot remember) for their good customer service, one kitchen staff - Akosua, who was swift at her job even in the face of some physical challenges. Finally I would also recommend the security and domestic professionals who were so helpful at all times.
In my opinion, the hotel has a great manager who is happy to help whenever the customer raises any concerns. However, in as much as I do understand the culture is different from what we are used to in the West, I would like him to be more engaging with the customers (especially new loggers) to understand more of their concerns.

They upgraded my room. But the room they first gave me was not beautiful like the pictures. The area has a few night life places to visit
The bed was rock hard and the breakfast was exactly the same. The restaurant was closed but the Manager was very nice. The room was clean but the bed was hard as a rock. I didn't stay there some nights due to the bed. Oh and I realized that several items were missing from my room. The The desk attendant great. My husband thought he lost his wallet now after checking out we realize the day we gave the key to the cleaning lady several things were missing. 2 necklaces my husband's colognes 1 of my wigs and his wallet. I will NEVER EVER EVERRRR STAY here again
4.5
The staff was professional and patient at meeting my needs. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the fact breakfast was brought to us daily and the dining staff were very nice at warming at our food when needed. We ate in the restaurant and it was very delicious. My first Ghanaian dish...delish.
The breakfast was repetitive. Not very good selections. Eggs with veggies and bread. Somedays we got a hotdog. I also did not like how when I would request things on the menu they would say they were "finished" meaning they did not have the item. It happened often. Unfortunately, the room was not soundproof either as indicated on their website.

Everything was lovely, especially the staff.
