Everything is clean and modern, the location is near the train station and the main shopping street, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
The rooms are a bit small, and they don’t have blackout shades, so light comes through the curtains at night. Also, there is no elevator and the hot tub is only in the room for two (the matrimonial room), so just keep this in mind if you book it for this room.

Located in a quiet area of town near to train station (5 min walk) clean and very spacious room with large bathroom with a large shower.
Nothing.

Très accueillant d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, beau et propre au calme.
Peut être un peu loin de la tour de Pise = 25 min à piex

Delivered everything I needed and the room provided a wonderful refuge on a stormy day, with the French doors left open to watch the lightening….

Everything in the property was fabulous, from easy check-in and check out. the location is excellent also.
the room we stayed in was very comfy and the bed was really nice.
The only small thing was that the air con was not very cold, it was a warm nnight and it would of been nice to be a bit cooler.

We had no problem checking in late. Our room was very bright and spacious. The bathroom was really nice and big with a free standing bath.
The room was not sound proof as advertised. We could hear lots of street and building noise. The air conditioning did not work and when I raised it at checkout, the staff did not care. This made the room uncomfortably hot at night.

easy access, clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. provided little touches like an Easter egg for the children.
pillows were a little too soft.

This is an elegant boutique hotel with beautifully designed rooms in a quiet location but close to the Main Street of Pisa. The staff were super friendly and helpful and allowed early check-in to allow us to make it to our Leaning Tower booking on time. Would definitely recommend this accomodation for anyone visiting Pisa!

The staff was absolutely fantastic, professional amd tidy. Gave suggestions on where to eat and where to go in Pisa. The room was beautiful with the fully functioning spa bath. The best part of the room was the bathroom with the walk in dual shower, toilet, bibet and two wash basins. Beautiful bath robes and comfortable home slippers and fully equipped with towels, hair dryer, dental kit, sewing kit and more. There was a coffee machine in the room and a functioning TV with a mini bar. The extra requested items were amazing as well as the option for a late checkout. Although the bed didn't look comfortable it was extremely comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The room was very spacious and well decorated to compliment the old building.
The room was not sound proof and we could hear other guests using the stairs as well as the reception. The matress looked old and crooked. The air conditioning did not work fantastically well. There were plug points next to the bed, but they were being used for the bedside lamps, thus no charger could be plugged in. As well as the plug point in the mini bar was occupied by the dehumidifier.

The hotel staff are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We paid for a bottle of Prosecco which was presented beautifully in an ice bucket, they kindly provided us with more ice too!
The bed was really comfy and streets were blissfully quiet. There was no outside noise or disturbances.
We were given local recommendations of things to do and places to eat. San Domenico is a must!!
The hotel is within a short walk to the station which was great for travelling to Florence/Lucca.
The hotel was spotless and our rooms were cleaned and tidied beautifully every day. There are robes and slippers which were a beautiful touch. There’s a smart tv in the bedrooms so we were able to logon to Netflix/Amazon prime. Upon checkout we were able to leave our luggage at reception, the weather wasn’t great on our last day but we were able to relax in a room next to reception with comfy chairs, coffee machine and snacks. The hotel called us a taxi to the airport which came within minutes.
Breakfast was great at a local bakery/cafe and just a short walk from the hotel. You received a voucher which included a hot drink, orange juice, pastry and sandwich. The selection was incredible and staff spoke great English and were really friendly.
The only downside is you can hear others movements. We were on the first floor so could hear people above us walking around their room. The corridors are all marble so it is quite echoey when people are talking.

Beautiful room, incredible bathroom. There is a backyard, a smalll room with cookies and coffee machine. Few blocks from Pisa train station, supermarket at one block, and diverse restaurants near the place. Two blocks for main commercial street.
Maybe the best boutique hotel we have known. Not only every detail in the beautiful room, but also very kind and professional people in charge of the facility.
