Easy to get to central location. Everything was clean, the terrace and balconies were nice. Beds were comfortable.
4.5
Kitchen available,
Multiple spots to relax outside ones room,
Locker for valuables,
Some space to hang clothes (more would be even better)
An additional shared bathroom/shower would be nice,
Beds can be short for tall people

The room was cheap.
We didnt get our own key to the front door, we were placed in an apartment outside of hostel because they forgot to proces our booking. We also did a tour with Sashii. Our driver was named Harol. We saw a lot of positive reviews so we were excited. Our experience did not match the other reviews. Our driver yelled at us and other participants multiple times. He called us stupid or another girl a fat and ugly duck. He drove like a madman and hit two Wayuu people during the trip which he blamed on the women standing still on the sidewalk. He drank beer during the lunch, flirted with really young Wayuu girls and constantly wanted us to hurry up. We complained about this, Victor was nice and understanding about it but our 3 days were ruined.

I did not have breakfast included in my booking. I decided to pay the COP10,000 extra and was able to choose my preferred breakfast. I got coffee, juice, arepa and eggs. They replaced the papaya on the side with banana which I really appreciated. Food was great.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The vibe of the other guests was also welcoming and friendly.
There is not a lot of space in the 4 person dorm for luggage and packs so it would be very cramped if full. Luckily there were only two of us in the room when I was there.

The property was very clean and the beds very confortable. The staff was also welcoming (at the beginning)
The staff insisted a lot for us to do the tour with their agency whereas we had already booked a tour. In spite of our numerous déclinaison we felt uncomfortable to say no several times. In addition, a random man entered our room through an adjacent door at 4am. With my friend, we were very scared. When we informed the staff their answer was: « We told him not to do it but he was drunk again »

everything was perfect! everywhere was clean, nice breakfast, and also the tour to Cabo de la vela was great! it’s definitely worth it. And they kept our luggage while we went on the tour. very close to the beach, the bay and many restaurants! Mario was the real MVP, he is the coolest guide when it comes to Ríoacha.
nothing.

The hostel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked the 3 day punta gallinas tour with sashii tours (which was an awesome tour) and the owner let me keep my big backpack at the hostel for no charge. The breakfast was good as well, and the hostel is very close to the ocean. Overall, it was excellent!

The staff "Mario in specific" was great ! Room was clean and fulfilled all inquiries.

Very clean, like being at home. Bathrooms have soap in and towels are provided.
Great breakfast.
Mario who checked us in was very nice and helpful.
There's a tour agency attached; we didn't use them but they've lots on offer and can store your luggage whilst you take trips.
Complimentary water.
Rooms are small if they're full; we had a 4 bed with bathroom and luckily were just 2, otherwise would be a squeeze.
Good location to the beachfront.
AC in the room.
Jacuzzi/pool not working - only informed after paying.
Sun loungers don't have cushions like the pictures would advertise.
Dogs- At night when you come back they're like guard dogs and will bark and intimidate you. We couldn't get to the door as we thought they may bite us. Had to call the hostel to let us in.

while it seemed nice i didn’t get to stay
i had a confirmed booking with parking when I showed up the guy was not pleasant at all. it seems he was completely sleep as we had to ring the doorbell several times. finally when he opened the door he said had no parking and only bunkbeds and pretty much let us go. he had no interest and giving us a room and showing where to leave the car even if it was outside. long story short we ended up spending the night in the car.

the rooms are too smalls

The staff is very friendly, but the windows don’t hold back much noise and between the traffic and one of the employees screaming outside at 6:30 in the morning it’s not the best for sleep. Small rooms, but decent
4.0
- They are always cleaning
- Staff is extremely helpful
- They also run an agency, so you can book tours from here (go see the flamingos)
3.5
Good location, small rooms, but alright. We didn’t appreciate the owner screaming very (!) loudly at 6.30 am outside the hotel, followed by a comment about how people don’t like how loud he talks. The street-side room has single glass windows and is extremely noisy. All the staff was absolutely great and very helpful

All was good there.

A nice place to stay in Riohacha. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A great and safe position.
Everything was ok.

The hostel is very nice, clean and modern
Receptionist was not very helpful and not welcoming. Do NOT take their tours they are only interested in your money and not your enjoyment. Go to any other agency as the prices are the same.

In the livingroom they had a big tv and the hostel is close to the beach.
We booked a room with two beds, but as we arrived this room was already booked to someone else. So we had to stay in a really small room with four beds and share it with some other person. We had to use the bathroom in the hall, because ours was really sticky. The stuff not really cared about our complains.

Cleaning personel and night staff were supernice !
Location is fine, near the beach.
Airco was nice
Hosts were interested more in their cellphones then in their guests. There was not alot of interaction.
We can rate the Sash hostel like we rated the town of Riohacha: not a warm atmosphere and we did not really feel welcome.

The comfort
Everything was ok
