The property was really beautiful. We really enjoyed the location and how close it was to different restaurants. We were able to take a few walks around the neighborhood area.
4.8
We were there for a concert at Mile High Stadium and it was convenient. Nice neighborhood. Busy place. Just wish the patio area was a little bigger for our pups.
4.8
The house was perfectly located next to great restaurants and Broadway St. We enoyed exploring Broadway St. as it was full of thrift stores, boutiques and coffee shops.
4.8
The location was great for our stay. Nice coffee shops within walking distance. We did experience a slight sewer gas type smell, but it eventually dissipated.
4.8
Chris was very communicative before and during our stay. The location was close to restaurants, bars and the light rail. The home was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Parking was easy. Overall, we enjoyed the home and would use it again.

Walkable neighborhood. Fun shops and restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed our stay, loved that we could bring our dogs. Great location and appreciated the recommendations of restaurants in the area.

We enjoyed our stay in Denver. Chris was a great host. Prompt replies and helpful hints. The house was very clean and comfortable.
4.8
The location and house were nice. I did feel like the house could use a deep clean. It was not filthy but did need a deep clean.
4.8
Really nice small house that has many food options if you don't want to cook. Located only a few miles from many attractions in Denver.
The two bedrooms and one bath are upstairs, so if you have leg problems keep this in mind.

Great neighborhood! Really enjoyed this house and would return

Fantastic location near restaurants and grocery. Owner was very kind and helpful. Property was clean and comfortable! Thank you so much.

Stayed Labor Day weekend 2023. Very hot weather. House has central air AC as well as window AC units in bedrooms. Very comfortable! Large groups may not enjoy the single bathroom, but we had no issues. Near a number of restaurants and Sprouts for groceries. Would definitely stay again!

Was very easy to book and check in and out. The owner was very nice and helpful great experience for my family to come see me get married.

This propert was perfect for spending some time with my son who lives in a small apartment in Denver. I wanted a place to stay when I visited him, where we could hang out, cook a few meals, and walk through the neighborhood to restaurants. This was the perfect house for that! Comfortable, very nicely decorated and appointed, and in one of the cutest and most convenient neighborhoods in the city. We both loved it!
4.8
We thoroughly enjoyed and relaxed in this cozy place! Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs is a kitchen w/a breakfast nook, a formal dining area, and a spacious living room. Having only 1 bathroom makes it so that multiple people would have to coordinate their use of it. Linen, utensils, pots/pans, and even some kitchen staples are provided. The living room has a large leather couch, and comfy chairs by the windows for sitting and reading. The front part of the house faces a busy street, therefore loud road noise (ie: sirens, construction vehicles) was heard on occasion. The rear section of the house shares a wall w/another unit. You don’t hear much except if someone has a barking dog.
One major advantage was its location. You could walk to many eateries: Indian, Mexican, breakfast/coffee shops, and a nearby Sunday farmers market. You can find any kind of store you need within a short walk/drive. It’s close to a major highway, too. This allowed for quick getaways out of the city to enjoy Golden, Boulder, and more.
Another plus was access to the host, Chris. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was open to feedback/suggestions.
In short, we found this property to be clean, comfortable, sufficient for our needs, and convenient to so many points of interests. We will definitely stay here again.

The owners are very nice and worked with us to fix the roku device. I really appreciated that they did this.
Beds were very comfortable. Living room could use a refresh, but it was comfortable and AC worked great. Upstairs AC was not as good, but it was cool enough at night that it was not a problem. I was a little worried about extension cords and old wiring, but things were fine. Linens and towels were plentiful and nice quality. Bathroom is on the second floor.
All in all, the place was nice, generally clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.
The real plus to this property is the neighborhood. We were so well situated that we were able to easily get everywhere we needed to go. The Pearl Street Market on Sunday morning is a must go. The Sushi Den on Pearl Street was the best sushi I have ever had (and I was worried about it so far inland).

Excellent location, close to lots of yummy eats/drinks and grocery store if you want to cook. Chris was a great host and allowed us to check in early. Beds were comfy and overall feeling of the home was cozy and eclectic! Would stay again.

Great stay for us. Comfortable bed. Quaint older home--enjoyed the decor--splashes of color amidst grays, black and white. Manager was very accommodating; I had to mentally adjust to him staying on the property, but once I did, all was good and privacy was definitely respected. Enjoyed having our daughter and her husband come hang out with us over a meal that we fixed in the kitchen, ate in the dining room, and visited in the den.

great location, good space.

Nice little old house. Great walking neighborhood with many places to walk to dinner.
4.8
Great spot in walking distance to many fabulous restaurants/coffee shops and grocery store if you want to cook. Driveway parking, ample space for a small family to stay comfortably. The beds slept great, plush linens in the bathroom and excellent outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh air. Owner was also super nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend Chris’s property!

This house is in a great location, lots of restaurants to walk to. Beds were very comfortable and I am very particular ability beds! The yard for the dogs is not accessible from the house, you have to go out front and go in a gate. Not a huge problem, just wanted others to know.

We stayed a week and it was a fantastic stay. Chris was really easy going and helped throughout the visit. Would love to return for another visit.

Stayed there for a few days, walking distance to food, coffee, and bars. Easy access to highway.

We had a great experience at this property. We were in town for a long weekend to catch a concert at Red Rocks and to explore Denver. The location was great with lots of walkable options for food, coffee, and parks. The home was clean and comfortable and owners very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This charming home located in the Platt Park area is the perfect place to stay while you explore all that this area of Denver has to offer. Located within walking distance of various restaurants, coffee shops, and a Sunday Farmer's Market, not to mention short drives to grocery stores and Washington Park, I was able to enjoy the neighborhood and all it has to offer. The location of this home couldn't have been better!
The home itself is cozy and the host communicative and accommodating. The beds were super comfy and the wifi and media were easy to navigate. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on a second floor, so if stairs aren't your thing, you might need to find another place. The kitchen was average in its offerings, but there were so many food options in walkable distance, that I really didn't need to use the kitchen except for coffee and snacks. Traveling with 2 small dogs, I found the neighborhood to be walkable and safe at all hours of the day.
I will definitely be keeping this as one of my go to stay places in Denver!

Great location and convenient to anything you need as well as Washington Park.

I stayed here with my mom and husband. It was a good location to everything. the house was very spacious, and beds really comfortable. I stayed here for a week, one downfall was I wished it would have had a washer and dryer. But there was a laundry mat close by. The property mgr or maybe the owner was staying in the back and was very helpful.
Mom and I would stay here again.

I would not recommend staying in this vacation rental if you are searching for a “whole house” that is “pet friendly.”
1. This is not a whole house. This is a house divided into two apartments, the second apartment is occupied by the owner and two very loud yappy dogs. There is a locked door between the apartments, where the lock is not accessible to the VRBO side, which feels creepy and unsafe.
2. This is not pet friendly. There are glass tables throughout the house so, probably not kid friendly either. There is no yard that can be accessed by the rental. The only outdoor space accessible from the rental unit is a 5’ x 8’ fenced off sitting area out front filled with gravel and rocks. No grass. No space for potty breaks. Dogs must be leashed in order to get out to that space. There is a large patch of cactus directly in front of the front steps, again, probably not pet or child friendly.
3. The second apartment has access to the green space, where the occupant let his dogs out without supervision to bark non-stop at anyone that walks by on the sidewalk or even breathes in their direction.
4. The single bathroom upstairs smells like sewage.
The bed was comfortable, if you can sleep through the barking dogs. The location was nice, very walkable to Pearl Street and Broadway.

Would stay again
Good neighborhood. Super comfortable bed. Cozy and cute. Coffee provided. Clean. Would stay again.
We chose the small BR with a blind on the skylight. The other, bigger BR had skylights directly over the bed where your heads would be, with no blinds on the skylights. You might bring a blindfold if you want to sleep past sunrise in that room. Otherwise that room is a nice big room with a sitting area and the bed seemed like it would be equally comfy.

Great house - super clean, great location, owner not just responsive but proactive and also super nice. Loved the neighborhood too - very walkable with several restaurants and a couple of breweries a very short walk away. Only possible downside is the utensils and kitchen aren’t the greatest if you’re really into cooking. Don’t get me wrong - I made breakfast every morning and dinner one night so you can cook without any issues. And if your vacation includes a break from cooking then all the better!
Would definitely stay here again; strong recommendation.
