A quiet get-a-way on a dead end road, located on Flathead River. This 800 sq. ft. apartment above a detached garage has 2 bedrooms (both upstairs) and 1 1/2 bathrooms (1 full bathroom upstairs and 1/2 bathroom downstairs w/ laundry facilities). There is enough privacy to enjoy your vacation, while also being close to downtown Columbia Falls (walking distance - 1/2 mile) and only 20 minutes from Glacier National Park.
All the conveniences of home; onsite laundry (located in downstairs bathroom), kitchen, AC, internet, cable, gas fireplace, BBQ and deck with a river view. Also enjoy access to a fire pit at the edge of Flathead River.
VACATION NOTE: From April to August each year, enjoy a true MT experience...our children enjoy 4-H and all that the projects have to offer. One project in particular is their pig project. So during that time, there are pigs on the premises. Come say “Hi”, as you walk down to the river. Or simple walk on by...the pigs won’t mind.

Our stay was wonderful and we found Jessica to be a very responsive hostess. The unit was clean and very well appointed down to the bear spray and trekking poles. She has everything you could possibly need. Loved our time in Glacier National Park and if we ever get back this way would stay here again.

The home was fully stocked and very comfortable, Jessica went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The home is located close to amenities and Glacier National park which allowed us to get on the road early for long days of adventures. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the river more than we did!

bug repellent, sunscreen, bear spray, cooler box, containers, zip lock bags, walking poles for hiking, and even a shoe dryer! amazing! You might have to ask and make sure the fire pit is good to use. If the ground is too try you might not be able to. Will revisit it in a couple of years!

We chose this property for its convenient access to Glacier National Park. We were extremely happy with the location, and this was the best-equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in! Communication with the host was rapid and easy. If we are ever back in the area, we would certainly stay here.

This was a great space to rent! There are two stories (laundry room and partial bathroom downstairs, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms upstairs). The upstairs is an open-concept with a spacious kitchen. The bedrooms upstairs consist of a master and another room that can sleep up to 4. But the best part is how well stocked it is. The owner provides toiletries and had a welcome basket for us! They also had walking sticks and a few necessities for the area to use (and return) like hiking sticks and bear spray. Check in and check out were easier than other places we’ve been. They also provided some suggestions on where to eat in the area. Highly recommended!

This place was great and all we needed for our stay! It is so clean and has so many small details/extra supplies in the bathroom and kitchen for convenience! We loved meeting the family and they just made us feel so welcome and at home. The owner was helpful in giving us ideas for things to do or questions we had about the area. Our kids loved playing with their kids that were so kind to us after a long day in the mountains! Close to the West Entrance of GNP, good food and everything in town as well. Great location for visiting the park and having the convenience of town. Thank you for such a wonderful time! We hope to visit again!

Very nice and clean rental. Perfect size for us and liked having the extra 1/2 bath/laundry room. Kitchen had everything we needed to fix some meals in.Jessica provided a lot of extras that you may need or perhaps forgot to bring with you, from soap and shampoo to bear spray and hiking poles.

We were immediately impressed with how wonderfully clean and inviting this place was! It definitely exceeded our expectations. The only negative for us was that the mattresses were more firm than we are used to, but overall our experience was excellent! We also appreciated that Jessica went out out of her way to extend her generous hospitality and was available if we needed anything. I highly recommend as a wonderful place to stay.

We had an amazing experience staying in Columbia Falls for our Glacier National Park vacation. Jessica was so quick with answering questions and was great at offering advice on attractions in the area. The rental was beautiful and fully stocked - you don't need to worry about everything because Jessica and the Family already have. The washer and dryer were such great assets to have on site after a long day of hiking and or swimming in lakes. To top it off Jessica welcomed us with a very thoughtful welcome gift - and are already using upon our return home. This is a MUST RENT!

Spectacular Choice
Here are the five reasons you should book this property:
Location: We loved the location. Almost 20-25 minutes to the park. We left around 11 am every day and experienced zero traffic in August.
Space: Immaculate. Stylistically furnished. Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, covered parking, bright living room, beautiful deck and a modern kitchen.
Price: Based on what you get, for a family, this was a great price. Plus the financial integrity of the host is an icing on the cake.
Amenities: The host has loaded this place up. You have everything in the kitchen that you need. The bathrooms have upscale soaps and shampoos, not the cheap mini soaps. Even the medicine cabinet is loaded with bug sprays and band aids.
The host: This is the best part. Jessica is a phenomenal host. We felt like we were living with a family member. She gave me her cell phone weeks before we arrived. Constantly provided travel and sight seeing tips. Shared the preferred route to take from BZN. Gave us free bear spray, flash light and offered hiking stick. I mean who does that?
All in all, this was one of our best vacation experiences.

Wonderful stay!
This was a fabulous place to stay! This home is absolutely adorable, it was stocked with everything that we could possibly need (and more), it turns out that we definitely didn't need to pack everything that we did. We received a very thoughtful welcome package, which we loved (Thanks, Jessica!)! It's a great, private location with access to the river and a quick drive to Glacier National Park. Jessica was quick to respond to questions and provided us with invaluable advice and great information about the area. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again someday soon!

Beautiful accommodations
Jennifer has a lovely place to rent. Everything was so nice and clean. Location was about 15 minutes to West Glacier entrance. She replied very quickly to any questions we had. And so many extras at the rental. Literally if we had just brought our clothes we would have been fine. Highly recommend this place. If we get to come back I would check with her first.

Convenient serenity
Staying here was a wonderful decision. The house was impeccable, stocked to the gills, gorgeously appointed, private and serene. We arrived to a thoughtful welcome bag and cozy beds. We slept wonderfully each of our four nights. (Each room has its own thermostat and temperature control. ) We watched a video, read books and pamphlets, and even played a game provided by the hostess which helped us orient ourselves to Glacier National Park and Montana. We carried bear spray she supplied (we didn't ever need it, but it gave us Okies a sense of security in bear country). We cooked our own breakfasts and suppers and packed our own lunches. Every tool we needed was readily available in the kitchen. We often wondered if Jessica were an interior designer, an event planner, a hospitality manager, or a builder, but we know for sure she is an angel for travelers passing her way.
I'll remember our stay for the rest of my life.

Despite the apartment’s proximity to Route 2, the street is very quiet, and the neighbors are friendly (though I rarely saw them). The apartment itself is adorable; very-well-thought out when they designed and decorated it. It is very spacious, and I felt very comfortable making it my home-away-from-home for nearly 3 months. It is furnished well and stocked with darn near anything and everything that you could possibly need during your stay - I felt like every time I opened a new cabinet, I would gasp with delight at the thoughtfulness of having so many gadgets, etc. at my disposal. :)Jessica and her family are fantastic! She kept me in the loop on anything that could possibly affect/impact my day, such as the neighbors having the trees trimmed, or her aunt "lurking" around the property while she visited them for a week. (Aunt Cathy was great too!) I only left 12 days ago, and I already miss getting my neighborhood updates! The kiddos are very friendly. The youngest loved my dog and vice versa! My dog would get super excited anytime we saw him, and she just HAD to give him big sloppy kisses any chance she got. I am planning to purchase a place of my own in the Flathead Valley within the next year, but should I need a rental between now and then, I will absolutely stay here again if it is available.

Perfect home base for GNP
Our stay was wonderful! We home was very clean and perfect for our family of 6. It had everything we needed and was just what we needed for our visit to Glacier. The owners were very kind and had thought of everything... including a little gift for our birthday boy and candles in the kitchen. There were beach towels to borrow, bear spray and walking sticks for hikes, a cooler for packing meals in the park, supplies for s’mores, and much much more. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends.

Awesome place!
Right off the bat, the host made us feel comfortable by letting us know that everything - even down to the comforters and shower curtains - were freshly washed. Everything was so clean and well laid out. The apartment is over a separate garage, so it's quiet and even has a lovely private back deck with patio table and chairs and even a grill. Everything was well stocked with so many little extras: a Keurig machine, a printer, supplies for s'mores and directions to the fire-pit, hiking books and even bear spray to take into the park. The internet was fast enough for me to be on a zoom class all day long with no issues. I just can't say enough good things... we may come back to Glacier sooner just so we can stay here again!

Paradise Found
The unit was above garage so we had total privacy including our own back yard. The unit was new so it is in excellent condition and the owners provided so many things that we did not need to buy: sun screen, first aid kit, face masks, Qtips, makeup removers, tooth paste, soaps, hand sanitizer. There were all cooking utinsels, baking sheets, glasses, etc. Plenty of paper towels and cleaning supplies. They also provided us with maps of Glacier National Park and excellent hiking books plus the poles to hike with. TV worked fine, internet was great and the family was lovely. They left us alone but answered any text immediately. We got to play with their dogs and most of all we felt like family.......They also have a lovely neighbor that I got to spend some early evenings with. All in all, I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. VERY VERY CLEAN. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

Columbia Falls - Grove Street
The property was as advertised, and I found it well stocked with everything I needed for my week stay. It was in a perfect location providing me access to the Flathead River and its forks, as well as Glacier National Park.
Jessica and Brandon were great, and the communication was excellent.
I loved the carport because it allowed me to store both my raft and trailer and truck under a canopy. It was also a safe location, which gave me peace of mind leaving my raft and trailer when I was out and about.
I would absolutely stay again.

Perfect place for a Glacier National Park trip.
We stayed here while exploring Glacier National Park. The apartment was perfect for us and our 4 children. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. Jessica has everything you may need for your trip. We were very glad to see the bug spray as we forgot ours and the mosquitos loved us. I wish we could have gone down to the river and used the fire pit. Jessica is very quick to respond to questions and had a lot of knowledge of hikes in the park that our family would enjoy on our first trip. This location is perfect with a short drive to the park. We would definitely stay here again and the kids are already planning our next trip. I will recommend this place to family and friends who plan to visit the area.

Peaceful Flathead getaway
Not only is this property literally on Western Montana's stunning Flathead River, this guest house comes with immense thought and care in details of necessity and luxury. The hosts go to great extent to customize the experience for their guests. They are readily available to answer any question or request. The space is comfortably furnished, fully stocked kitchen, with outdoor space and laundry. Our family with 2 young daughters were very pleased with this property. It was tough to leave!

This is a beautiful, modern space with easy access to Flathead river. About 20 minutes to west Glacier Nat’l Park but totally worth it with the affordable price, beauty and comfort of this home. We truly felt like we were on vacation went we stayed here. Jessica was extremely hospitable and generous to us during our stay! 12/10 is my rating - definitely recommend this place!
