The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
We are minutes from downtown and have easy access to the interstate, restaurants, and shops! Redstone Arsenal is less than 15 minutes away.
Getting Around:
The house is walkable to local restaurants, but there isn't great public transportation, so if you need to get out of the neighborhood, plan to drive or taxi!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

This charmer met every expectation. A quiet neighborhood and plenty of yard for our dogs. Freeway access friendly too. Nicely appointed inside and clean and comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Don’t stay here, almost every window is able to be opened from the outside, they were installed incorrectly. As a window salesman, it was easy to see the home was unsafe. Plus, the cockroaches everywhere made for nice roommates..

The neighborhood was very quiet. The unit was very clean. The bed was not comfortable.

location ubering distance from downtown but otherwise nothing around it. We needed a last min place to stay that was pet friendly and this is what we got. It’s nothing to write home about but will do what you need it to- to stay safely in Huntsville with your pets. We did have an issue with check in- the code didn’t work—twice. Fortunately they were responsive and had a spare key that we could get into on the property. Would stay again if I’m in a bind but would prefer something more in town and more homey if possible.

We were in town for a wedding, and overall enjoyed our stay. Property management kept in contact with me the entire time, and was very attentive to our needs.

This is a cute, small house in an older neighborhood.
Very close to all kinds of restaurants and things to do.
The outside property is a bit of a mess. Large trees that have dropped nuts all over the porch making it look a little shady.
Kitchen is nice.
The livingroom is small, but big enough for 2 people. The biggest issue is the couch is not comfortable. The cushions sink down into the couch and then your legs are across the hard wooden areas of the couch.
The pull-out couch bed is absolutely horrible. Thankfully my teen son was ok with sleeping in the king bed with me or I don’t know what we would have done.
The main bedroom has a king bed, but the mattress is like down in the bed frame and you’re actually sleeping on 2 foam pads. It was comfortable enough.
The bathroom has been remodeled and is cute but it could use a shower shelf caddy.
For the price, it was okay.

Great location close to downtown. Enjoyed our stay. We were moving my sister and the house provided a home while we were moving her, restaurants and everything else were convienent. I didn't want to rush and an extra day was granted hassel free.

Excellent getaway
Great property with great amenities! The pictures capture the quaintness of this bungalow. Conveniently located near so many hiking trails and easy to get around. Thai restaurant nearby within walking distance was fantastic!
Highly recommend this property and greatly appreciate the communication with the property owners.

My family stayed here for the weekend while traveling from Kentucky and Texas to attend family day to pick out a Boykin Spaniel puppy in nearby Scottsboro. The house is cute, clean and in a great neighborhood. The owners accommodated all requests and were prompt with their responses. There were also great places to eat nearby. Although there was not a lot of time for sightseeing, we encountered some interesting places to visit in Huntsville. We are so happy to have run across this little gem!

The neighborhood looked sketchy. We called to report the bed issue and told them we were going to find a hotel. The girl called us back and said they would bring an air mattress. We didn't pay for an air mattress. She said no one knew of the sofa being broken. There is no way they could not have noticed. The left cushion was 3 inches lower than the right. I asked to not be charged for the stay and we received an email stating they would not honor our request. My wife could not cancel due to the way your system works. We went to the Holiday Inn west and were much happier. Also the girl said they would refund our pet deposit since we did not bring the dogs. I think the lady we talked to was part of a management company. I'm not satisfied with the way this being handled.

Po Boy Factory restaurant is close enough to walk to so we ate there for dinner and Waffle House is also just down the street so that was convenient for breakfast. The bed is a very firm foam type mattress so be aware of that if it is not conducive to your needs. It didn't bother me, but you can hear trains through the night. We took our fur baby with us and it is a good place if you need a pet friendly stay. We did have an issue with the thermostat. It stopped working the first night and it got pretty cold in there. We tried to call the number given in our confirmation email but didn't get a response so we decided to just deal with it the first night. The next day, we contacted the property manager through the business card located at the property and they were very responsive and offered solutions. They also dropped a space heater by in case it could not be resolved. My husband was able to charge the thermostat and it began working again. Overall, it was a good stay and we would stay there again if in the area.

We happened to hit Huntsville during a crazy cold spell, but we felt warm and welcome in this awesome little home. It was just right for the two of us. Close to downtown and easy access to everything. We would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful and Cozy Home Away from Home!
My husband and I stayed here to explore Huntsville, as we are considering relocating to this city in the near future.
This house served as a perfect home base between my husband’s job interviews, and our adventures around town. The property is well-appointed with all of the necessities and comforts of home. The bed was very comfortable, and the neighborhood is quaint and quiet.
We had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend this rental.

the property is walking distance to two yoga studios, a cafe + a few restaurants (all in 5-points). there is also easy driving access to downtown + the west side of town. the house is well organized + i loved the yard-sale-fab-finds art collection. it's appreciated that the property managers leave filters, garbage bags, sponges + even laundry detergent. very happy with my stay!
