Excellent stay

The unit is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It gives us a homely feel. Nice scenery from unit too. Location is excellent, near to restaurants and a mall. Will definitely recommend to friends coming to KK. Thanks to our host for the welcome guides.

The stay was great and the room was clean and tidy. The host is also very approachable. 10/10!

The host offered 1 parking access card for free. However, if you have 2 cars, the parking fee at the hotel facility was outrageous, where it costs RM19 for overnight parking.

Exceptional Stay with a View

Despite a brief hiccup with sink maintenance, kudos to Ms. Wong and Mr. Perry for their kindness in handling us in any situation. Their patience in sorting out app payment confusion made our stay truly exceptional too. The room felt like a cozy second home, especially with the lively city view in KK and delightful airplane sightings. Without a doubt, we'll be recommending this place to others and eagerly planning a return stay! The view is so stunning that people couldn't resist asking about it – it's like a hidden paradise!

While everything else was great, the only downside was a clogged sink. It seems they are working to improve the clogged sink issue and are diligent in maintenance. Appreciate their efforts to enhance the experience. Overall, the hygiene and location were good.

-Kedudukan suite di tingkat yang sama dengan kolam mandi & gym memudahkan lagi untuk ke sana.. -View bilik yang sangat cantik.. Nmpk bangunan2 kk.. View bilik tidur pun sgt3 selesa.. Anak suka tidur smbl tgk pemandangan lampu2 bangunan.. -Kemudahan bilik semua cukup & baik..kemudahan masak pun ada.. Cuma mesin basuh ada masalah sikit, sikit saja.. Spin rosak.. -WiFi tiptop. Ada Netflix, youtube & lain2. -Owner yang sangat sangat sangat baik. Tengah malam pun dia reply text. Terrrbaaaiikk👍👍👍👍👍 -parking selesa, mudah, luas, paling penting FREE 😁

-Aircond di ruang utama tu mungkin perlu servis, kurang sejuk. -Saya cadangkan Mouse TV tu boleh guna wireless mouse .

A comfortable stay that adds to my pleasant trip.

I like the interior design of the suite and the cleanliness. It is cozy and comfortable, the beds and pillows are just nice. The suite is suitable for a family of four memeber.

Only one toilet, have to take turn to go toilet. The slide toilet door was not easy to manage. No hand wash. No pegs and the clothes hanging outside drop off from the rack.

Mediocre, not worth the stay, don't be fooled by the pictures, the property is very old

It was close to central and the room size was big with all the amenities. Easy to check in and check out. We had a great view of the city too.

The room we stayed in is in need of maintenance, it is a very used property and definitely could not tell from the pictures. Planks on the flooring are coming off, shower doors not closing tightly, leaking air conditioning, some air conds are not cold (it was very hot in the morning), broken bed head frame (it has separated from the bottom bed frame!), leaking water from toilet bowl hose to the floor, we can't use the toilet else with every flush it will leak even more and flood the toilet, but thank god there were 2 toilets so we used the other one, curtain tie hinges falling off, ants in the kitchen coming through the gap in the table and wall because the plasters in between them are falling off etc. Made it all a very unpleasant stay at the end of the day when you just want to get back to rest. Maybe not all the rooms are like this but I hope the management can fix some of these rooms. Might as well stay in other apartments with with similar price.

The apartment is comfortable to stay and the location is good and near to most of the visiting spots. Also, host is very helpful to assist whenever needed.

Its worth it!

From my experience of travelling and booking rooms, there are only few which I can consider fully satisfied from both perspective of money and the room. I can guarantee this is one of them. If I come back here again in KK, I will definitely choose this property again. It is so comfortable, classic, simple, well equipped and the price also good. And some more the person in charge was so responsible and replied rapidly even in the middle of the night. I really like the small table facing city.

Only the bathroom knob wrongly installed (the outside were inside). Not an issue coz still can use the door, only feel a bit insecure coz cant lock the bathroom door from inside. Already inform the owner and they will get it fixed in no time.

Nice view in a spacious apartment close to airport

the apartment has very spacious room sizes and the view to the mountains, to have Netflix and good wifi is great. the instructions texted on arrival are clear and easy to follow.

The extra charges added on arrival for cleaning, the building corridors are really dark, full of humidity. The owner wakes you up early with texts and the amount of warnings for potential damages around the flat are quite off putting. Some of furniture is covered in pealing plastic, strange…

Easy self check in..The owner baik sangat, booked 1 bedroom 1 bathroom for 1 night, owner upgrade gi 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, harga yg sama🥰 easy to contact, cepat je rply..nice view, ada wifi, Netflix, toilet paper, shampoo, body shampoo, microwave, peralatan dapur semua ada, washing machine, 1 parking..next time dtg lagi..
