This is a NON Smoking unit
Sleeps 4 1 king and 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen all the comforts of home.
Come ski the powder keep in mind you must have 4 wheel drive, or snow tires or chains to safely get up and down the mountain.
Beech Mountain NC 2/2 condo. Near Grandfather Mountain and Tweetsie Railroad. Cable tv in every room.
Spend a few days, a week or a month.
At 5,506 ft in elevation and average snowfall of 80 inches along with exensive snow making that covers 100 % of ski terrain. At the entrance to Ski Beech in the winter walk to the lifts.

Me and my pup had a lovely stay! The condo is cozy, and in a convenient location able to walk to the slopes. It had all the amenities you could need, ample parking, a cozy fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen. Steve was an excellent host and was responsive and answered all my questions promptly. Highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to Beech Mountain.

Our son wanted to learn to ski so we rented Lyon's Den. It was perfect for our needs. It was cozy and warm (it was 15 degrees outside!), close to Beech Mountain, and easy to find, park, and access!

We enjoyed our stay at Lyones den. it was what we lookin for and exactly as described. Very close to the Beech mountain ski resort and comfortable for a family of 4 and a doggie. The host answered all my questions very promptly. Thank you! We will definitely come back.

This property was nothing fancy but very clean and very well stocked. It was the perfect setup for our family of four. It had everything we needed and gave us a very relaxing long weekend. We highly recommend staying at this location.

We reserved Steve's condo in Beech Mtn. for a wedding weekend. He always responded almost immediately to any questions I had about the condo and surrounding area. The Condo was clean and offered anything needed for our comfort. It turned very cold that weekend and the gas fireplace was an added bonus. Having 2 full bathrooms was nice too. I would definitely recommend.

Needed one night stay in Boone area, this worked just fine. Not as much going on in Beech Mountain when it isn't snow season but we were not there for that. Easy check in and out, no issues.

The host was not only accommodating, his communication was unparalleled. This place is within 2 minutes of food, ski rental equipment, and the slopes of Beech Mountain. It is 5 minutes to Banner Elk, where you can find another variety of restaurants. The place, and beds were quite comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and its level with parking. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Mr. Steve

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and clean! It is in a fabulous location, only a couple blocks from Beech Mountain Ski Resort. After unloading our bags on the first night, we saw 4 bears right outside the condo! Throughout the week, we also saw lots of deer. In short, if you're looking for a cozy, while very affordable, rental in a great location on the mountain, this is the one. We could not recommend it more highly!

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend! The place was very clean and spacious. Owner was highly responsive, we ran out of propane the first night and he had the company out to refill first thing in the morning. His communication throughout was top notch. The location can’t be beat and the value was amazing. Highly satisfied and will be back again next winter!

This was our second stay at this property for a ski trip and this is the most reasonably priced place in the Beech/Sugar area & probably the best location. You’re literally right next door to the Beech Ski area. It even snowed while we were there this time and the property was still easily accessible, they really maintain the roads well

Easy access to Beech Mountain skiing! That was our purpose for going and it turned out great. It’s about an 8 minute walk to grab ski tickets and go.

It was such a great little find. We had 4 people and a small dog, and it was just perfect. I love it when my dog feels instantly comfortable somewhere. Also the host was super easy to chat with and very helpful if you needed anything. I would definitely stay again.

Every year for NYE, my boyfriend and I come to Beech Mountain to celebrate our Anniversary. This year my brother and his girlfriend accompanied us as well as our fur baby! This was our first time saying at the “Lyon’s Den” and it was perfect. Homely, spacious, perfect distance to the entrance to Beech’s Ski area. We are already planning when we’ll take our next trip up and will definitely staying here again!

This condo is nice and cozy. It has baseboard heat which allows each room to have its own climate. The beds are comfortable. Less than 2 minute drive to the slopes.

Fantastic, clean, great price. Love the fireplace and warm decor. Plenty of room to relax in. It was great that the owners accepted our dog. Loved that it had 2 bathrooms. One level also. Will recommend to all of my friends and family. We are giving owners 5 stars.

This is our second time staying in Beech mountain and we absolutely loved this unit. It was extremely clean, had a well equipped kitchen and a spacious layout. The best part- an amazing view and tons of wildlife ( herds of deer, a red fox and 7 bear were seen) Great hiking within a mile, beautiful lake and woods, and plenty of great restaurants on top and down the mountain. We would love to stay here again!

Weather was perfect for a long weekend away. You definitely need 4wheel or AWD if the weather is bad. Parking may be a little tight if driving a larger vehicle. Gas logs were nice to light on the cool evenings.
