Great location and really well set up
I do not think that the fan in the bathroom is suitable. A lot of moisture

It was peaceful, very clean, well maintained. Adored the log fire.
The bed was comfortable.
It was in walking distance of the restaurants. A word to the wise the bowling club at the end of the street is value for money.
We are kiwis and we thought it would be serviced, is this an Australian thing?
For this price it was disappointing to have heaps of cutlery but only 2 missed match wine glasses.
The spa pool needs to be used more often as black stuff came out the pipes.

The bathroom was 3 steps down a corridor, no hand rails, my husband is elderly and has to get up multiple times during the night.
I was afraid he might slip.

A perfect break, studio was lovely and spotlessly clean. The garden was great for my little dog to roam.

location was great
it was not clean (dust and cobwebs) there was broken blind right above the bed, the windows didn’t open and no screen door so impossible to get fresh air with the house getting full of flies and there was unfinished renovation work in the both room above the shower.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful Street, just down from the Convent and very close to the centre of Daylesford. The property is beatifully done. Great kitchen with stove & oven. Loved this as did our own cooking several times.Electric blankets were great as temperature got down to minus three, Liked the trolley in tbe bathroom. Liked the generosity of all the spaces.Fantastic that we could have our dog with us.
Freezing cold rooms on arrival. Just one wall panel heater. One other one near the wood heater didnt work. Took all day to heat up the place - barely. Small amount of wood provided. Had to buy some wood as the help desk said that what little was provided is all we would get as wood fires not environmentally friendly. No instructions for air conditioner or anything else. Aircon only blew cold air which we realised aftsr having it on 28 for half an hour.. Not enough light in lounge/bed area for reading. No railings going down tthe steps to a freezing cold bathroom. Not good parking instructions. Husband has walking stick. Could not make it up steep driveway from road. We parked the car inside the gate on tbe stones next to the accommodation or along side the front cottage with no problems. No glass in bathroom for teeth brushing.

This apartment was lovely, bigger than expected and great location to town. Even thought it was a very cold part of winter, it was very warm and cosy.

Excellent location
Arrived late and it was dark. Clear instructions were missing from welcome email.
Apart from one small ground light on the first step the gardens have no lighting.
We took our dog so with the lights from our mobile phones, checked out safety/ potential ways out.The welcome book inside shows an outdated wi fi password, incorrect arrival/departure times. 2 large skylights located directly over the bed offer no blackout. Bbq photo displayed in promoting property is an old pic i was told, as a consequence , Christmas lunch ruined. Bathroom cold, footsteps heard from front accommodation. We didn't stay on the last night. The rest and sleep we desperately wanted could not be achieved here.
Spa bubbles pump out cold air. At $425 anight ithould be exceptional. Instead poor, inferior.
Seriously, don't judge a book by its cover. An overwhelming disappointment.

quiet location, beautiful garden and very comfortable bed , beautiful bottle of red waiting for us upon arrival which is a lovely touch
we loved our stay but the skylights above the bed didn’t close as they were broken, so woke up each morning with the sun streaming on our faces .

It is a lovely property walking distance from town centre Bottle of wine to make up for the muddy driveway was nice even though it was next door property making the mess very considerate

The personalised service by the owner. Very special experience. Well done, Rho.
Muddy driveway. Concrete or bitumen driveway would have kept us and the house cleaner.

The location to restaurant's etc was excellent. The place was very comfortable and relaxing. Perfect place to relax after being in covid lockdown in Melbourne for so long.

Loved the proximity to the shops and restaurants. The mineral springs was a short 7 minute drive as well. Had a bottle of wine and a couple of Lindt balls and two packets of muesli on arrival. No milk or butter but there were basic things like oil, salt and pepper, coffee and tea. The place overall was clean, Netflix hooked onto tv, figured out how to work the heaters (twist the knob or flick the switch...) wanted to use the bath tub but the jets unfortunately were not functional. Shower door doesn’t close all the way but it is large enough so no water escapes. Would have loved to use the fireplace but did not want to experiment haha.
Overall a very cosy and warm stay, would highly recommend.
Just a couple of functional issues like the jet bath, shower door not closing fully. Otherwise was beautiful. I understand that everyone has a personal preference for milk but leaving muesli for guests was somewhat thoughtful.

The location is good the studio room is cosy
We were disappointed when we arrived as there were a lot of cob webs and spiders and very dusty, the owner was good and sent a cleaner the next morning but it was just awkward we had to leave to have it cleaned and as it was part of the front house we could hear people.

Location was great, a little walk to the main street and township. Nice little property with great garden and nicely decorated. Heating was fantastic for the colder times of the year.
Upon entering the property there is a little pebble path but as the weather was wet, it was hard to avoid walking in muddy parts. So be careful sticking to the path.
