Für unseren Aufenthalt war es die perfekte Unterkunft.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns gute Tipps gegeben hat. Er war für alle Fragen offen und hat uns freundlich unterstützt. Perfekte Lage zum Hafen, zu den Bussen und zum Ort, Tavernen in naher Umgebung.

Das Bad war etwas eng.

I had an incredible stay at Magginas Studios in Paros! From the moment we arrived, Spyros, the owner, greeted us with the warmest smile and made us feel right at home. He was friendly and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The studio itself was fantastic – clean, modern, and well-maintained. It had all the amenities we needed, and the cozy atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island.

Everything about our stay was beautiful! The room was amazing, large, clean and comfortable! Can't wait to come back with others!

A smaller table on the deck would be more comfortable to sit at, as it was hard to open the doors.

Favorite Island & studio in Greece

Our host Pyros took excellent care of us from the moment we reached the port, picked us up & dropped us off at the end. Gave us the best recommendations for restaurants & beaches. The studio location is right in the middle of everything & it has everything that you will need inside it. Definitely coming back to Magginas when we come back to Paros.

Would go back in a heartbeat

-I think everything has been said by the other reviewers - Spyros is a star. He is genuinely kind and helpful, one of the nicest people you could wish to meet. He creates a lovely welcoming atmosphere. -proximity to the beach and restaurants . I have walking difficulties but even I could make it the few yards to the seafront. -Immaculately clean inside & out. It just says ‘I am loved & cared for’.

-Loved the whole experience. -There is no view as such and obviously no pool but it was still great.

Great stay in Paros

Everything was great. Spyros was the perfect host and was always on hand when needed. The property was a 10 min walk from the port and at only one house back from Livadia Beach. We couldn't fault this place.

Property was spacious and clean. Spyros was great. He recommended us to all kinds of places to eat and visit on the island. Location was near everything of interest including food, beaches, and car/scooter/atv rental. Private parking.

Good location and a nice modern apartment

Met at the ferry by Spyros and driven the short distance to the modern apartment. Built in the whitewashed greek style. A few metres from the beach and only a 10 minute esplanade walk back to the centre. Heaps of restaurants nearby, Host was always on site and willing to help with all enquiries

It was nice

Big room with kitchen. The pick up from the port was very convenient.

The photos on booking.com are a mix of the room of the ground floor (with terrace) and the one on the 1st floor (with balcony). When we checked-in I was surprised to see that I had booked the ground floor, but only the next day I checked our reservation to and understood why. It wasn’t a big deal, but I find too many properties are using this trick.

Very clean rooms, close to the city center and port. the host was super nice and helpful, he picked us and dropped as at the port and helped with the luggage, he also provided us plenty of recommendations for places in paros and around paros. we will definitely come back :)

We were greeted by the owner (or manager). The room was clean although not very homey. The location was great.

The shower was weird. Water easily escaped the shower stall so there was water all over the floor. My wife didn't even want to go in the shower.

great location, spacious with a smaller shower, plenty of space, useful kitchenette and clean. Quiet place as well so great for couples. The host, Spyros was amazing and really helpful!!

the master bed mattress was on the very firm side.

Great spot, would definitely stay here again. We plan to recommend Maginas to our family and friends.

Spyros was great and was always available, responsive and extremely helpful both before and during our stay. Location was good near the beach, main strip and lots of restaurants.

Clean and friendly studio near the beach.

Spyros, the owner of the studios, was extremely welcoming and provided us with lots of local information upon arrival. The studios had a very accommodating atmosphere. The room was newly-renovated, clean and spacious with a large, easy-to-access shower. The studios are located next to the beach, where there are a number if beach restaurants.

need to climb up to 2nd floor with heavy luggage as there is no lift but the owner was very kind to help us carry out luggages.

Spyros is so nice, helpful and friendly host. He puts a lot of effort into creating a relaxing place for his guests. The location of apartments is good, near the city beach and 5-10 min walking distance to center! It is quiet, clean and very comfortable.

FANTASTIC HOST, near the beach and nice studios

Spyros is just a fantastic host, so giving and tried to make you as happy as possible. I have been traveling for 6 months so he nicely helped with my bags and pick up at the port, such a nice thing to do. I booked a big room and I loved it. Everything worked perfect and had a balcony to enjoy the sun in the morning. The best is that you will be so close to the Livadia beach.

I cannot say I dislike anything. The wifi was in and off the first night but I was taking an 8 hours class on zoom.

A great place to have as your base and explore Paros. If you want to relax near the hotel there’s also lovely beaches at

Great location 1 minute from a lovely beach, cafes and restaurants. It’s also just 8mins walk from the port. Spiros was excellent with us, waited for us at the port to take our luggage and take us to the hotel. He also allowed us to have a very late check out as the room had no booking for that day. We definitely recommend Magginas studios!

Warm welcoming from owner Mr. Maginnas. Very good guy, btw. He gave us advices and instructions about everything. Very nice and clean studio, with very very good location. Very calm location, but 50 m from the beach and main promenade. We had spacial request for a iron and it was already waiting for us in the studio. For sure, we will be back!

Hood quality accommodation, owner Spyros goes the extra mile to make it a fantastic service!

Very clean, compact and nicely decorated with everything you need for a perfect stay. Close to beach and restaurants. Port only 10 minute walk away but paths a bit rough to pull suitcase easily, but owner Spyros on hand to provide free transport which makes a big difference.

three 4 days to discover Paros and three nights at Magginas studios

it’s well situated, clean and in a modern style, the building seems built recently . the photos of the housing are very close to reality . the host Spyros is very welcoming and service minded . we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Amazing studios only 10 minutes from the center
