Welcome to Sea Turtle Sunshine, your own private oasis. This home is ideally located in the South Venice neighborhood just a 3 minute walk to Shamrock Park and the Inland Waterway and a short drive to several beaches.

If you are looking for a great pool this is the place. We've got the largest pool in the neighborhood and we keep it heated to 88 degrees year round. A lot of Florida Pools are "dipper" pools. This one is made for swimming. This pool is a saltwater 15x30ft pool with a swim up bench. This pool is ideal for swimming, playing, and relaxing. Saltwater pools are gentler on the skin and your clothing.

The lanai covered pool deck has plenty of room for outdoor dining, relaxing and laying out in the sun. The outdoor dining table has a large sun shade for the hot days.

The oversized backyard is completely fenced with new 8ft privacy fencing for your own personal space and for those who are looking for a safe place for their pets.

The home is a short drive to several different beautiful beaches. For the active vacationers you can bike through the park and down the waterway to the beaches with the bikes we provide.

There are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar and stainless steal appliances. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed and doubles as an office space or reading area for couples or small groups that do not need a 3rd bedroom.

The two main bedrooms have DISH TV with new flat screen TVs as well as another flat screen TV in the living room. Free Wifi in the home. You are also provided with a grill and propane in the backyard lanai.

Many people will find it hard to leave your personal private pool that faces perfectly south for the sun. But be sure to make it to the beaches and Shamrock Park that has walking trails, a nature center, tennis courts, a playground, and basketball courts. There are also golf courses in town.

This home and location are perfect for both active vacationers, families, and those just looking to relax. We supply beach chairs, towels, toys, shark teeth strainers, tennis rackets, bicycles, and more!

Decent house with a very nice pool. The mattresses on the twin beds were horrible. The carpets in the bedrooms need to be ripped out. I would replace with tile. The bathroom sink had so much hair gathered around the drain the water drained very slow. We wouldn't use the dish washer because it was so nasty with built up Calcium and grease laying in the bottom of it. We washed everything by hand before and after we used it. Very poor cleanliness.

We highly recommend the Piedmont House.Close proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants. There are also bikes provided for bike trails.We spent the majority of our week stay in the beautiful pool.Ryan, the host, will address any concerns or questions you have.The Piedmont House is very warm and inviting.I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have.

This property has everything you need for a beach vacation! We love the Venice area for sharksteeth hunting and this property had all the tools you need! On top of that it also had all your beach going dreams with chairs, umbrellas, floats, and even floating water games to play in the pool. Speaking of pool, this pool is the perfect size and the basketball goal is perfect for added fun!

This was one of the best vation rentals we have stayed at. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The pool was perfect temperature , plenty of towels and beach supplies. There were even toys for the kids to play with. It was so nice to find all the basic house essentials provided as well, we have never experienced this at other rentals. The house was in a nice queit neighborhood close to many beaches and stores. Everything was very clean and as described. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We loved our time in this welcoming & home-y family home with 88 degrees pool in quiet neighborhood! Our family decided to take a quick spring break trip to enjoy the Florida sunshine and each other's company. This property allowed us to hang out together by the pool, watch movies and head out to Venice Beach or Manasota Beach that was nearby. I appreciated how responsive the property owners responsive to any questions I had to prepare and all the amenities available for us to use to make this trip feel effortless. Pool toys, bikes, beach towels, clean bedding, cleaning supplies, washer and dryer use. All of these and more helped to create a memorable vacation and prepare for our return home. We absolutely loved it! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this family home. The owners were great to communicate with. Outdoor space is big and all new fenced in yard which made the stay with our pets so easier. Quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches , downtown and stores. Nice golf courses in the area too! The lovely home had so much to enjoy close by. Lounging at the pool is awesome if you didn’t feel like venturing out. Lots to do in the Venice area. Thank you so much Ryan and family for having us. Ryan is easy to contact, and a great communicator. Our entire family enjoyed an awesome stay. The house is completely stocked. Just bring your personal things and food and you’re set. Clean, and comfortable, and well furnished. The washer and dryer are so convenient for packing lite. Great neighborhood. Lots of bikes, helmets, and beach toys are provided as well. The pool is so relaxing for adults and fun for kids; lots of pool toys and floats are already here. So, seriously, don’t overpack because practically everything is covered by Ryan.

We spent 2 weeks and had a wonderful time!! The pool was perfect and we spent many days enjoying it when not at the beaches. The house was fully stocked, really clean and Ryan was extremely responsive, polite, and helpful. We would definately return when in Venice again. Thank You!

We have a great time on our stay in April. Great location. We took our fur baby with us and he loved the walks to Shamrock park. Our boys loved the pool. Near by beaches were fun. Lots of stuff at the house available to use, was nice. Host is very nice and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect house for our family of 5, and we loved the Venice area. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you need. We really appreciated all the extra beach towels, sand toys, chairs, and pool floats - and all the beaches nearby were fantastic! Especially the private beach access. Our kids were also thrilled at the toys and kid touches throughout the house. This was a great house for our family, we’ll be back!

We love Venice and we love this neighborhood! We really enjoyed staying at The Piedmont House. That pool is amazing- eight feet deep!! Red Tide kept us out of the ocean until our last day so we spent a LOT of time in the pool. Shamrock Park is just a block away and we found several alligators there. We were so thankful, after a long drive, to arrive to a clean home. We grilled several nights by the pool. This house is very close to several great beaches. Ryan’s quick communication was awesome! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

We were here to Celebrate our moms 70th Birthday 🥳 First thing we noticed right away was how clean everything was! The home was well stocked with everything you could need, we took advantage of the bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The pool was beautiful, the floats were very nice and temperature was perfect! The ferry to the beach is not to be missed! Thank you a special time that we will never ever forget!! NH Girls
