Not Best Western Standards

The size of the room and the location of the hotel.

Dirty dishes, worn out towels, old facilities with bad maintenance. Noisy environment, could hear the TV on the floor above mine. Uncomfortable beds

-Property was easy to find -Parking right outside

-rooms are old and dated -beds are uncomfortable -extremely noisy from across each room -bathrooms are horrible and you can hear other rooms flush their toilets, the decor is like being at hungry jacks

Nice and calm stay

All staff was really nice and Kind with us and specially with children. We love Patrícia and they love with our sons. Room have lot of space and Even when we dont have some things (cups, plates,..) if we ask they kindly give it To us.

Very good hotel

The room spacious, comfortable and clean

The only minus would be the location a little far but for those who rent a car is great. Public buses are every 30 minutes ish.

It was the first night in sardinia arriving 4am so I cant make too many comments, it was just fine for what we needed

Exceptional

The receptionists were fantastic and they made our stay even better. We arrived just after 12pm so we were too early to check in but the receptionist found us a room and allowed us to check in early. During our stay we had to go to reception a few times for queries and the staff were fantastic and answered any questions we had. When we checked out the receptionist went out of her way to ensure we could get a taxi to the airport. The local taxi service was very busy so it was difficult to get a driver but she stayed on the phone to try get a taxi for us.

The air in the room could have been cooler. The air was cold but we would have preferred to be colder after coming in from the hot sunshine.

Nice hotel, Awkward location.

Desk staff was very helpful. The lobby area was nice (we were even able to watch a football match) Room was small but comfortable. My friends did not like the bed but I found my single to be ok.

It was very hard to find (even with GPS) and to get into the parking area was very narrow. But this isn't really the fault of the hotel, just the way the city is. It was convenient to the clinic were I had to go. There weren't restaurants very close by (again no fault of the hotels but maybe they should upgrade their food services.)

The beach was a little far.. but we learned to take the bus. VERY easy transportation...

Greta for a night in the city

Breakfast was vast and good. Room was comfortable and spacious and clean. Arrived late in the evening and stayed overnight in Cagliari and it was a good choice.

Amazing!

The room was spacious and had an amazing view! Staff were super friendly and they let us do a late checkout. Parking was super easy. Breakfast delicious!

The staff was very friendly. The room size was ok , and it was quite. The breakfast and service was good.

Almost everything in this hotel is a bit old. We had a strange smell on our floor. I was missing terrace and any nice view.
