Optisch schönes Zimmer, zu laut und stickig, tolles freundliches Personal!

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, insbesondere an der Rezeption war sehr angenehm. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war toll, der Kühlschrank perfekt. Eine Flasche Wasser gab es auch dazu. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll. Das Frühstück kostete zwar extra, war aber sehr reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Großer Parkplatz!

Zimmer zur Hauptverkehrsstraße war unerträglich laut. Und es war sehr heiß im Zimmer, da sommerliche Temperaturen. Man konnte aber nichts dagegen tun, selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster und kühler Nacht stand die Wärme im Raum. Schlafen durch Wärme und Lautstärke nur schwer möglich.

Agréable étape avant le départ en bateau

La situation et la qualité des chambres.Le parking était aisé et gratuit.le restaurant de l’hotel était très sympathique.Bonne nourriture avec une carte variée .très bon petit déjeuner

Very pleasant

Lovely staff, attractive hotel, free parking, good restaurant and bar, good value. Nice wine at an excellent price. Food was traditional and very tasty. Being able to open the windows but they still felt secure. Coffee machine

The only issue really was the shower. It was a bit hard to exit and we felt a slightly bigger enclosure would have been more useful than having quite a large hand basin. The room as a whole was a little small but ok.

Happiness in Hamburg

Stayed late to book us. Staff very very helpful. Breakfast very good also. Room was large and very comfortable

Terrible score for hazardous mold

Good location, value, and comfortable bed. Except for the mold.

Let me be clear, if you have a mold allergy, AVOID this hotel (or at least room 107). My bathroom was covered in black mold, as can be seen in the photos; I had breathing difficulties due to this. After I contacted the property about this, they gave excuses to avoid accountability. This issue is still pending a resolution, and the hotel claimed to “disinfect” it, whatever that means. There even appeared to be white old tape to cover it up. It’s clear to me that this issue was already known.

Good place to rest on road trip

The hotel is located close enough to the highway for easy access, and far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The little restaurant is very cosy, typically german and serves good food. The room was clean and nice and had a coffee machine.

Breakfast is at extra charge. However I would have never been able to use it anyway, since I had a very early start for the day.

Everything was nice.

Bathroom should be improved with: 1) Sleepery surface of the floor - wet shower space - is too dangerous. MUST be modified. 2) Lack of a safety handle at the same space. It is a highly recommended safety device.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, huge bathroom!

Entrance, hallway etc was pitch black when I arrived at 9:15 pm. Elevators did not work. No minibar!

Pay for what you get cheap and cheerful

The room was clean and breakfast was great

The rooms need a little updating, and the mattresses are old , so they sink when you lay on them. Its cheaper to book this hotel directly on their website than through booking.com.

good location coming off the highway and easy parking. good location to navigate into town and lovely check in staff who were patient with our English.

kitchen lacked some basics (toaster).

The location of the place is great (45min by bus from the center) as it is in a quiet neighbourhoot. It is easily accessible,as no bus tranfers are needed to the city center. There is a Lidl store 5min away from the hotel. The rooms were clean and provided with everything necessary. The beds were very comfortable. We will visit again for sure!
