ACCÉS AMB VEHICLE DIFICIL, MALA OLOR

L'habitació, i l'edifici en general, feia molt mala olor. Segurament hi ha un problema general de clavagueram i sifons.... Molt desagradable. L'accés amb cotxe molr dolent, no hi ha espai per carregar o descarregar amb tranquil·litat. Pocs parkings per la zona

Bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre propre, gentillesse du personnel. Petits déjeuners et repas corrects. Parking privé dans la rue à 18€ la journée. Bon emplacement à proximité gare des bus pour aller à Barcelone ou Gérone.

Le choix au dîner. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. Le coffre fort dans la chambre sans serrure. Deux chaises sur le balcon alors que nous étions trois. Le ronflement du voisin à travers le mur de la chambre. Les bruits des jeunes qui rentent bourrés à 5 heures du matin.

1. Ściany w hotelu są zrobione z papieru, wszystko słychać z pokojów obok, każde rozmowy, nawet suszarkę. W łazience jest jakieś okno na rury przez które słychać i widać łazienkę obok. Francuzi zameldowali się po 1 w nocy, do rana było słychać ich gadanie oraz walizki. 2. Bardzo brudna łazienka - zacieki na wannie, strach się kąpać. 3. Łóżka nie posiadały kołdry, w szafie leżał jakiś koc który był brudny. 4. Zimno w pokojach oraz klimatyzacja która jest zagrzybiona 5. Na podłodze włosy innych gości, na łóżkach również. 6. Cała noc w pokoju 137 słychać otwierające i zamykające się drzwi do recepcji 7. W pokoju śmierdzi z łazienki odchodami z kanalizacji oraz słychać każde spłukiwanie wody z innych pokoi. 8. Szafa która nie miała nawet drzwi 9. Sejf nie posiadał klucza ani nawet zamka 10. Okna nie są wyciszone przez co słychać wszystko 11. Na wejściu pan z pałką przez ktorego nie wiesz czy w łeb nie dostaniesz 12. Światło na tarasie które pali się do 00:00 przez co w pokoju jest jasno 13. Pan z recepcji niby miły, ale gdy zgłosiłam problem to uznał, ze 700 osób jest w hotelu. Szkoda że jak usłyszał numer pokoju to od razu wiedział jaki jest tego problem. 14. Hotel 4 gwiazdki a nie zasługuje na miano hostelu.

séjour très agréable.

Les chambres sont toujours propres. pas de bruit dans l'hotel. les buffets pour les repas sont biens préparés. la nourriture y est abondante et de qualité et il ya beaucoup de choix.

Quelle belle parenthèse tout de même!

L. Accueil, le personnel toujours souriant, l'hôtel très propre.

Les voisins qui claquaient les portes et parlaient très fort. Certains jeunes gens ont également fumé dans les escaliers. Je n'ai pas pu me rendre à la piscine extérieure faute de météo.

Séjour parfait pour ce détendre en amoureux ou famille.

Déjeuner au top beaucoup de choix et très bon. Chambre spacieuse et balcon parfait pour un déjeuner avec vue sur piscine. Piscine chauffé. Bar avec bonne musique et serveur toujours avec le sourire.

Nice, but could be a lot better for 4 star hotel.

Beds were good, room was clean, and towels exchanged on time. Staff was very kind and nice, from receptionist, over room-service, to restaurant staff. Churros were amazing during the breakfast every morning. They were fresh and nice.

1. We were staying at the newer/renovated part of the hotel, however, soundproof isolation is not good enough. 2. Air condition outdoor unit was on the terrace, however, it seems that the AC outdoor unit on our terrace was used for few more rooms. Since even if you turn the AC off in the room, outdoor AC unit keeps working and heating the terrace. Since there is no AC system, its just a separate unit for each room connected all on one outdoor unit that was on our terrace. So in most cases it was impossible to chill out on the terrace. 3. In order to access the building where the rooms are located, you have to go around the building outside, and then you can go in, which was a bit weird. 4. Breakfast was almost the same every day, food didn't meet our expectations, each day eggs and chorizo, without omelet available (omelet was available for dinner only). It could be a lot better, also dinner could be much better, offer could have more meet, more chicken/beef. 5. Most of the meals were either not hot or get unavailable quickly since there were many guests, and it seems that the kitchen is not that big for the busy season. 6. In order to leave the restaurant you have to go thru the hallways (that look like fire exit), because its not allowed to leave on the door you entered. Then you have to go around the building again in order to access the area with the rooms. 7. No Sangria available during the dinner. Which is a bit weird. 8. No showers available for the people that wanna use swimming pool. Strong recommendation for a hotel is to reorganize/renovate the hotel entrance for the new part of the hotel, and remove AC from the terrace, include Sangria in the bar offer during the dinners, improve soundproof isolation, and add more meals for dinners and breakfast

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Do not stay here. This hotel is 1 star at most. Whoever checks the standard of hotels should be sacked. The rooms are very basic and contain the worst beds I have ever seen or slept on. They were like camp beds, ugly old rusted metal frames with a mattress 5 inches thick at most. The laminated floor was there so long that it was coming apart, the edges of the laminated strips were grey where the top layer was worn off. The hotel is situated between a huge nightclub /disco on one side and a burger king and a McDonalds on the other side. The noise at night between 3 and 6 is unbelievable, I bought ear plugs so that I could sleep. The area itself contains lots of nightclubs and is very noisy and packed with people in the 18-24 age group so I would definitely not recommend for families. At 9.30 the cleaning staff start knocking on doors, banging about, the noise on tiles and laminate floors is very loud so do not expect a relaxing sleep in although in fairness the hotel is clean. If you put a do not disturb sign on the door the staff still knock and immediately enter the room.

good hotel, needs updating, but would stay again.

the likes are also the dislikes so it’s difficult, it’s located in a great spot close to everything, but that means close to all the clubs, expect loud music till at least midnight then noise every now and then through the night from the party goers. staff are really friendly and helpful. close to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach.

room is pretty dated, floor is screaming to be replaced or repaired. check out is 10am which is normal, but we had a late flight and they don’t have the facilities to get a shower later like most hotels do.

The hotel is not quiet, drunk people shouting in the corridors at night. Loud hotel events until 12am. Bass sound from the nearby discotheques al might long. Very low quality of the breakfast.

it was at proximity of everything, no need to get the car everything can be made walking. the location was perfect. the room was really good with a big espace et a big terrasse.

We enjoyed our stay, but a few things could be improved.

Room was fine, I had asked for a bath and bidet and both were provided. The food was very good, even though it was a buffet. The staff paid lot of attention to making sure everyone wore their masks in the dining room, which was reassuring.

The bed was fairly comfortable but the frame creaked every time we moved - it woke us up several times during the night. Though the buffet food was good, the wine was very poor, especially the pichets which were offered free of charge with our full board booking. It took until our third and last day to be told there was a wine list, so that we could order a drinkable bottle of wine.

Very nice hotel - we will be returning for Christmas

Breakfast and dinner were very good, though food could have been kept a bit warmer, especially breakfast! I had asked for a bathroom with bath and bidet and was delighted that both were provided.

Bed was comfortable but made creaky noise every time we moved.

Beware the Star rating of this hotel.

Efficient booking in procedure. Comfortable rooms, functional and clean. Not of 4 star standard.

Start of the low season. Coach loads of tourists clogging the entrance to the restaurant at lunchtime. No social distancing, tables packed, very little distance between diners, declined to enter restaurant because of this. Completely avoided evening meal for the same reason. No checking of covid passports. Floor staff in restaurant overworked and short staffed. Food very basic and plentiful. Not 4 star standard. Similar to a workplace canteen. Very expensive water. 2.50 Euro for a litre. It appears Booking.com reviews have been corrupted by false reviews making this seem to be a superb hotel. It is not. Very disappointing.
