The food was decent; alot of variety and fresh fruit and vegetables. We rented a car and appreciated the secure free parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is meant to be non-smoking; there were guests smoking in common areas, we feel they need to monitor this more closely. The rooms are very dated; some maintenance is overdue. The rooms are far from sound proof; we heard our neighbours very clearly.

The all inclusive meal package was good for most meals, one cold meal, one slow/poor service, The bartenders were friendly and efficient. The beach location was good, nice both ways.
Our room had a humidity problem, so our clothes felt damp, this applied to the bed sheets to a lesser extent. The hotel should check the beach for horse manure each morning as horseback rides were offered on the beach frequently.
The price paid of $370/night was higher than I thought it should have been for reasonable value.

Poor
All meals. Food was always cold. Meats were always in stews or in a sauce. Fish was boile and mushy. Hot dog pieces with pineapple. Yuck!

smaller resort great location lots of palapas on the beach beautiful grounds; buffet were good. plentiful but some days hit & miss; pool very nice lots of activities too.
very dated; they tried their best to keep it very clean, restaurants not good; needed more choices; too many rules. had to call at a certain time 5:00 pm which was very inconvenient & that was for the next day;to book specialty restaurants but we went into the town of Bucerias to eat several times ; it smelled around the outside bar & restaurant area , rooms were clean but very musty smelling & the air conditioner sometimes smelled awful like rotten eggs. my brother stayed there as well, different room he said the same in the middle of the night awful smell from air conditioner blowing into room;I have been 40 times to Mexico, different areas , this was by far the worst one possible. it had the standards of Cuba. so when the nationals came in on the weekends they seemed to cater to them more so, & we were there for 2 weeks. When they left then more attention back on us. And the shower never worked good either hot or cold. the resort needs a major overhaul I’m strongly suggesting you remove this resort as one of the options to choose

Had a great at the swimming pool & Beach. The Bartenders were very attentive!
At the beginning of the Christmas Dinner we were ignored by the waiters. We had to get up & get our own drinks & so did the couple that was sitting at our table. My husband approached one of the waiters and asked why two waiters were serving the table next to us while we needed one.

We have stayed here 3 times. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. We love the smaller hotel. The concierge Bernardo was such a grt help. Salvador, Carlos, Lore, breakfast cook. They are all amazing. Thank you for another trip of memories
We celebrated my 70th bday and our 50th anniversary. Awesome

Super friendly staff comfortable beds spacious rooms
Half the pool was under maintenance, out of lot of alcohol compared to times past, were told there were no more reservations at any restaurant and we walked down to it, and 3 people were inside, we got a table after we talked to the staff, but 3 people inside and we couldn't make a reservation? We have visited many times previously, but this time seemed very chaotic. I'm sure we will be back, but the staff for the most part tried to do everything they could to help, but it seemed there was direction and organization lacking this time. The food was always empty in the buffet too. Only 50% of the trays were full the others were completely empty.

We like the access to the beach and the room itself is not bad
The property is too small and Too far from anything else so you must taxi in and out to enjoy some time away from the hotel.
In particular we felt the staff was not friendly. They didn’t go out of their way to make the experience a better one. We also felt the food quality was very poor.

Friendly accomodating staff. Great food and drinks and entertainment. We definitely will return for our monthly family getaway. Great pool and kids entertainment
The room needs a little more air to allow the mositure to escape but with 5min of an open window it is easily resolved. Nothing really bad to say.
