Enjoyed our Stay at this Fantastic Apt

We were at Jolimont for 4 nights. We were warmly greeted by our hosts. Very close to town for food, groceries, and all the gondolas. Our apt was roomy and had two balconies. Kitchen is well-equipped and everything for your comfort has been provided. You are greeted with a view of the Matterhorn with your morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

In ruhiger Seitenstraße gelegen, Bäcker, Sparmarkt, Restaurant, Aprés-Ski-Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Haus ruhig, nicht hellhörig. Appartement/Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Geräumiger Skikeller mit Schuhwärmern. Appartement sauber, Dusche mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck trotz 5. Etage.

Lage etwas zurückgesetzt, Zugang zum Skibus (Haltestelle Kirchbrücke) erschwert durch eine Treppe bzw. Aufzug. Das Vierer-Apartment in der 5. Etage (504) hat 2 Schlafzimmer, von denen eines keine Tür hat, sondern eine halbe Etage oberhalb des Haupraumes liegt, nur über ein steile Stiege zu erreichen, schön gestaltet mit Holzdeckenbalken, aber keine volle Geschosshöhe. Menschen > 160 cm können hier nicht aufrecht gehen, insbes. nachts auf dem Weg zur Toilette störend. Der Essbereich ist klein, bzw. der Tisch für die Nische etwas zu breit, so dass man nicht ganz vom Tisch wegrücken und nur schwierig aufstehen kann.

Sparkling clean, very centrally located. Lovely host. ❤️

Wonderful family stay with very friendly & helpful host, Karin. Spotlessly clean accommodations with all the needed amenities, laundry on-site. It was amazingly clean!! Bring your toiletries, like shampoo, soaps and also coffee pods. Ski room super easy access next to entryway. Central location near cafes, restaurants, shopping and short 5 minute walk to electric buses. Matterhorn view from the apartment is absolutely spectacular. Fantastic choice for children with multiple bedrooms & baths and full kitchen on two levels.

We had a wonderful time in Zermatt, our favourite place to visit!

Property location is excellent, very near the bus stop to both Sunnegga and Matterhorn Express routes. It was also very easy to walk into the centre and access shops and rental. The apartment was very clean, had modern facilities and big comfortable beds. The bathroom, in particular was very spacious, modern with an excellent shower over bath. The kitchen was equipped for most things we required and the table area had enough space for us all to sit. If we return we would stay in the Jolimont again if we could secure on of the larger apartments. The property owners are very nice and also helpful.

There was no dressing table in one of the bedrooms and no mirrors in either room. An extra dresser with work top for storage would have been advantageous. The larger room had the best facilities, was spacious and light but it was compromised by being up a very steep stairs and under the combs. There was a very small sitting area in the same attic space but it was not big enough for the four of us to sit together comfortably. Check out was at 9am which we found early compared to most places we have stayed.

Superb

The great thing is you can see the Matterhorn at the roof dormer. The kitchen is well equip with cheese founde set. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The house is quite small, not enough space for opening the luggage’s and you need to walk through a strict staircase to the upper floor. Washing machine is not convenient to use, need to pay to unlock even the washing programme is completed.

Very good

The view was excellent. You can really see the Matterhorn from the balcony. It was nice that there was a free upgrade to a larger room during our stay, however, some of the rooms were locked..

No seasonings (even salt) were provided given that there is a simple kitchen for cooking....A free upgrade is appreciated but actually, we preferred to stay in their smaller apartment as we booked that because of the style of the smaller apartment.

Loved every part of the stay. Strongly recommend this place. Host was friendly, room was spacious/clean/cozy, convenient for cooking and not far from buses that get you to ski lift departures. I visited Zermatt for ski traveling and chose this place w/o much info but was satisfied with my decision. Much thanks again to the twin/sister hosts.

the location of the apartment was good. near to all attractions and the view from our rooms was amazing. the best place to stay in zermatt. everything was good. kitchen fully equipped. we enjoyed staying here.

Everything!!! We booked the room with Matterhorn view and we had the most perfect view of the Matterhorn. The room is very spacious and I like how the kitchen is in another 'room'. If travellers are carrying alot of very heavy luggages, I suggest to take the taxi (~17 franc). Otherwise, it's still a lovely walk to the apartment from Zermatt station - about 10-15mins walk. The apartment has a lift which is a bonus! It's a lovely apartment, we appreciate the warm welcome and service!

The apartment is well maintained with full kitchen utensils & crockery. View was great and place is in a quiet area which we had wanted. The manager Karin is very helpful and caring, meeting our needs. Great apartment & place to be. Recommended to my freinds if they intend to visit Zermatt in future.

Nothing to dislike! Our perfect stay

Ready with kitchenette and spacious room overlooking The Matterhorn. The room is spacious for 2 pax and powered with heater. Kitchenette is fully equipped with oven and dish washer. Easy access to the station and Coop.

There's nothing I dislike about it except for the early check out but I managed to get an extension from the kind host.

Our most comfortable, clean and peaceful stay in Switzerland.

The property was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful in every aspect. The largest room we had in our 15 day vacation in Switzerland. The bed was also the most comfortable. Very clean and comfortable. Small kitchen was very useful. Laundry facilities on site were perfect for an extended vacation. Location was very good. Zermatt is a beautiful small village and easily walkable from the apartment. The area was very quiet, peaceful and had a perfect view of the Matterhorn from the room and the deck. Would definitely recommend starting there. Would also recommend booking directly with the hotel for the best rates.

Brilliant apartment, amazing view, excellent location

Everything. Excellent location. All restaurants and shops are just a minute away. Beautiful and very clean apartments. Amazing view of Matterhorn. Karin and Brigitte are excellent hosts who communicated very efficiently and helped us whenever required e.g provided us light blankets when some of our group felt a tad hot in the night. Highly highly recommended.

Perfect apartment for a family vacation

We (family of four) stayed in a two bedroom apartment apartment on the fourth floor. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We had a lovely view of the Matterhorn and our host was helpful. There are laundry facilities onsite.

The town centre was about 5 min drive away so expect to pay 12-20 CHF each way. However, you can hire a bicycle instead. The Wi-Fi didn’t connect to the bedroom TV for Netflix. When I asked for assistance with this, the response I got was “I don’t know”, instead of someone coming to assist. Overall, however, we had a positive experience.

The apartment was great with an incredible view on the mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped.

We didn't get any instructions before our arrival. The key was in the apartment, and there was a note on the door to let us know which apartment was ours. The note said to enter the building and head to the apartment. Note that the city tax is only payable in cash. Although, the host accepted we paid with card as we didn't have cash. We also had to go pay the city tax at 8am. Finally, the bed wasn't very comfortable. We barely slept the two nights we were there. But the view was so good that we didn't mind too much.

awesome stay

everything! the place was very clean, location was considerably good. it was hassle free checking in and out. the kitchen was extremely well equipped too. we absolutely love our stay here!

some minor points - pillows were abit flat, would be good if hand wash is provided in the toilet too
