Very good experience. Restaurant waiters ladies gave very friendly great service.

Reel Restaurant in the hotel lunch and dinner is good. Hotel maintained very clean, two swimming pool area also very clean. Small Bus services to Bridgetown and Oistin also very easy to travel. Only 30min smalll local bus service to amazing Carlisle Bay beach.

A/C not cold enough. Kitch inside the room need exhaust. Also fan need to more speed. But they do renovation very soon. So I hope it's going to be fixed.

Not worth the money paid.

the staff at the lobby they were nice. Expecialy a girl Rihana. And also it was clean . and the room was ok

For the money payd it could be better .The location is not good and the facilities are outdated . It needs a renovation . And something more for the money they ask

Value for money hotel in Christ Church

Facilities, beach, value for money.

Some staff needs training in customer service. Doesn't smile or even respond when you say thank you. Manners and positive attitude goes a long way. Limited restaurant menu.

Expensive for what it is.

Room was very big. Air-conditioning was good. Close to airport and Dover Beach.

Expensive. Says breakfast finishes at 10.30 (both at reception and in booklet) but take away food at 10am meaning you can go hungry. Similarly in evening stop serving before advertised. Decor also a bit dated.

Front desk and retaurant bar have poor customer service. Housekeeping/maintenance great!

The staff at this hotel are excellent and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

This is not an all inclusive resort. We had a small kitchen in the room and purchased food at a local market for breakfast and lunch. We did have several suppers at the restaurant. Food and service was great on a covered patio setting beside the ocean. There was entertainment several days to provide a taste of local music. The public transit system is very affordable, not to mention very interesting.

The location was OK but if you had to walk anywhere, the streets are narrow. Many areas had no sidewalks and the traffic moves very quickly. Look several times in both directions before crossing the road.

Beautiful beach hotel

Cute beach hotel in Oistins. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and it's a great location for beach/city/Oistins Fish Market. Neighborhood is nice, and we had no problems walking around day or night. The room was big,bright, nicely decorated, comfortable, and very clean. We had our balcony and great space for our suitcases. The reception desk was friendly and nice, especially the girl named Nikita, who helped us to book the hair dresser and everything else. It's good to mention that they have washing and drying facilities , and washing is free of charge. Balcony is equipped with a cloth rack, and it was very useful after 7 days of cruising. We loved the restaurant and the staff there. They also have great offers on food and drinks and they were so helpful and kind.

good place to stay for the price.

nice pool & outdoor spa. the staff is very accommodating and friendly. they helped us with all our requests and were very professional, until it came to the restaurant. the manager was great, the bar staff polite, but there were two servers who showed no interest in helping you and even acted bothered at serving you to the point of rudeness.

right on the beach with good access to the water and beautiful views of the ocean. there was nothing in walking distance to do other than the hotel bar and restaurant. we were in the older part of the hotel. the bathroom was remodeled but the room was not. older refrigerator, but very cold, piled with dishes. air conditioning in the room was superb. the TV had good selection of stations and work well for a while then went fuzzy not sure if the hotel had control of that.

aside from service in the restaurant issues and untasty food when we are there this hotel is a small gem , not cheap but

it’s a beautiful hotel most of the long standing staff are very friendly our cleaner was just beautiful, kind a joy to have around as was the gift shop lady she was just an inspiration the location is good , the rooms are comfortable and clean and attended to

Unfortunately the Restaurant let it down this time ( we have stayed twice before) the food was at the very best mediocre and expensive for what we had New Year, on more than one occasion we were ignored and waited 1.5 hours for a lunch sandwich and chips at one point, sadly this was disappointing for us as it was a lovely setting , clearly there were some issues at the time , this made us very sad , the long term staff made it better for us by repairing the damage , and we are grateful to them

Lovely local hotel in a great peaceful location

We love the location, it’s easy for public transport, the staff are kind and it’s a relaxed environment. we found the food very nice, lunch was simple and tasty and the evening meals were very nice with a good variety of themes/different menus. We really appreciated house keeping, they cleaned and changed linen daily and we’re such pleasant ladies! Overall we highly recommend Butterfly.

There was a light banging noise every minute or so through the night in our room, I presume some machinery or air con below us, it wasn’t disruptive generally just in the night it was a bit annoying.
