La atención fue maravillosa. Los espacios son muy lindos y la ambientación en el hotel sin duda es uno de sus encantos
¡Todo estuvo maravilloso!

Room, bed, shower all good. Breakfast superb as always.
My wife and son arrived at reception before me (I was flying into Bucaramanga separately) after a long road journey and were treated with disdain by the two guys manning check-in at that time (28.11.23 at about 5pm) despite standing at the check-in desk with suitcases they were totally ignored, Not once were they asked if they could help them.
The next morning the usual check-in manager was there and was very apologetic for the behaviour of his staff the evening prior. He said he would check the CCTV footage to see what went on. It is a shame because we stay there often.

The excellent service from the front desk staff! Especially Marco! He did his best to accommodate every request. Very friendly! The breakfast was excellent and a very nice selection. Great location and very easy to get around the city!
Broken elevator
5.0 / 10.0
The restaurant was good but the staff bordered on rude and the hot tub room we had was outdated and worn out and it felt dirty.
There was little we like other than the restaurant and the pool. Plus the elevator was shut down while we were there.

It's a decent place. Bedding was clean. Good location
It was loud. The elevator broke, and lots of noise from the techs fixing it. The jet tub was in bad shape- the coating was worn off and there was dirty residue from the spray. The ac made noise even when turned off

Bit noisy

I loved the hotel atmosphere; lots of greenery, plants and animal statues (especially the lion). It is very cozy and comfortable. The staff (waiters, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk) was always so accomodating and very kind from day one. My spa bath room was very comfortable with lots of lighting. The tub was large and very nice.
The breakfast bar was wonderful with an assortment of fruits, bread and eggs. There are two bars; near the pool (assortment of beers & other non alcoholic beverages) which made it very convienient while at the pool. The bartender was very attentive. The bar inside the restaurant makes a very tasty lychee martini. The restaurant food is amazing. I don't eat meat so my seafood (salmon & shrimp tempura salad) was amazing. Although my second tempura salad was not as tasty, I was offered another one. However, I had eaten all of the first one not to be wasteful, so my waiter brought me a delicous brownie with a cream sauce and a cup of hot coffee. The tears built up inside of me as he walked away and I began to cry just from his act of kindness. I have been in Colombia for over a year and that is my first time experiencing this. The repairs to the elevators and the wifi was the only reason my stay here was cut short due to my work demands. The staff, food and atmosphere is the reason for the excellent score. I would definitely return.
The wifi was weak and the loud noise to the repairs of the evelators which started at 8:30 a.m.

Staff were professional and efficient
Rooms are not clean, we found food rest of previous guests on the table, hair in the beds, no hot water and leak in the washroom.
Finishing touches in the room are inexistant and the bad quality of the material used makes the place even more dirty.
Noisy during the night with high music coming from the lobby and continuous talk of hotel guests during the middle of the night.

Good looking hotel with nice looking big and modern rooms. The room was impeccably clean and fresh smelling. Unbeatable hotel for the price. Also the staff was very friendly.
I would have rated my stay a perfect 10 except for two issues. First issue was that the wifi was very poor. The signal kept constantly dropping, and when there was a signal, it was extremely weak. Very disappointing for such a nice hotel. The second thing I didn't like was that they have construction going on at the property, and I happened to get the room with the men working literally directly outside of my window. They were hammering away at the adjoining wall to my room. It was massive noise from early morning until the evening. I'm pretty patient and low maintenance, so I just dealt with it. However I bet 90% of people would demand a different room, and rightfully so.
