Affordable, decent hotel

Great location, decent rooms. Surrounded with good food.

Had requested to be informed of a twin share availability for the next 2 nights, but the staff did not follow up.

Won't return

The only impress is the daily breakfast with coffee & centralize location.

Unexpected as staff need more training such as:- 1. Reception:- Receive a room card only upon check in, where booked for 2 guests. Additional deposit require for additional card. Is a must for us to get 2 cards, as the lift won't reach our floor without it. This didn't explain during check in, inconvenient for guest run up & down after few hours flight and taxi waiting. 2. Facilities:- a. The shower water take few minutes to drain, and water nearly flow into the room carpet. Every time shower will get flood. Inconvenient travel with elderly if floor wet. b. The room air corn sound noisy & old. 3. Café:- a. As mentioned the most like it is come with breakfast. But, coffee bean run out.

ロケーションが良い。日本人慣れしている。コーヒーショップのスタッフは大変感じが良く、タイ人ならではの良さが出ていて素晴らしかった。ベッドメーキングが良かった。マットレスや寝具も良く、ぐっすり眠れた。

フロントスタッフに笑顔が無い。水回りが汚い。劣化もあった。

It was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Bangkok city.

Was in a nice area, close to the train, shops, restaurants etc It was clean, comfortable, and had a nice environment about the place.

Satisfy to stay

Room is spacious for the one bedroom suite. Location is just one BTS away from Terminal 21. Breakfast got various selection.

Walkway to room is non-aircon and have a bit of smell. Room is satisfy but floor can be cleaner. Location is good but always jam on the main road.

Pleasant staff, room spacious enough for 1. A couple with holiday luggage would struggle

The breakfast was quite frankly appalling. Caters for Chinese guests only. Things don't really get replenished. The Pool 2 old tables and 4 chairs, with NO sunloungers. Had to oay for day passes at Hilton The hotel needs modernising in the rooms too. My friend had a room with a shower over the bath, which squirted water everywhere

Really recommend this hotel!!

The staff was SO serviceminded, helping us woth everything such as booking taxi, check out later and gave us a lot of tips of things to do in Bangkok. 10/10! The room was amazing too. Most comfy bed we’ve tried in Thailand, great linen and pillows. Amazing omelet made on order for breakfast!

As written, the omelet on the breakfast was great but for us we would like some more options. The buffet was big but contained mostly thai food.

Nice place to stay!

Good location near BTS station and shops. Very nice bed, good size room.

The one thing I didn't like was the bad Wi-Fi signal I had. And the pool was very cold, for me it was oké but for our son it was too cold!
