Good location, not the best bed

Great position with walking distance to all things in town

The beds need upgrading, good motels have the heaters on in your room so when you check in (pre-booked) the room should be comfortable, the previous owners did this.

Didn’t even get the chance to stay

Arrived with my booking confirmation email to be told they do not have my reservation and they didn’t have a room. Incredibly stressful to find out on the day of check in when there is not one other available hotel/motel in the area.

Ok except for noise

Location was good.

I was kept awake by a washing machine/dryer which appeared to be at the back of the bathroom. Noise went all night. Also no toilet brush provided.

Room is good value for money.

Nice clean room.

Address is shown as Kepler street. There is not much signage and you don’t actually enter the property from there. Parking is terrible. Not many spaces and definitely not enough room between vehicles.

Fantastic Location in the heart of Warrnambool!

The room was very clean! Had all the basic amenities we needed. My family loved the location! We also liked that a portacot was provided at no extra fee.

We found the rooms a little cramped, and only 1 chair was provided.

great location and staff, super clean facilities and room

the location is so good and it’s next to IGA, it’s also walking distance to the town centre. Staff are also so friendly and helpful. We were so impressed at how clean the facilities were. Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay

No breakfast 😢 as elderly we had problems carting all our goods up stairs. Friendly clean neat and tidy close to great 👍 eating 🏘 house's.

Mechanical - done at arms reach to the consumer!

It was close to both the railway station and to the main retail shopping. Shower had some black mould around its base, otherwise the bathroom was spotless. Lack of charging for electronic devices was disappointing.

The motel advertises reception is open from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. On four occasions I visited the motel during that time to find no-one in reception. Upon arrival I had to ring the number on the door to get someon to come and provide an entry key- about 5 minutes later. No instructions, no advice, just a a swipe card handed to me and a box to ruturn the card to next morning.

good location, room was basic but clean.

Not enough car parks. Almost had an asthma attack when first going in the room with the horrid deodorising…had to open all the windows/ doors the whole time there. Bathroom tap not tall enough to fill the kettle! Stayed 3 nights and got in at midnight, left at 8.30 each morning. So just shower & sleep…no room cleaning…$700 for 2 people…not cheap! But seems the average for Warrnambool long weekend…

I will definitely stay again when I return to Warrnambool

The location was excellent walking distance to cafes, bar,supermarket. Breakfast cafe on the corner was delicious.

The hotel is showing its age but nothing that was not expected.
