Un lugar muy regular

La cercanía a los lugares de interés público.

El primer día que llegamos nos tocó esperar a mi y a mis padres más de una hora porque había una persona arreglando una avería (el aire acondicionado estaba tirando agua), la única solución fue esperar. Dos días después el problema volvió a aparecer, mi solución fue poner dos ollas en dónde caía el agua (adjunto foto donde se puede apreciar el mismo desgaste que han causado estas a lo largo del tiempo) El atelier olía mucho a humedad, estaba un poco descuidado el lugar.

Muy buena ubicación; libertad de hacer lo que quieras; nos recogió un taxi al aeropuerto

Hubo una falta de comunicación y, una vez que me pusé en contacto con ellos, lo solucionaron EN SEGUIDA. Y nos regalaron champan y chocolate. Y se lo agradezco mucho

Korrekt szolgáltató, jó lokáció.

A megérkrezesunkkor nem volt kész az apartmanunk, sajnos. Jeleztük a tulajdonos fele. Kb 15 percen belül felajánlottak egy másik apartmant ami ugyanolyan volt. Ezen kívül kaptunk kedvezményt is a szoba árából! Nagyon gyorsak és korrektek voltak. Kiváló ügyfél kezelés!

Sujeira e mofo

A única coisa boa é a localização.

Péssima estadia, estivemos em família por 1 semana e ao chegar lá nos deparamos com um apartamento cheio de mofo, nos móveis, paredes e sujeita para todo lado. O valor do aluguel deveria ser menos da metade para fazer jus ao que recebemos. Reclamei com a empresa responsável mas não nos responderam. NAO ALUGUE ESTE APTO. Irá se arrepender. O único momento em que ficamos no apartamento foi a noite para dormir, pois o cheiro de mofo era insuportável.

Gostei das condições do alojamento, estava bem organizado, limpo e confortável

Não é não gostar mas senti que é necessrário fazerem uma pequena manutenção as instalações, pois sendo um pouco antigas apesar de bonitas requerem que sejam tratadas com cuidado.

Nada no era igual que la foto de booking.

No me gustó el olor a moho y desagüe. Que cada vez que llamabas por tlf te respondía una persona distinta y no te daban solución. De hecho nos fuimos a otro hotel.

A great place close to the city centre.

Good location, clean place, common room, spaceous bathroom equipped with everything one might need, same for kitchen, AC, TV, vending machines, closet. It's close to the city centre.

I wish there was one king-size bed instead of two single beds, but we managed. The vending machine sometimes doesn't give you the product but takes the money, also the coffee vending machine only accepts coins, which was a bit impractical.

Cómodo, limpio y espacioso. Todo muy correcto.

Que el trato con el personal fuera siempre a través de mensajes y códigos y no tener personas físicas a las que acudir, hace que todo sea más frío y que haya que esperar más para cualquier tipo de problema.

Convenient location. Lovely hotel team. Good option for a couple of days but not for a longer stay.

Excellent hotel team who responded promptly to queries and provided the necessary booking confirmations on request. Easily moved the check out time by half an hour. The room itself is quite comfortable, easy to enter using a code, fast wifi. We also had a nice patio where we could have breakfast or work.

I didn't like the lack of a kitchen on the property. The room had utensils, sink, fridge, microwave, but no cooker, so for a whole week we couldn't cook a proper meal. In the shower, no matter how carefully we took it, water flowed out on the floor, which was impossible to dry - only to clean with hands, and for this in the room there is no means. Also due to the fact that our room was on the ground floor, it was quite humid, so we had to constantly ventilate the room.

Great stay in the heart of Porto

The location is really good, close to the city center but still in a relatively quiet area. The room was very well cleaned, spacious and had all the necessary amenities.

No surprises here, as the other reviews told me what to prepare for: squeaky beds and a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Unfortunately I have to complain about the same... It's really the only bad things I can think off.

Feel like abandoned in a corner after too much trouble to find the room (not even TV was working).

very dificult to complete check-in, a load of data required, foto of ID cards (Be careful with data protection law). Had to call for assistance in english (no portuguese available), digital key take time to arrive, no indication inside the complex to locate the apartment, not easy at all to find the door. Was a very bad experience with this Olala.

Good value for money. The design of the cooperative facilities is spectacular! restful and inviting. Treats were waiting for us in the apartment courtesy of the hosts

two floors,enough space for two, lots of useful kitchenware, clean

no drainer, small wardrobe, cold air from the windows on the second floor, no weights to weight the luggage, pretty expensive cleaning service , no hangers for coats on the first floor.

Super spot to stay in Porto

Perfect place to spend a couple of days with friends in Porto. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need - a real home from home stay. Location is also pretty good - not too far from the metro and an easy walk into the centre.

Really nice place

Close to the city centre. About 15 mn to the train station. Nice place. Comfortable. Outside terrace. Clean. Quiet. Good experience overall.

This is a good option in Porto. It is all virtual for the check in. You receive messages from olala apartments. The team replies to the request quickly by mail or chat. The tv does not have channels. Only Netflix if you have an account.

The place is lovely, in a unique building. Nicely decorated. The location is not bad and you can park your car without paying for it.

The water pressure machine, placed on the patio is very noisy. There wasn't anyone to welcome us in and we felt quite lost until another guest helped us. The mailing from Booking is massive, redundant, and, in the end, confusing.,

Modern apartment at convenient, quiet location.

Location was great. Breakfast not included, but there was a lovely breakfast bar at the corner of the road.

Some things were a little run down with wear and tear. Two chairs were broken, which we reported and one was replaced the next day.
