Disappointing

Comfortable beds with clean linen. Manager was pleasant when I consulted him with my concerns regarding the state of the room

Not cleaned properly, dated and definitely not 4 stars. Overpriced for the standard of the room and had a terrible damp smell. Did not have Foxtel or DVD player as advertised

Beds were comfortable and good shower. Easy to find hotel. Receptionist was friendly .

Quite outdated, and needed maintenance. Door handles loose and bathroom paint was bubbled and lifting. Couch was stained. Dining chair legs were broken in all 3 chairs. Had to request towels as only provided 2 for family of 4. Could smell damp smell on arrival. The wing where our room was, was away from main hotel and doorway was behind the building, felt a little unsafe going to room at night especially as outdoor lighting was on a timer that didn't come on til quite dark.

Not what I was hoping for.

Not much at all - The bed was just okay. But, There was a hole in the wall almost at roof level that was covered up with a Wifi sign with blue tack that fell off the wall. The website said there would be foxtel, that was a lie. I also read that there would be a clock radio, that was a lie.

See above review Also there was very long hairs on the blanket and all over the bathroom floor, they certainly were not mine as I have very short hair. It was also very noisy - doors banging late at night for example.

Disappointing

Was quite until the police raid.

Leaking Shower, leaking fridge, Regular police visits and a drug bust in the car park. Associated resteraunt never seemed to be open. Booked this hotel by mistake due to the name being the same as another hotel in Knox.

It's better to consider another place

The boss is friendly, the customer service is ok.

The staff's customer service was not good enough, not friendly at 1st time. The booking room wasn't clean, smelly and the wall of the spa dropped off, they doesn't fix it. Then changed to another room. The another room has a broken roof. So I gave up the room and looked for another place. Online shows the hotel is 4 stars, for personally feel like the hotel is only 2 stars. The price is overpriced for a night.

Disappointing.

The standard rooms were nice when I stayed there a few years ago so I decided to upgrade to an apartment. Unfortunately, not up to the same standard.

The apartment was very run down, kitchen facilities poor, cooktop didn't work, apartment wasn't clean and more. Avoid.

Very lovely man at the reception. Room was very spacious. Great extra having a washing machine. bed was super comfortable.

Apart from the outside of the hotel room the room itself was very clean so we were happy with that

Disappointed, way too expensive

The bed was comfortable

We paid extra for the spa which didn't work. The room was dirty, drinking glasses under the bed, the toilet had marks of use, the floors were not clean, the advertisement also showed an outdoor area, definitely nothing like that. The room was hidden down the back of the property in a dark unsafe fir a female area. The door scraped the carpet and left debris everytime you opened it. Definitely won't be staying there again

Great location handy for retail areas

Noise from resteraunt and due to resteraunt no parking for guests. Carpet in room was filthy, door lock needs replacing.

Comfy bed and good shower.

Room smelt damp and musty, remote for the reverse cycle air-conditioning didn't work so I couldn't turn it on, it was quite cold that night, fridge in the room was quite loud and kept waking me up, there was a constant dripping noise coming from a downpipe which was directly outside my bathroom window.

NOTHING - I refused to say in the room at all.

The room smelt terrible. (Smoke then they tried to cover up with incense. Shower had an large amount of mold. When entering the front door it had a metal cover around the handle (it appeared that it had been forced in and this metal plate as to secure it again. Did not feel safe
