We stayed in the two bed apartment with sea views, it was a stunning property that really felt luxurious. The shower was brilliant, great pressure and perfect temperature. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The bed had lovely crisp clean sheets, comfortable mattress and plump pillows (we slept very well!), The main bedroom was very large with plenty of space. The living room had a dining table and two sofas and a tv, with high ceilings and large windows to stare at the sea through. The whole place felt cozy and comfortable and our dog felt right at home straight away which she doesn't normally in holiday apartments. A small walk away from the harbour which was quaint with plenty of places to eat and drink, Tesco was also a walk away. The area is very nice and felt safe, lots of trees and the road outside was quiet at night. It was so lovely that I wish we could have stayed longer, I thoroughly recommend staying here.
Nothing, it was perfect

Whilst generally the accommodation was clean, there were areas that were grubby - bathroom door needed a good clean and towels were old and faded with bleach marks (suspect firmer hair salon towels). Next to a busy road and some anti-social noise which woke us up.

Great location, close to harbour, restaurants, bars and shops. Good parking facilities.
It was raining when we stayed and so it was somewhat frustrating that there was nowhere to hang wet coats, and/ or wash & dry laundry/ beach towels.

Worst holidays ever
Worst Family holiday ever. Will not recommend to anyone. Landlady was rude and very aggressive. There were cobwebs in the house. Used and leftover Furniture, three different styles of sofas and on one dining table different style of chairs with wobbling dining table. Uncomfortable sofas. My back pain started after using the sofa for 4 days. Broken and rusty cutlery, with damaged pans. We had to buy our own pans and cutlery. When we reached the given address, we were told that this is not the place. We had to go to another place, which was a bit away and not at all attractive. When we reached the changed address, we were told to pay £100 on the spot before entering the property for deposit to cover any damages to property. However, this deposit was not returned fully as she claim that we have not put crockery back in cupboard and cushions not in a proper place.

We choose the room with a beach view but the beach was barely visible

Absolutely everything!! It was a well needed get away for 1 night with my little ones. I can honestly say this is by far one of the best plus most beautiful places I have stayed in. Host was very friendly with very informative directions on how to reach and get into the property. I enjoyed every minute and didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend!! And I will definitely be coming back.
Couldn’t fault

good location to walk down to the historic harbour and Eden. Spacious apartment and very clean with good facilities. comfy beds.
need bedside lights as very bright overheads. we were asked to take rubbish away and got to bin store but needs a code which we had forgot so took rubbish home maybe for short stays we shouldn’t have to do this, also dog charge for one night was expensive £20 and unnecessary, it was not till after we booked we had to hand over a deposit too for one night £100, lots of rules for one night which did affect our stay. We did get the deposit back promptly.

The cottage is beautiful, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and glasses, etc and has a dishwasher and washing machine. It was warm and very comfortable.
Nothing didn't like. Just an observation: We were staying as a family of 5 with 2 adult and one teen son. Whilst there are 3 double beds, it might be worth thinking about putting twin beds in one room as this would make the cottage much more appealing to families. We took an air bed as our boys were not keen to share a bed.

The house was immaculate and very cosy. 3 large double bedrooms and a large lounge, so plenty of space.

Property was beautifully decorated, fully equipped and very comfortable.

A lovely spacious and very well presented apartment, ideal for two couples. Great to have the balcony to enjoy an alfresco drink or meal as the weather allowed. The kitchen was well equipped with all you would need if choosing to self cater. The location, only a few minutes walk from historic Charlestown, is excellent and is also well served by local bus routes with convenient stops only a few minutes from the apartment. The host was very helpful and quickly responsive to any queries.

It is a lovely property in Charlestown with plenty parking space. It was very well equipped. We had a lovely stay with our two children and a family dog. Thank you for enabling a great holiday.
I would prefer if there was a washing machine. Also maybe a few more utensils especially forks.

Great house a wee walk from Charlestown, via the Coastal Walk (at low tide across rocks) or via the road. It was well presented with good facilities.

Location is great, property clean. Good base to explore Cornwall. Private beach is nice and quiet and seemed warmer than the water at other public locations further down the coast for some reason. Kitchen and oven all worked well. Car parking space was helpful.
This is all in relation to the Seahorses 3 bed property. The furnishings are all very basic and cheap and some things feel like they are on their last legs. The bed was ok, but could do with a better mattress and additional and more comfortable pillows. Some of the utensils in the kitchen are falling apart and there was no sweeping brush available. The en suite shower attachment is nearly broken and the shower is very small fit. The back yard had some questionable decking covered in chicken wire for some reason which was strange. The pictures are all of different properties so when browsing the listing know that only maybe 1 of the pictures you see will represent the property you get. This agent obviously has many properties and you don't know which one you'll be getting exactly til near the stay. Having said all that none of it would stop me from recommending the place as I think all is easily improved by the owner.

Warm with central heating. Beds and kitchen facilities. Cleanliness. Quiet location, easy parking for 1 car.
The raised threshold on entry to the apartment, unmarked and hidden by carpet. The settees, though comfortable for many people, are deep and do not provide lumbar support.
