Problemas no self checkin

O self checkin não é prático para quem chega após horário comercial, muitos outros hóspedes tiveram problemas, chave por internet foi suspensa antes do checkout e fora de horário dos funcionários do escritório que fica na esquina e não no prédio da acomodação, focamos pra fora 9 horas da noite e tivemos atendimento telefônico após muitas ligações

Chciałbym tam jeszcze wrócić.

Super lokalizacja 300 m od dworca kolejowego i autobusowego. Łatwość przemieszczania się. Winda dla osób starszych. Sklep zaraz po wyjściu z budynku.

Był tylko czajnik. Ale brak kubków, sztućców, talerzy. Musieliśmy kupić.

Pleasant

The location is very close to the train station. The room is comfy and spacious with a balcony.

The self check in arrangement with Vikey is quite tricky. It took us a few times to scan the QR code or password to get into the apartment and the room. Unfortunately, when we returned to the accommodation at late night, the system was locked due to a few failures. We had spent some time to contact the management and get the password to get into our room again. It was quite helpless when you had such kinda "password failures" when you returned to your room at late night. And you cannot store your luggage at the accommodation. You have to pay to the management to store your luggage at their office.

Great for the money. No problems.

Big room with air conditioner. Amazing location 5-10 min by foot to the central train station. A lot of restaurants and couple of supermarkets downstairs. Really clean place with everything you’ll need. We had no problems with keys or finding the entrance. For the money we paid I’d say it was AMAZING. If we go to Bari again we’ll definitely book this place.

the room was really nice and comfortable. close to the bus station and supermarket. walking to the centre doesn’t take much time.

Location, bathroom, the staff lady helped us to get in because the automatic key didn't work

Sometimes automatic key doesn't work and at night it might be a real problem...there is not enough light at the room at evening...no glases so we must to buy to drink a tea ( there is kattle at the room). The elevator is very old and not so pleasant...you hear everything what hapened at the room near you...

Not a suite standard

Close to all amenities. Close to the train station. Clean and comfortable.

Not a suite standard as described. Standard is quite low. No privacy on the terrace, you could easily step in the terrace next door without any effort. It is not sound proof - could hear the people next door using the bathroom - and there is no washing machine (as listed under facilities).

overall good. but definitely needs to have some cutlery, glasses and plates in the room.

spacious clean room with big washroom. the terase looked amazing, but it was raining so did not get to use it.

The automatic doors where tricky to get into, especially The room door. also, expected to have at least A couple of spoons, forks, knives, plates and a bottle opener in the room, which were nowhere to be found.

Great stay, comfortable stay, convenient location

My second stay here. Just as comfortable and enjoyable as the first time. Convenient location. Close to Central train station and short walk to the historic center. Grocery, shopping and lots of food options nearby. Great stay.

Very good

The bed and pillow were very comfortable. There was a terrace with a beautiful view where you could drink your coffee. It is close to the train station and the central part of the city

The bathroom was not very clean. The shower stand is broken. The room is in an apartment on the eighth floor and is accessed by an elevator which, if not working, will be very difficult to access. There is a dog in the apartment next door, which constantly barks when someone goes up or down from the floor. The entrance door of the apartment squeaks a lot, it needs to be lubricated.

Conveniently located, Comfortable room, Great Value!!

Conveniently located near the central train station. The room was very large and comfortable. It was extremely clean with all the necessary amenities. Nice balcony and view. Very quiet. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Great value. I would absolutely stay there again.

The area is a little deserted at night.

Nice location near central station and the city centre. Cleaning every day.

Old rooms, not good maintained. The lock of one of the rooms didn't worked and we should call someone to open the room. Also one of the rooms was not ready on time with the others.

- location - comfy bed - smart tv - electric kettle - balcony with nice view

- bathroom (very bad smell) - heating was turning on only once a day, it was cold at night - I had a problem to get into the property as codes didn't work, it took me around 30 minutes standing by the door to be able to get in

Clean house with good location and very spacious. Will come back again.

Very strict about check in check out times. And charge money for storing bags, which most of the places do for free.

Superb

The location was perfect as it was just a 5min walk from the train station and 10mins away from Old Town in Bari. The balcony was nice place to hang out and have coffee in the morning. The staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage at their office while we do last minute shopping.

Great location with a couple of inconveniences

Great location: 5 mins from the train station, 10 mins from city center, 20 mins from the beach. Private rooftop on the 9th floor is really great to enjoy a drink and the view over the city

Getting into the room is tricky with the online platform. There’s no physical reception or staff to meet. The shower would really need a fixing… The faucet in the shower is simply a joke. It wouldn’t need a great investment to fix it, seriously. Wi-Fi worked only every other day on my iPhone, for no specific reason…

Più che soddisfatti!

Beautiful room! The position is one of the best aspects. The room was clean, all the services worked just fine. The staff very helpful and the locks on the doors and windows made us feel safer during the night and kept our mind at ease when absent. Prezzo=Qualità!

The door of the building did not close ever which could be a bit dangerous at night because of it's central position. The mini fridge in the room did not keep the water cold although we adjusted it.

Not impressed!

It was mainly clean and the bed was not bad.

When we arrived the room was hotter than outside. Its the first property we have been to on our 3 week trip around Italy and Croatia that they didnt put the air con on ahead of our stay. Typically my husband wasnt very well and it took forever to get in to the room having to pass through 3 security doors. No-where did it say which floor we were on out of 8 floors nor did it tell us which room which is hopeless. We did try to call them but no-one available to speak. We only managed to get the room temperature down as we were leaving 12 hours later so had a terrible night sleep. Defo not somewhere we would go back to.

The room key were kind of problematic more than once it didn't function well. The room was kind of small but for a short period of time was good. Electricity issue so in a number of times we had to turn it on.

pleasant stay in an okay appartment.

The location is convenient. Really close to the railwaystation, which in our case made it ideal for doing some daytours in Puglia (ea Matera, Lecce, Alberobello). Bari old city centre is also just 10min walk. The appartment is cleaned daily, so it is also very clean.

It has seen better times. The shower was taped together and we were a bit too long for it. The kitchenette barely works. The wifi isn’t stable. In contrary of what is says on booking, there is no washing machine in the appartment. There is a (paid) laundry service, which we didn’t use.

The location is very good, it was a clean room with a/c. Check in with an app didnt do any problems for us. just read the information carefully that you get after booking.

The door in the toilet was broken. not good if you need some privacy while pooping

Loved it and wished we had booked it for our first 11 days in Bari

The location was excellent, within safe walking distance from the rail and bus station Clean, fresh bed linen Tea and coffee making facilities Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean Fridge in the room Fresh clean towels Supplied hairdryer and shampoo Wished we had found this for our 11 day stay in Bari, far preferable from the one we did stay in. Room was slightly on the small side but had the benefit of a lovely balcony with a table and two chairs.

Locking system sounded initially daunting but in fact it was really simple and secure
