Nice basic accommodation with breakfast. Breakfast is served at 7:30, 8:30 or 9:30. The host was nice and friendly. There is space for parking outside. Hot shower was available. Heater was provided in the room.
The bathroom was outside and very cold. It's a little far away from the centre but no problem if you have a car.

The room was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful. Great location too
2.0 / 5.0
The room itself was good, top floor with good view and not cold at night. The only positive of our experience.
Place is very simple and not well kept. The amenities are like staying at a camping. To go to bathroom and showers you have to go outside from all rooms, supercold at night. Hot water was not working 1 out of 2 nights. Kitchen is super small with just one camping stove, took 1 hour to cook pasta for 2 people. I found spider webs in kitchen. The place feels way out of town, not worth the walk being far from everything. As foreigner you should also be aware they do not accept cards, so the price in booking without tax is not possible to pay - you will pay 20% more than price at booking!
Apart from this, the hostel also had noone opening for breakfast our first morning, noone answering phone or whatsapp. That left us without breakfast and without access to our food in the fridge. Later that day, one of the two managers apologized and reimbursed us for the breakfast we had to buy in town which was good. The other manager didnt seem to care. Just to be clear, I am basing my review on standard I have seen in Argentina.

Lovely quiet spot outside of the main town
Wi fi did not work consistently from dorm

Hot showers, good wifi, ok breakfast.
Bit if a walk into town. Rooms were cold at night (although blankets were adequate). Toilets are outside so not nice if you need to go during the night. And the outside areas have no chairs - we had to sit on the ground to enjoy the sun.

Good basic hostel. Located in a very quiet place, 15 minutes walk from the bus terminal.

Nice quiet location on the outskirts of town. Extremely well cleaned. Good sized dorm room with comfortable beds.. Staff were very helpful. Felt new and well kept. Juice and coffee at breakfast were lovely (and I appreciated the early breakfast the day I checked out).
Could do with a few more power sockets in the dorm room. Breakfast was nice, but could do with a piece of fruit or something to add variety.

Nice decorated structure and garden, good breakfast and super friendly staff
the location is nonetheless pretty far from the city center, in a desolated neighborhood with a lot of dogs

The attentiveness and most helpful staff. 5 stars

Built as an authentic Pueblo, El Sol was conveniently & quietly located 15 walking minutes from the restaurants, bars and market. Staff fiendly and helpful.
One warning remark for the town: there are no money changing facilities in town euro to pesetas. Make sure you have enough cash while visiting/staying here.

Nice bathroom. Room clean. Quiet. Nice walk to viewpoint up the hill.
Room very small.
No kitchen to use.
A bit out of town.
Nowhere comfortable to sit outside.

Large, spacious dorm rooms with sturdy bunk beds and comfortable bedding – blankets were enough to keep me warm at night, though there's also an electric heat available for use. Lockers in the room and hooks on the wall. Staff helpful and can provide recommendations on what to do in the area. Quiet location outside of the town centre.
The breakfast was too carb/sugar heavy for my liking — bread, jam and a pastry, though I've since discovered that it's a typical Argentinean breakfast. Fresher, softer bread would have been nice. Showers are in outdoor buildings so although the water can get really hot, you're cold as soon as you step outside, plus the floors are concrete and freezing cold – bath mats would be a huge improvement.

Beautiful traditional architecture. Friendy staff. My room was warm at night
Not crazy about instant coffee. The rest was fine

Good value. Very basic but clean room.
There is this unfriendly guy with glasses and a short hair tail at the reception who was extremely reserved and cold. His attitude changed suddenly when a Western European female guest stepped up to help us to solve an issue.

The staff helped to organise and book a tour for us. They didn't speak English but were helpful for example with washing clothes. The place has a nice vibe, looks nice and lots of attention to details. Hot water all day. Location is not far from town, 10 mins and is a very safe area to walk at night.
The room smelt strongly of smoke. Also super humid that your glasses steam up inside but you can't open the window as there are so many mosquitos. The WiFi was very weak.

The hostel is located at a very edge of the town, about 10 minutes walk from the bus station. The area is very quiet, which we liked a lot. The room was very comfortable, hot water in the shower, very good breakfast included (tea/coffee, fresh orange juice, dulce de leche, butter, jam, different kinds of bread and biscuits).
There are no places to eat around, so in case you want to eat out, you have to reach the area around the bus station at least. But you can always buy basics as water or coke in the hostel itself.
