Für eine 1.5 Stunden Anfahrt ok, würde nicht wiederkommen

Sehr freundliches Personal, zumindest in Restaurant, am Empfang naja ! Die Damen dürfen sich gerne in Freundlichkeit üben. Der Umgang mit dem Lehrling ( vermutlich, sehr jung ) war nicht schön. Wenn ich mit einer Person rede, muss keine 2. von der Seite reinquarcken. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, schön und sauber. Lobby -Bereich zum Fahrstuhl sehr beengt, vor allem mit Kinderwagen.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer für den Preis war nicht so gut. Das Essen war lecker aber viel zu wenig für die Preise. Heftig ! 3 Streifen Süßkartoffel mit Schmand für 14€ ! Unverschämt. Das Frühstück war ok. Ist noch Luft nach oben.

Schöner ruhiger Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Es war sauber und man hatte wahnsinnig viel Platz. Ein besonderes Highlight war die riesige Dachterasse. Im großen und ganzen, man hatte alles was man braucht. Der Spielplatz war für unser Enkelkind ein toller Platz zum austoben und Spaß haben.

Fällt mir nichts ein.

Lage, Ausblick, Parkplatz, Platz, Fußbodenheizung, Bad, Strandabschnitt, Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant

Sehr hellhörig, Bett und Sofa unbequem, Bettwäsche anscheinend schon älter (kratzig), Badezugang sehr steinig, Küche nicht gut ausgestattet (z.B. fehlende Pfannen)

Gute Lage.

Schönes Zimmer. Wir hätten gern eines mit besserem Blick auf den See gehabt, fragten auch mehrfach danach und erhielten als Antwort, dass alle Zimmer einen guten Blick auf den See hätten.

Das Personal war bemüht, aber ein bisschen zu kompliziert.

Lage gut / Preis-Leistung eher mangelhaft

Die Lage und der Blick auf den See sind in jedem Fall eine Reise wert . Weiterhin ist der Parkplatz für Hotelgäste kostenlos.

Eine Renovierung wäre mal empfehlenswert. Gerade die Duscharmaturen sind sehr verdreckt und abgenutzt ,sowie auch das Bett hatte am Rahmen schon arge Gebrauchsspuren. Weiterhin lief das WLAN nicht stabil. Das Frühstück war eher einfach,aber in Ordnung.

Kurz den Alltag entfliehen!

Uns hat die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Personal war sehr nett. Mein Partner und ich waren im behindertengerechten Zimmer im Hotel, ich brauche einen Rollator und kam im Zimmer und im Hotel bestens zurecht. Meiner Meinung käme auch ein Rollifahrer gut zurecht. Es ist gut, das man selbst entscheiden kann, ob geputzt werden soll oder nicht. Wir waren bloß 2 Nächte. Darum entschieden wir uns fürs nicht putzen und hatten dadurch keinen Stress und konnten uns kurz gut vom Alltag erholen. Es ist schön ruhig im Hotel.

Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr nett, allerdings hätte die Speisekarte etwas mehr Auswahl haben können. Es hat uns geschmeckt, aber es ist halt sehr preisintensiv. Es müsste irgendwas zum Ausleihen geben, womit ein gehbehinderter Mensch um den See kommen kann. Zum Beispiel ein Elektromobil.

This is our second time to stay at Lagovida. We really love the Hafenhaus. The view is just impeccable. The private sauna and the fire place make the stay in the winter time very cozy as well. The staff at Reception and Bar/Restaurant is all very friendly and helpful.

There is no real double bed but only two beds fiting together. The bed cover is also quite short. It was not a big issue but could be improved.

We had a minor issue in the room (a broken glass) The staff took immediate steps to fix it.

The terrace was to open anyone could walk along it and right to your room.

WasLocation, size of rooms and cleanliness was great

Even though we booked a baby cot we didn't get one the first night because we hadn't contacted them to confirm we needed it. Also, food is very expensive here for half or full board.

quite ok but had expected more

when we arrived the receptionist was surprised to see us as there was no room booked in our name. Obviously, the booking.com booking was sent to the hotel, so there was no room booked for us. it took quite a long time before we got a room, but unfortunately, not at all what we have booked through booking.com. We had booked a Hafenhaus with view on the lake and what we got was a room in the main building with view on the parking site. This was very disappointing as we were looking forward to the room with the view on the lake. For this price the room we got was too expensive.

Very high quality accomodation, easy to locate and excellent value.

Reception staff were very welcoming. Location and parking were very good. Restaurant and food were of a very high standard. Lovely views over the harbor and lake. Room was well equipped and very clean. Nice childrens fun park. Very easy to get to. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we shall return.

No restaurant menus in English. Water pressure for the shower was low (weak flow). Other guests smoking in the restaurant (in the glass enclosure). No childrens TV channels. No instructions for using the AC (Klima Anlage).

I truly recommend !!!

We loved the view from our room and the area around the hotel with a beautiful lake. In addition, the staff was very friendly and willing to help 🤗 The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. It was a very relaxing stay, even for 1 night on the way home.

* A / C was locked for cooling and it was very hot in the room but I think it will be turned on for the summer. We managed to cool the room by opening the window * I’m the person with multiple allergies and couldn't find anything to eat in the restaurant as the menu only has a few meals but I ordered food from a local restaurant and it was really great. I also managed to find something to eat for breakfast in the hotel buffet and it was really tasty. THANK YOU 😊

Check out and breakfast

In general was all good but I think check out could have been a bit later or at would have been good if someone told us when we checked in. The breakfast should go for longer as there are many other places to eat breakfast. I don’t remember the exact time for check out and breakfast but should have been later.
