Friendly helpful staff. Dog treat on arrival was a really nice touch. Cabin was very clean & beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was modern & spacious. Ice in the freezer ready for us on arrival. Dog friendly cabin made our stay enjoyable for the whole family. Great area for the dogs to run & play. Nice hair dryer in the bathroom for us to use. Surprisingly peaceful and quiet at night (ever Easter weekend).
I couldn't find a face washer (accommodation supplied hand towel, bath mat & bath towels).

Good location, friendly staff and quiet location.
Split system was very noisy and couldn’t be left on at night. sliding door on cabin didn’t shut properly, large gap let cold air in. Large fluorescent light over bed impractical and bathroom very cramped.

the cabin was new and clean
the location was too far out of town, the pictures of the site appeared to have scenic views but instead we backed in to a wooden fence and faced a solid brick wall. in my opinion this should not be classified as a caravan park as when we arrived we were greeted with a block of land with approx 10 cabins 5 cabins placed in a row and a small outdoor kitchen and playground and in a seperate area there were 3 quite old cabins and one new one. the cabins offer basic accommodation with a balcony that does not entice you to sit there and relax. when we read the information booklet we were greeted by a number of details regarding having pets that were not outlined before we booked this accommodation which should be located on the booking page before you place your booking. the bathroom faced the front door which was not a feature we enjoyed and the only privacy on the front glass slider were roll down blinds which when you were leaving you had to exit then roll them back down to ensure no one could see in as they walked past your cabin. for the $200 per night accommodation charge I believe this accommodation should be more user friendly, I would therefore suggest that the owners who I must add were lovely people who clearly wish to have successful accommodation should stay for a night in these cabins and this way they can put themselves into their guests shoes and therefore understand their expectations such as a basic coffee machine, bathroom needs a shelf etc you can book the big 4 caravan park for alot less and alot more facilities

The cabin was the nicest I have stayed in, well equipped, clean and comfortable, and unusually toiletries were provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we met up. The location was quiet being away from the highway, a little further from town than I initially thought however a car is needed to get into town from the caravan parks in Port Fairy. Having a dog park and dog only playground is a great fun idea, my dog actually used the playground climbing frame.
The bedroom was a bit of a squeeze, but manageable and then again I do like a big bed!
I hadn’t stayed in a caravan park cabin for several years and was surprised initially at the going rate, but understand that those are the prices now.
Thank you the dog and I did enjoy ourselves.
