Location was good, handy for travel around Weston and in a quieter location than the main town.
Room was clean and tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a nice touch.
It’s very much like “hi de hi”. Old and tired in decor and facilities.
Food was all frozen food and a little like a staff canteen rather than a restaurant
Mattress on the bed was covered in plastic and very very thin.

Loved the food, but mainly this time, turkey and tinsel, the entertainment team, bluecoats are a credit to you, the shows where amazing, so much better than previous years
Shame that the pool still isn't open, and would like some weekends where families are allowed to come

All the meals were great , excellent choices. Food always hot. Entertainment was excellent

Room was big enough and shower room was good. Bed linen and towels very clean. Food was ok but could have had a little more variety, especially breakfast. Entertainment in the evenings was very good. Price for the food and accommodation amazingly cheap but you got what you paid for.
Reception staff - one lady was very rude and unpolite when we first arrived which was not good for introduction to the site. Water pressure in shower was lacking, and no WI-FI apart from in the reception, would have been nice to have some in the chalets. Breakfast was a little boring on choice, but evening meals were ok.

The blue coats were fantastic and reception was brilliant
8.0 / 10.0
Fantastic breakfast and easy walking distance from the furthest chalet to the main reception. Could do with a bit more of a virility for your evening meal.
There were only one 3 point plug socket and maybe a walk-in shower because old age and disabled people will find it difficult to get in and out of a bath.

Food was excellent
The heating in the room was on a timer and was only on for a total of 10 hours out of 24 shame really as the weather was extremely cold

Food was repetitive, breakfast was good,Plenty of it
Food was cheapest food, faggots frozen veg, same cake night after night, salad bar was supposed to be a variety of meats it was ham every day.no eggs, potato salad or variation.lengthy queues at meal times.I personally would not recommend. A lot of food was wasted. We have stayed here several times and it was far better before pontins took over.only over 50s we’re aloud now it’s all ages we had music blaring opposite us.reception closes at 6 sometimes 7 so there’s no one to contact

. The food was excellent and the Chalet really clean. Evening entertainment was also excellent
No leisure facilities as in the process of renovating. Very disappointed as nothing much else to do unless you like Line Dancing in the afternoons.

Great breakfast and dinner, plenty of choice. Our room was basic but on the whole was clean. Like many places at the moment lots of staff shortages. Good entertainment in the evenings, singers and comedian were brilliant.

Food was excellent, good selection. Normally upgrade to club but stayed in classic which was lovely. Hot water and heating was good. Bathroom really clean.
Pool could of been open but understand it was closed for maintenance. Communal areas could of been warmer, beach bar was chilly.
