Upon your arrival at 644 Golden Creek Road, Mammoth Lakes, CA, 93546 you'll walk up two exterior steps to the front door exterior landing. Once you enter through the front door to the interior landing you can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level. From there you'll walk up another set of steps to the loft.

As a 20 year owner in Snowcreek, my family has had a long history in the complex and has watched it’s development over the years. We LOVE Snowcreek! Unit 644 has a good footprint and the location is good. Our experience was generally good. The unit is completely original and looks very tired. The pictures were a bit deceiving. The newer carpet is stained. Furnishings look like they come from the So Cal home of an elderly couple. Despite a myriad of floor lamps, lighting is poor. Most blinds had defects. The kitchen sink faucet wobbled, and although operable, seemed ready to fall off. The floor plan is very functional and allowed for several smaller gathering areas. The creek side location provided quiet solitude for reading and conversation. While uncontrollable by Snowcreek, the road surfacing made getting around town difficult. A heads up by Mgmt. would have been appreciated. The golf rebate by Snowcreek was super!!! And a big Thank You to the Sales Office and Patty in Rentals for helping me through the rebate process. Finally, despite condition, it would be difficult not to enjoy even a short stay in the most beautiful complex on the mountain. A note to the cleaning crew - while putting clothing away in the dresser, two sports bras were found in one of the drawers!

The location was great, pet friendly walking paths. The kitchen sink faucet was repaired promptly when the need arose, management was very responsive. Some condiments and basics to store food in the kitchen would be nice.

My friends and I gathered to enjoy mammoth's opening weekend and were not disappointed. A quick shuttle from the lifts, but still secluded enough to enjoy ourselves. Some failures of the utilities but the response was swift and efficient.

Sofa, chair, and carpet were covered in white dog fur. We used bath towels to cover furniture until we could request vacuuming the next morning. Maintenance had to come get the dishwasher to start. Dining table in the breakfast nook is really wobbly.

We had a great stay again at Snow Creek. This unit is very spacious, plenty of common space and good sized bedrooms too. We had 7 people and it never felt crowded anywhere. Two full bathrooms and a powder was good. The layout worked out nicely as the kids can hang out in the loft and living area, and rest of the bedrooms are downstairs. Kitchen supplies were lacking but we could make do if we went to Vons. Overall, very good stay!

Great layout. Did not have that cramped ski condo feel. Stayed during a week of blizzards. Our walkway was cleared every day. Sometiimes twice! Easy checkin and check out. No need to chase keys. Clean. Kitchen was well appointed. Holds a ton of people easily.

We were 100% pleased with our stay at this unit. It is in a great location and the unit was perfect for our family. What made it even more perfect was that we were able to bring our dog. This was an ideal location for us to spend our ski and snowboarding vacation in mammoth. There was plenty of room for our big family and well equipped with everything we needed. A super comfortable and memorable stay!

Amazing pre Christmas getaway
We were 100% pleased with our stay at this unit. It is in a great location and the unit was perfect for our family. What made it even more perfect was that we were able to bring our dog. This was an ideal location for us to spend our ski and snowboarding vacation in mammoth. There was plenty of room for our big family and well equipped with everything we needed. A super comfortable and memorable stay!

The kitchen cupboards are dilapidated and the mish mash of yard sale utensils and cookware made for challenging meal prep. The microwave is not properly installed and although relatively new, some buttons didn’t work. The size of the unit is very nice, however with the bedrooms downstairs and hollow construction, every step in the living area wakes up anyone hoping for a nap (which were much needed given the poor rest we all got). A dose of Febreze might be helpful given it’s a pet-approved spot. Parking was close by and the access code front door was handy.

We have been staying at Snow Creek since 2000. We have always stayed in phase 4 and this time we stayed in a 3 bedroom and loft at 644 Golden Creek Rd. It was the perfect location. We enjoyed the grassy area by the creek which was steps away from our front door. Across the way was the pond which we loved seeing the ducks and her ducklings. Each morning I would sit in the nook sipping coffee looking out the window at the majestic mountains. The dining room table sat 10 which we filled at dinner time with our extended family who also was staying in phase 4. We took hikes each day. We rented kayaks and paddle boards at Convict Lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mammoth!

Wonderful experience
I have used VRBO many times and this was the best stocked kitchen I have encountered. The appliances all worked well. There were loads of extra blankets and pillows for us. There was plenty of space for everyone. We were able to sit all of our adults at the large dining room table and the kitchen table was perfect for the kids. There was plenty of parking (we had three cars total). We were just minutes from Eagle and Canyon Lodge. We all agree that we would not hesitate to rent this property again. Thank you to the owners and the staff.

Cozy Mammoth
Pretty cute place! Everything went well. Only negative was that the fridge/ freezer wasn’t working well so some of our stuff melted and went bad, but overall good stay.

Snowcreek is a very nice complex. All 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. The loft was terrific and felt very spacious.
Kitchen was well equipped with a nice refrigerator. As a group who enjoys cooking, the kitchen was well equipped but would suggest an upgrade on a few of the pots.
The open floor plan from kitchen to dining to living space was well layed out. The brown couch was very comfortable but would suggest upgrades to the sectional and easy chair.
The Weber grill worked great and was well situated from the kitchen.
We would definitely use this condo again!

Great home away from home
We enjoyed a 6 night stay at this Snowcreek condo. It was spacious for 5 adults and 4 children (ages 7 to 10). Condo had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Snowcreek Resort is a great property close to everything in town with well maintained grounds including: a pool, spa, gym, tennis, and nice golf course down the street. Got to play there for a discount $15 to walk 9 holes. They don't have many reviews which surprised me. Pictures say it all. I would stay there again!

This place is incredible. We had a party of 7 and it was incredibly spacious. The kitchen has enough pots, pans, glasses, and every amenity worked great. I will be staying here again for the next big group I have.
