Special staff, Grea

This is a small B & B 5 minutes from the Tower and a 20+ minute walk from the train station. This appears to be a fairly new facility with up-to-date rooms, new electrical wiring and comfortable furniture. Mohamed checked us in, took time to orient us to Pisa and suggested an area for dinner. Breakfast was excellent with many options and was served on a beautiful patio overlooking a garden with the Tower in the rear.

Sur les toits de Pise. Silencieux avec vue privilégiée.

Bel immeuble. Situation privilégiée. Petit déjeuner salé et sucré. Emplacement proche de la tour et du Duomo. Balcons sans vis à vis où avec vue sur jardins. Étage élevé avec ascenseur . Climatisation.

Attention en ZTL : se garer dans la rue qui mène au Duomo juste avant la ZTL à l’arrière du jardin botanique et finir les 300 m restants à pieds. Entrée de nuit avec un code à l’entrée de l’immeuble.

The perfect stop for a visit to Pisa - it really couldn’t have been any better.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with a beautiful terrace which has a view of the tower. The breakfast on the rooftop was set in a remarkable surrounds, with views of the tower and into the botanical gardens.

Great place to stay in Pisa, affordable, convenient and with great services.

Great location near in the heart of the city. Possibility of parking in the restricted area with the purchase of a permit. Walkable to the tower or the old city center. Very clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Staff was very welcoming, useful and very approachable. The breakfast on the terrace was an awesome experience with a great view on the tower and the cathedral.

Amazing location.

Location was incredible. Walking distance from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and our room had a balcony with a view of the tower. Luca was an amazing host.

Parking was a little tricky but with the help from Luca we made it happen. To many sweets for breakfast. Better bread would have been great but other than that everything was wonderful.

spacious! you could see the tower from the room that have balcony, the tower was very near, we had breakfast at a very good place called FILTER and had lunch and dinner at I SANTI amazing attention and food. the host was excellent so helpful and attentive!

There is nothing to fault here. Simply brilliant!

B&B 7 Rooms was simply exceptional - everything from the super clean and comfortable accommodation, the very central location (2-3 minutes on foot from the Leaning Tower) to the host himself - Luca. Despite a 2 hour flight delay from London, Luca was still there to welcome us. We were shown around the accommodation and there were some recommendations for eating out locally too. Great given that not everywhere in the city is open during the winter months. He was there during each of our breakfasts too - looking after us and other guests. The room given was very large and very comfortable with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was impeccably clean and was seen to during our stay. There’s a great little team working here and all are very friendly. B&B 7 Rooms proved to be brilliant accommodation at a brilliant price. I would recommend it to other travellers and it’ll definitely be my first choice of accommodation when returning to Pisa.

Very nice and friendly host - Luca. Nice big room, location is ok. You can even see the famous Piza tower from the terrase

Breakfast is mostly pies and cakes from the shop, couldn't find hot food like fried eggs.

Excellent location for exploring Pisa on foot with a young family. Luca was welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a comfortable clean large family room with terrace and view of the Leaning tower. A gem!

The continental style breakfast was basic, but good for those whom need a quite bite before exploring for the day. Coffee was good.

Luca was very helpful and friendly, nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. He bough some lactose free goodies for the morning and he was making sure everything was fine. The room was very comfortable and very clean.
