for a summer stay to see TDF 2024 very good price , although the place was far from the action with absolutly nothing in the area .... nice view average poll but almost pr
too many messages from the hotel via email , via booking etc causing propable danger of missing an important one .....l i stopped reading the messages ....
4.1
Close proximity from the Chair lifts
Had to source your own towels and toilet paper (or they charged you extra for that). If you wanted to reserve the sauna you would be charged a fee for that.
4.1
Large accommodations compared to other similar residences
Clean and in very good condition
Cheap underground parking (30 euro per week)
Connection to Alpe d'Huez is not the best (3 ski lifts / no gondola) especially when there is no much snow in Auris - but nothing to do with the residence
4.1
Close to the skilifts of Auris. Apartments and common are very clean. Nice swimming pool for kids to enjoy after a day skiing. Lots of shops and some restaurants right in front of the residence. Staff were great.
Nothing to do with the residence itself but this area is a little isolated with the other villages like L'Alpe d'Huez. Seems close to them but it takes too much time to reach them by car and the road are not the best. So take in consideration that you might end up spending all your time in Auris.
4.1
Good location, friendly reception staff.
Guests should know that the apartment comes with no frills, nothing is included nit even a sponge to wash up. I don't think it was clear how clean the apartment was supposed to be on avoid being charged the €80 cleaning fee on leaving...ours was close to spotless but we have been charged. The pool was too cold to swim in for pleasure, but fine for exercise. The hidden costs, like for towels or sauna need to be more overt.

A different way of doing things when it comes to
the cost, but try not to be put off by the other
comments around this subject about this hotel.
It’s a great place to stay. The staff are friendly
and helpful, even in the busy time of the Tour de
France when they were extremely busy. The setting
is awesome and the view is spectacular.
Nothing. I had a very easy and nice stay.

Great family sky resort, esf instructors are great, really patient and taking care of little ones. Great animation shows, we have fireworks one evening, great atmosphere
Apartment was no so clean, there were scratches on the walls and furniture
4.1
very clean, well located, calm area, garage, big bathroom, hot water in shower
difficult to find something negative
4.1
Family-friendly and easy to navigate ski resort, with plenty of attractions, ideal for those who do not want to move their car to go skiing
No take-away food, except pizzas and burgers. Limited choice of restaurants (instantly booked)

Ski in Ski out.
Reception hours.

Good, clean appartement. Very nice and helpfull staff, unlike the regular approach in French tourist places. Staff spoke very well english as well. Swimmingpool was nice but little small. Location is great, easy to get to. The ski area is small, but you can take a skipass for the complete Alpe d'Huez area which makes it very nice.
For wifi you need to pay, and -as mobile data is very (*very*) bad in the village- if you need internet you must purchase wifi from the hotel. And even then you get limitted internet speed, but at least it works.

Extra charges for towels, sauna, dishwashing tablets, cleaning fee, tv, wifi, parking .....
